The company needs to come clean on what's going on. No good us searching the internet trying to find snippets. Full disclosure required. It's been too long and things are happening but still us plebs aren't told.
I'm still none the wiser who Junpie Kiyoshi is. Does he work for Borders and Southern?
It says on google... Former Pipe line welding director at
Can't see the rest.
Not decpetion on my part. I found the link to facebook by googling Borders and Southern Petroleum and searched in the time period for the last week to see if anything new came up. I found the Junpie Kiyoshi link and posted it here as I don't use facebook and wondered whi this guy is and whether he worked for Borders as the Director of Pipe Construction and if anyone can see on facebook.
The rest of the info posted is down to everyone else.
I have no idea if the guy works for Borders. The chances of it being another company called Borders and Southern is remote, but I guess there may be another company with the same name.
From the RNS on 28 Sept 2023 :-
As reported earlier in the year, **the Company has been sharing details of its technical and commercial work with potential industry collaborators. ******
This work highlights that, following successful appraisal test results, a phased development of the Darwin gas condensate discovery in the South Falkland Basin would be economically attractive. This activity continues.
The Company's current project work is focused on technical and commercial sensitivities associated with its initial three well, phased development scheme for Darwin.
This includes assessing variations in production volumes that could allow us to take advantage of FPSO vessels that are available for redeployment.
All our efforts continue to be focused on reducing project risks, shortening cycle time, and advancing Darwin's monetisation.
Apologies for my part in what seems to be a fiasco - I had facebook access & was trying to provide more information to the BB.
POC - do you plead guilty or not guilty ?
POC has been on another level talking this up with plain ramping, I am long term here and don't need a quick change in share price for profit or loss recovery- I am here to a production price or takeout and hold a sizeable % here for the party. I await his reply to the public shaming, perhaps he will not be back. Doesn't alter the tradectory we are on, onwards and upwards.
I don’t have Facebook so havnt got a clue.
Surely POC wouldn’t make that up?
Hear, hear! Ramping is one thing but this is deplorable.
My comments were an "off the cuff" response without too much thought but that "page of cups" is a bl***y w****r for posting such crap. Loud applauds to Mogger from the Rkh board for the quick and decisive public shaming...!
Mogger , no one should take POC seriously here, I tend to ignore his drivel..dyor
@ the moment, Bor is worth *Buying - Adding - Holding*, it has great assets and the sp is very low as well. Bor is my biggest investment at the moment, the rewards could be very high if Bor has a farmin partner or taken-over , we could see the sp @25p- 50p easily if the deal is right.. Nothing without Risk.
The Big Boys are accumulating , why ? what do they know ??...ALL IMHO-DYOR
Yes, I kept my powder dry before posting, seemed strange we could be paying somebody who did not appear on the company website as an employee, I noted that he was supposedly in Baltimore the same day the poster Rob Saunders posted about Borders being in the US....12th March, coincidence? or maybe its Mr Saunders responsible for this deception. None of this of course alters the fact that we have had a major shareholder increasing this week.
Thanks Mogger, bloody hell what a waste of energy then!! I did have my suspicions when he was in Milan,USA and UK all on the 12th of March!! Had no friends or followers........ naughty ramping
All,
A quick image search will show that the person that POC ( who has no access to facebook but still managed to find someone on facebook) found is a complete fake.
Its just POC posting rubbish as usual
Look at the following link for where the pictures on the account of Junpie Kiyoshi have been stolen from.

So it's just the money we need, deferred bonds and go it alone or farm out? The DB route would be great but the only problem for me is that we haven't done the appraisal of Darwin (despite it being almost 100% due to the high liquid content and lack of V). Investors like to have no risk and this would clearly still be a risk, but if the appraisal is good like it should be then this drill comes part of the Capex already budgeted for because its goes from appraisal to development. Maybe 2 rounds of DB would be appropriate, one with a higher return than the other. Either way I love the thought of us retaining 100% and still think self funding is the more likely route with potential equity support from suppliers rather than a farm out- if Darwin was able to be farmed out, it would have happened by now in my opinion.
Thank you mswartz - it's got to be.
Interesting find! Junpie has been around the block with Japanese Petroleum, Total etc and lived in the USA,Europe and is back home now in Japan. Facebook shows him as freelancing since 2021 and being the pipe construction director for us since last year. He's also been to North Seaton recently which has to be FES Subsea, great to see real progress and as everyone knows the final tick in the box is capital. Investors with deep pockets arriving as well, exciting days ahead.
Could the connection be this company…
FES International - Delivering fluid transfer solutions to the oil & gas sector

Re my previous post, anyone know of a connection between North Seaton
& BOR ?
Does the " borders " in " borders & southern " refer to the Scottish borders ????
FROM FACEBOOK : Started at BOR 9/5/2023 as Pipe Construction Director, North Seaton, Northumberland, UK.
Previous Jobs : Pipeline Director @ TotalEnergies ; Industrial Welder @ Japan Petroleum Exploration Company Limited.
Banzai ! ?
Yes, good find, so Borders have a need for a pipe line director, dispite not having the funds to progress with the project... .. premature appointment or the world's best kept secret?
Fair play to you POC you know how to dig for info
Interesting...
Sounds Japanese. They fitting out, modifying an FPSO?
So who's this guy. I'm not on facebook so can't open.

You have always been able to buy shares on IG, I hold half of mine with them. They dont offer BOR on a spread bet but buying stock is fine.
