Bailmaister I have a 50/ 50 split with shares and a Dividend producing Fund. Would never consider putting all in shares especially AIM
Apologies now if that last post was bit too personal /boring.

This is my one Aim stock I'm not too worried about - bricking it with all the others - would like to buy more here but have come to the decision not to put anymore of my Hard-earned into Aim.
If /When Crash happens will top up some of my dividend stocks.
Recently put my spare cash into 12 month Cash Isa & some more into instant access online account with unlimited withdrawals/deposits.
Guessing Many will be taking similar actions at moment - Once World Straightens up a little bit & Confidence returns I believe good gains to be had(provided smaller Companys survive this rough patch).
GLA.
I think Julian is spot on. The selling pattern over the last few weeks does suggest one seller off loading. Maybe they need the funds or maybe they’ve run out of patience. We will never know.
Nothing else has changed. Current SP is a fantastic entry point for new investors or for those able to top up.
I think it's purely on account of one seller drip feeding sells in a thin market which at some point will end.On the plus side we can average down if we have the funds available.
Down again today they are going to be worthless soon
No worries at all. A lot of negative news in the world pulling us all down. It will change for the better ;)
Many thanks for your reply and my apologies for taking my frustrations out on you last night :-/
Owning 1% or thereabouts of the company I am sure helps. But, also, just go check your socials. Here are two videos as well that James sent https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQsvBCjxCBU and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1E12gMWa2c
Hi JPW - I guess the burning question is: what do you have to do to be ‘in contact with James’?
You must know how this looks right ??
A few of us are in contact with James. Basics. Global markets and global Diamond markets not in a great position (which we all know). But, here at BOD we have no debt (unlike so many other companies - that are now servicing such debt at higher interest rates and finding it difficult to find new sources of finance. Also, we are moving from explorer to miner (and that is going well - just security issues are stopping financials from being released yet. We are waiting on only the water license for next bigger project at Thorny River. Then we may have a leftfield announcement of joint venture in Botswana. A lot is happening, now it is medium to long term. So, patience is needed. Look through the last 5 years of SP... it tumbles and jumps. As many are also seeing, lot's of tumbling going on in shares across the Aim board in particular. Fundamentals of BOD are sound. certainly much better than in many other shares.
Going tits up just like all my other Aim stocks
I agree this isn’t looking good been holding for almost 2 years and thinking of getting out at a 40% loss
50% down in 4 months. Something doesn't add up here.
If we were finding anything worth much at all then there would be proper security on site. I'm not buying the saving on overheads malarkey.
I need to see much more from the bod to keep me invested here. Losing faith rapidly now having been invested for 18 months.
Totally agree.
Only frustration for me is that I’m unable to add at what are bargain basement prices.
I appreciate the level of frustration that many of us feel
BUT, if the project at Mars was not producing the goods we would have been told as such.
Its the fact that JAHC is staying so quiet about it that bodes well.
As its been pointed out security is minimal for cost reasons. If word were to get out that there had been a major discovery a criminal element would then become a big threat.
Sit tight. JAHC will deliver the goods. It'll just take a while
And there is my buy, showing as an unknown... but its a definite BUY.
I just bought another 100k shares at 09.56
buy @ 0.625p
my average is now 0.008816
Yes the information we have had from James is that as the operation is relatively small there is no significant security on site so the information about what is being found is being withheld, it is frustrating as we might be finding some significant quality stones from the new blow either as we speak or shortly. I guess we are trying to keep costs down as much as possible
I asked about this, and was told that for significant safety concerns, financial details will be forthcoming later this year.
All seems good at MARs, hopefully we will hear more soon in regard that new blow.
Surely work on the new blow has progressed sufficiently now that some form of communication to shareholders is due. Getting really hacked off now with the seeming reluctance to keep shareholders properly informed
I think I will top up when I can, just about maxed out my ISA allowance.
Next year we have that ...c.rapp.y £3000 max on investments outside of Isa.
I am quietly confident here, yes I agree good news in short supply, but then again no real bad news.
I’m still holding my original shares (in the red) and will continue doing so, but won’t be buying more at current levels - even though they appear to be very attractive. If things fall to circa 0.48p as they twice did in recent years, then I’ll be having more. I would also buy more if I could anticipate good news coming around the corner - in whatever form. Gla
And just to prove me wrong a 1mill sell comes through lol
