No 500k sell yesterday. There were some 250k sells, but that could have been PI's as well. But it seems 11p is about the bottom of the GS trading range.
Nearly 200k buys with no rise in Ask....I'd guess that your next 250k sell will appear very soon. Very frustrating indeed.
And the Ask finally ticks up with some decent buys. Fingers crossed we don't see the 250k/500k sells.
It appears something has kicked off!!!
Add to that 1 x 150k and 1 x 454k...very interesting indeed
Ask dropped again though!!!
Over 2 million buys !!
indeed daitom and that is why we are only down 1%
it's a bent market, plain and simple.
So you pays your money and you takes your choice. You either hold onto your shares or you sell them for less than they are worth. If you are smart and solvent you should buy more shares when things are being distorted like this. I certainly have.
Correct me if I'm wrong but dont we need the 250k and 500k sells to get shot of GS
According to simply wall st, bmn is owned 92% by general public? Why did the smart money/ institutions leave or is the data wrong? On the positive note if it is true once the smart money comes back the sp Will rise.
The smart money is already here. I don't see institutions as particularly smart, sadly. If they were, they'd be here with the rest of us.
Any sensible big investor would be trying to get hold of GS and offer them 10.8p for all of their remaining shares. Then it would be done, and the new owners (and everyone else) could watch the SP shoot up almost immediately.
Pondering - the assumption that GS are selling all the way down is just that. I have received information from numerous informed resources that suggest that they are not and are just transferring their shareholding to another holding company.
Are the MMs the using these ?? sells as a way of dropping the SP to accumulate etc
Too many mysteries still. From yesterday looks like "the seller" assumed to be GS is still prepared to sell at 10.60.
I've been buying some again in the dips below 11p, but keeping some spare cash in case it does go lower.
it is more than possible YTSS - as I mentioned last week it is just like Bed & ISA's - bung in a sell from account 1 to drop the price down, then next day do the buy for account 2 at the same price. Hey presto looks like 1M sells. Genius
What's this? Last week we had the confirmation that GS has reduced it's shares until at least the 11th of September and now you're saying GS might not be the selling party and might be 'just transferring their shareholding to another holding' according to 'numerous informed resources'? Please inform us.
it has already been posted by gambit weeks ago
Then that is rank manipulation and why is it not commented upon / made public if you have a "source "as the material interests of the companies shareholders are affected. TR1 suggests otherwise,
if true again it stinks = sentiment and trust affected.
should we have a holdings notification then?
daitom - no because the reduction in GS shareholding is from 65M to 34.4 so 30.6M which is less than 3%
Thanks Alfa - so 2 accounts with less than 3% in each!!
it is also less than the 32M that you would need to currently get onto the BMN shareholders information page - http://www.bushveldminerals.com/capital-structure-shareholder-information/
It might just be a coincidence, then again it might not.
In the end, yes, we should. If it would be transferring shares between GS and another holding, there will be a TR1 at the end of September. And why do this through the regular market? I am not buying it.
