"The Board's priority remains to progress and realise the value in the Chuditch project in Timor-Leste, where we continue to prepare to drill the key appraisal well in parallel with discussions with potential funding partners."
Now we look forward to announcement on this. It should be very juicy.
One of the most impressive changes I've seen at the top level on AIM in recent memory.
I took some time off and asked the LSE admins to remove my account Eddie563 because I had enough of all the clowns deramping when they simply didn't have a clue and it would seem that today is point in case.
Today's news is superb! having spent some time to digest the RNA and to look at the backstory of these guys, I find myself asking, is there a Dr. in the house? No there seems to be two, both that have had historical ties to finances in Singapore 🤔 now, that could simply be a massive coincidence, but........ I bet it stands more weight of fact than another placing taking place at the PLC level.
Yeo and Wakefield leaving a sinking ship???? who was the clown that suggested that???? if you know, then you know, a life raft was lowered from the ship, two gentlemen were asked to step onto it, and it was set adrift to make way for more crewmen that were right for the rest of the journey. FACT not FICTION!
Ford, stepped down because Dunrobin no longer on the books, retained as an advisor due to 33rd licensing round, still in the works, FACT not FICTION!
Price action been up and down all day like a yo yo. Holders will hold, because they know, some traders will get lucky based on their trading pattern, others will get caught out.
Be very very careful SANTIAGOO otherwise you will find it dripping off your chin 💦 ramp on the wrong day and sell followed by that RNA and be out and your tuppence will buy you toffee.
Confidence has never been higher here on the next phases and the CEO is the one that has done it in record time. He is not taking his foot off the gas (no pun intended).
Bring it on.
Baron may be a minnow BUT it now has a well known and well respected , regional player at the helm AND it still hold 60% of a Super Major SHELL's full license developed and drilled (90's) to negotiate with.
Sure if Shell still held on to Chudtich, it would be valued at market prices in the ground $3-8 a barrel, not the price of a freddo chocolate bar per bo/e
POO , heading for $100 a barrel , last time it did , sale prices ranged from $2 a barrel Syria (high regional risk - factor) to $12.50 top of the shop USA (SAFE + regional risk factor)
Pretty sure TL , being looked after by both OZ and China (others also) would rate , mid range to safe, on that RR factor.
It's only going to get bigger with development, at least $40 billion+ now (TL Ambassador) those that have previously sat on the fence as the region USE TO BE in lockdown/force majure etc, will now be looking at the $$$$ not the past. 🤔👍
With the last placing , have one or two million in a security deposit account (we lose if fail to progress) with the latest placing added to end of year figures etc, should still have £5-£6m minus recent survey costs AND as AB has stated several times the funding for CH2 , will be NON EQUITY (Not shares for the hard of learning)
That could come in several forms, Banks , Sector funds, Japanese offtake partners (like JERA , Osaka , Tokyo many of them, in many fields around Australia )
Or the big winner, AB catches a whale, Senior Industry player, who , many other deals, include large cash wad and a free 1-3 well drill program, up to a cost of £Xm for a large % of the asset, alongside becoming field operator.
Similar deals with Majors , could take the lot, send us packing for hundreds of millions to over $1b , like cove and the $650m pre gas price boom TL paid for Shell/Conoco 56% of Sunrise (100% over $1b value pre gas boom)
Or large was plus , only a remaining production over riding royalty of 5-10% of production revenues.
Sure most of them are on the table, under AB's recent comment, multiple talks, some with some VERY INTERESTING proposals.........
Wait for AB to speak
know your role and shut your hole 💩 for 🧠🧠🧠

That's why TL itself raising its stake , as nothing happening, put you IQ of 3 back in the box an FO.

once more your post/s deserves them all...... 🤦♂️🤦♀️🤦♂️
After a sharp first 40 mins, volume fell of a cliff, now picking back up again
aimx 161m v 15.4m aqse
back in the 5-10% good zone
Dear greedy , Mindless Morons (mm) can we please push on, more progress and RNA updates and still our gas remains priced at the cost of a kids chocolate bar or lucky bag per bo/e 🙄🤷♂️🤦♂️
Who cares about sunrise , the uncertainty has melted away, the Northern Project stripped away from that fiasco, with TL having far more pressing needs, reliable Electricity and fuel supply , which compounded all their other woe's during covid and the tropical storms that then hit.
Northern project schedule by PM Rauk by 2025/26, loooooooooooooooooooooooong before the Southen project may or may not come alive by , last tenders 2030/31.
AB right man and team (built TL's industry from 2016) supporting the Island long before Boil came on the scene 2020 , they were rewarded and Showcased , non tender (free) award of Chuditch to launch their bid round.
Sunrise still at a standstill (moth balled care & maint since 2004) , Chuditch ON THE MOVE, and the only thing they have to full fill , the Gov's 2022 promise to its people in the aftermath of covid/storms 2020/21, it would never happen again
lack of fuel supply , constant outages etc.
Still fully expect, Chuditch and Metinaro to play nicely together in the future, our 1-2 well FPSO , perfect for that Power plants and Domestic Gas/LNG security plan by 2025/26, not sunrise , yet again doing another set of studies. Done to death.
We have, moving day by day closer , GAS, they have a plan for GAS, drill Q4 2024 - Supply Metinaro 2026, has a very nice ring to it, AB being close to the TL leadership, will be privy to far more than Yeo ho ho ever was or could be , to the Gov and Ministry plans to develop and supply THEMSELVES.
No mistake Timor Gap puppet NOC , raised its interest to a paying 20% overall 40% slice of Chuditch , after visiting the TL Ambassador in London, who , when still held only 25% free carry , Chuditch is worth over $10 BILLION to TL. Follow the money, they have. 😉👍
😂🤣😂👏👏👏
Beesty
The secretary-general also highlighted “new opportunities for the construction of Macau as a platform” between China and the Portuguese-speaking world “in the face of new circumstances”, namely regional integration projects, launched in southern China, such as the Guangdong Hong Kong Macau Greater Bay Area.
The Greater Bay Area is a Beijing initiative that aims to create a global metropolis encompassing the two SARs and nine cities in Guangdong province (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Zhaoqing), with more than 60 million inhabitants.
Portugal’s Minister of Economy, Pedro Reis, told Lusa today that, from the point of view of Portuguese companies, entry into the Chinese Greater Bay Area allows “wider, more natural access to a larger market”.
Regarding areas that may be of interest to the Portuguese business community, the minister said that economic agents have highlighted different sectors, including agriculture, technology, and INFRASTRUCTURE.
The Forum Macau includes, in addition to China, nine Portuguese-speaking countries: Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe, and TIMOR-LESTE.
That's a lot of large Chinese Cities that might just need something, now what was it, yes , yes it was obvious
GAS GAS GAS 😉😂

