RChambers - how could they speak openly at an event about a JV / PSC that will be under NDA with the regulators!

We have seen many RNS stating `in talks with JV and funding partners` for years - will BOIL get one? yes of course.

BUT it wont be soon and not with a major - what makes people think because they change their name soon a big JV is going to be announced too! Wobble your heads!
