Looks like we have hit the bottom with a 0.60 ask, sells have dried up, we may be here for some time without a decent announcement though
I’d very much agree with the pipeline news
But to be cynical - our pipeline has looked very favourable for a considerable period.
But as investors we need to see that crystallizing into revenue and profit.
Otherwise our SP won’t shift. The current price is a bargain but many LTH’S are already so deep averaging down is difficult.
Personally I thought buying in at 1p was a bargain . . . And look what’s happened :-//
Potentially there's lots of good news in the pipeline (not too far off) so the sp is looking very attractive at these levels . Over sold or over manipulated by the MMs (however you wish to interpret this unjustified fall ) . IMHO....DYOR etc. etc.. Good luck all 👍
I agree with Echo & the reasonings.
I think you’ll do quite well here ziq with your periodic top ups and nice average.
Good work sir ;)
And theres my post, saying 13.03..... although i stated 14.03, but im in spain today, so...my bad.
I post what, when and how much, so that people cannot say im ramping, or that i am not genuine to what i post.
its all easily verifiable as i post before the buys are indicated.
Good work ziq
Im keeping the faith..its difficult...
but just purchased another 100k shares at 14.03, for 650£
so my average is now 0.00894
Holding tight here.
Selling now would be madness IMO. Simples.
Negs
I too, was a bit confused when production numbers or revenues were not announced for the current mining at Mars.
But when it comes to diamond mining security is very important, and it is expensive. I think the value of what is being recovered is not being revealed simply because it may attract the worst kind of attention.
The delay in starting at thorny River is certainly hurting the share price but James can only do so much. He can’t force government departments into action.
And let’s not forget the market makers are always far too happy to drag this down on minimal volume but they’re always reluctant to push the price up when there is buying
Try and keep the faith. JC is almost there . . . .
Testing our faith?
You're not joking. SP dropped another 10% on reported net sales of under £500 in value.
Market makers working something for their mates?
Now way under my stop loss, which has always kept me in the game, but will hang on.
A meaningful update with actual sales figures would help but not holding my breath.
Agree, we are (if in a market cycle that was bullish) would probably be happy with a tide taking along to a 3 yr high.
Instead, we are in a good position with prospects... but in a weak market. If (and I have faith in James and team), we set the good work for the future now, then when that proverbial market tide turns (suspect next year Q2-3), we will be earning, no debt, hopefully in larger joint ventures.
Patience... yes, can be difficult, but it took a long time for those real beauties of diamonds to form as well.
Bizarre really that at a time the Company is in it's best position ever, the sp is dripping downwards towards historic lows.I guess it's a combination of small sellers in a thin market and a general lack of appetite for diamond shares generally, given the weakness in the diamond market at the moment, which means that at the moment any support for the sp rests on us long term holders keeping the faith and averaging down, which is my approach.Hopefully there is some good news coming up, which will stimulate interest from new investors but as ever with this share, patience is required
I think as you say glitch on it systems especially as we both used AJ bell.
Hi Capricorn, in that case, your trade does appear to be the one reported on the AQSE today at 08:25 this morning. Looks like there’s some sort of glitch going on in the IT systems ?
Same with me ajbell...and mine is clearly LSE BOD.....
Just checked the contract note, it was 08.25 and @ 0.00724. Brokered through A J Bell.
Yes strange..for info and more strangeness my buy was on LSE...
Coincidentally there is a trade of 250,000 shares @ 0.724p this morning on the AQSE but the timing is wrong for it to have been your trade.
Strange.
Read through my posts properly same problem I found..🤷♂️
Topped up, 250,000, at 10.28 and it's not showing, even as a sell.
No probs. And yes, your broker will be able to clarify which stock exchange was used for your buy.
Many thanks, when I get a moment I will call AjBell..not 100% certain but I think it might be a 'reporting trade problem' everything I can see appears to be the LSE botswana diamonds Ord 0.25p & the volumes showing traded match what's on here 117500
It shouldn’t hinder your ability to sell your shares as and when, so nothing to worry about in my view.
The share prices on the 2 markets are usually fairly aligned but not always exactly the same.
For example, currently the BOD prices on the London Stock Exchange are 0.7p bid, 0.75p mid price, and 0.8p ask. But on the AQSE they are 0.65p bid, 0.725 mid price, and 0.8p ask.
