Thank you MM's for the 200k shares you let me buy this morning..
I think you are correct, very unsual situation we are in. the sharprice of this company is now controled by COC. This has been evident over the last couple of weeks as they buy the last remaining shares, by people willing to sell. It will move when they decide.. could be tomorrow it could be a year...
this has a great feel about it !! well done COC in seeing value and driving the right behavior.
this has got to move much higher!! they can try and hold it back but they will lose!! patient. let the old bod sell out at below fair value
In contrast Hilli, now renamed Hilli Episeyo, could be operational later in 2017 as the world’s second functioning and first converted FLNG vessel. The modification work, at the Keppel yard in Singapore, has entered its final phase and Hilli Episeyo is due to commence trial operations in the Kribi fields off the Cameroon coast in September this year. Golar LNG has concluded an eight-year time charter contract with Societe Nationale des Hydrocarbures (SNH) and Perenco Cameroon, developers of the fields, to underpin employment of Hilli Episeyo. The SNH/Perenco scheme is based on production of 1.2 mta and Gazprom has signed up for the full output. Hilli Episeyo is being provided with the capacity to liquefy up to 2.4 mta of LNG, so Cameroon will have the potential to boost exports. This option will depend on the extent to which any newly discovered gas reserves exceed the needs of planned domestic fertiliser and power plants. Golar LNG, in tandem with its One LNG joint venture partner Schlumberger, is making progress in efforts to secure employment for a second converted spherical tank ship into an FLNG vessel. If negotiations are successful, Gandria would process LNG on behalf of Equatorial Guinea’s Fortuna project. One LNG and Fortuna project partner Ophir Energy are expected to make an FID on the scheme in the first half of 2017, enabling Gandria to commence work as an FLNG vessel in 2019. LNG World Shipping lists FLNG newbuildings in its LNGC orderbook statistics but not FLNG conversion projects.
How easy would it be to take the gas from the existing wells and the new wells when drilled?! By going ahead with lng this year would mean no reason to delay the 2 new wells as they would be able to revenue them very fast I presume?! Good for the non exec chairman to provide a view to shareholders Email cost £0 so no drain on expenses!!!
https://www.southhooklng.com/liquefied-natural-gas/the-supply-chain/how-it-works/ also not lukoils decision to use russian or non russian LNG processing so hope new age are on it!!
presume the gas once taken off allows the oil to flow - which it cant until that happens LNG to south wales where there is a plant? then let the oil flow to fund more drilling in etinde sounds as though this could happen in the next 12 months if it does shareholders who wait could finally get back to a profit?!
maybe the old bod did not know what was going on in etinde as a sleeping partner? kh implied sometimes you have to do things before approval and apply afterwards ?! it does not help with new age running the project as a private company they don't need to be open with blvn shareholders. have felt for the last 3 years this has been undervalued just going to hold for the end game - but with no real clarity from the bod -very difficult; good news and drive the sp up maybe is not in the COC's best interest as they probably hope to pick up the bulk of the shares as cheaply as possible ( looks like a conflict of interest)
""April Fools' Day is celebrated every year by playing practical jokes and spreading hoaxes.. Some newspapers, magazines, and other published media report fake stories, which are usually explained the next day or below the news section in small letters. "" from Wiki...... Does anyone give the slightest bit of credence to the story...??
Today http://georgiatoday.ge/uploads/issues/88be898298e15af031ad1971e20e97cc.pdf
1st of April perhaps. ??
Exactly.
Not only that but you would have thought the old BoD would have used this at some point to try to keep them in control of BLVN wouldn't you?
Wait for official confirmation, for Bowlen to have taken the route as stated, they would have broken every rule in the book.
What a game changer... why is this news not out in from BLVN... Revenue from Etinde this year.. FID must be agreed to allow this... amazes me the market lets you get in a these great levels... top up tomorrow ..
3m shares traded looks like mm controlling things surprised little news from the company are coc trying to get to 30% before revenues start to flow? would have thought the lng could be sold locally? still little info on what the new bod think the revenue could be? the new ceo should send out an update to shareholders ( to their email list) costs £0
so why is it pulling back if revenue due to flow in a few months time? very strange will hold and be patient and will top up if it goes below 30p if they start paying a divi on revenue from the LNG flows happy to hold for the next 10 years!!!!
if this is true it should push the sp much higher need a statement from the company!!!!!!!!!!
Revenue this year... When a floating LNG plant was put into operation, neither the British nor LUKoil informed the media. According to the latest data, the shareholders plan to start production from Etinde in the second half of this year. And, of course, without Gazprom.
http://georgiatoday.ge/news/6384/LUKoil-%26-LNG LUKoil, together with the British, managed to convince their hardened partner to stop on the most promising and fashionable option - liquefied gas, or LNG. At last February shareholders' meeting of the project, the British Bowleven "discussed several potential options, including FLNG (floating LNG, or a floating LNG plant), the company said. “We also received consent from the local government for the export of LNG," Thomas Becker, representative of the British company, added. When a floating LNG plant was put into operation, neither the British nor LUKoil informed the media. According to the latest data, the shareholders plan to start production from Etinde in the second half of this year. And, of course, without Gazprom.
Or just let us know what's going on, we've been kept in the dark by the previous outfit long enough. Thought this lot would be a bit more shareholder friendly. Come back KH! ( only joking)