That extraordinary cabinet meeting scheduled for 4pm yesterday , has dropped off the Gov website, presume cancelled , with PM Gusmao set to return to Dili today, Wednesday the normal weekly cabinet slot 09:30, Horta about to depart to Portugal for a ceremonial event.
https://www.independente.tl/en/national/timor-leste-prime-minister-gusmao-to-lobby-maritime-borders-on-uk-visit
Gusmao in , Horta back out, boy do they rack up some air miles 😉😂
The President of Timor-Leste, J. Ramos-Horta, will make an official visit to Portugal as a guest of honour for the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of April 25th, the revolution that restored democracy in Portugal after the dictatorial regime.
👏👏👏
OZ loss our gain, if they wrangle on, even more emphasis on TL getting Chuditch Gas flowing. 👍
It is obvious why you are here mr small one.
Thank you for joining to show us the bore that you are as we now know something is about to happen.
You are attacking a share you are not in again santiago666, You know the only place you are positive is where you should be you little devil.
My TL news 24/7 just put up a strange , long winded UCLOS article, reports from UK-Greece-Italy had Gusmao on tour and discussing , along with other things, issues with TL Maritime borders , is he preparing to go to the international courts again, if Meg does not play ball this time ?
Header paragraph
The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) establishes a comprehensive dispute settlement mechanism applicable to any dispute, subject to the exhaustive list of limitations and optional exceptions in Section 3, concerning the interpretation or application of UNCLOS. A complex topic that has arisen in several disputes regarding the application of UNCLOS is how to overcome jurisdictional challenges where disputes are of a mixed nature, i.e. disputes that are not limited to differences regarding provisions of UNCLOS but extend also to other rules of international law. It is axiomatic that Article 31(3)(c) of the Vienna Convention on the Law of the Treaties applies notwithstanding as a matter of interpretation. However, the application of Article 31(3)(c) is without prejudice to the fundamental principle consistent with which jurisdiction presupposes consent. Consent to jurisdiction does not extend to areas beyond the substantive undertakings to which the original consent is given.
International arbitration only ended 2018 ratified 2019 , TL Maritime boundaries , which gave OZ and TL a 50/50 holding of Greater Sunrise, almost immediately , to try and get it moving , OZ Gov offered 80/20 or 70/30 deal both in favour of TL All that came out of that meeting was the , over the top out of his depth TL rep , standing on the steps outside , declaring its all coming to TL very soon and we now get 80%.
Leaving the OZ contingent using that giant slap head emoji, saying no deal made, just the new split offered, as long as the Maritime boundary agreement remains in force, they additionally stated, OZ would not drain from their Timor Sea waters , no license would be issued on the border, again subject to the agreement remaining in force. 🤔
Curious timing for a UCLOS article to pop up on the TL News feed ?
Cod piece do us all a favour cretin and fk off!!!
No wonder schools have locked gates with people like you!!!
IF IF I F he pulls a whale. FOR yearssssssssssssss theyve been talking to `Funding partners` no noise on anything other than that.
No big player is going to touch Baron while there is still so many uncertains in the area. They can mop baron up in years when theyve done all the work. They wont be rushed to get involved on a JV
Ex Cenkos chairman comes to a minnow. Nothing to see here folks only the, strengthening of the bod.
Read AB's lips you MOAMM 🤡, NON EQUITY funding for the upcoming operations, if he pulls a whale, they will be paying the bills , so ZERO funding by Boil, cash plus free drill ride , a very common deal, for a large % of an asset.

So let’s hope we have seen the last of nodding dog clocks and dressing gowns on bedroom doors.Perhaps the new directors actually have a little more savvy and perhaps Evan an office.Lets also hope they bring some credibility.
