We’re they end of day dumps?

I just don't get why the minority of shareholders who voted to block Lew would allow for one of the Blu investments to be sold at an all-time low in this manner.
It is so frustrating when they show all the trades as sells when they are all buys except for one. I feel we are about to turn back on an upwards leg from next week though.
Let's just hope we look back on these weeks/months as an excellent buying opportunity.
Yes ragnarr, this is spot on!
And people seem to forget that none of the companies BLU invested in, have any revenues whatsoever.
There is no justification for an RNS in my opinion even if Pendulum is making progress.
Can I just confirm that I am not defending the current BOD. As I previously mentioned the simple volume of negative comments is evidence that the BOD needs to improve its communication/proactiveness, but I dont see their current silence/alienation as the main reason for the price fall - but it clearly hasnt helped.
However it is important to just look at the facts rather than resort to conspiracy theories. I dont use HL but from the comments here the situation appears farcical and needs to be resolved.
Cahus - with regards to your speeding ticket which was put out on 5th Jan after the initial rise from about 0.18 to 0.4. This was mainly caused by the expectancy of something concrete regarding Dynasty IPO/Buyout, and caused by comments made by Matt Lodge in late November stating something to happen by end Q1. Speculation was rife at the time valuing Dynasty at 2/300m, and the comment from Matt Lodge has proven to be incorrect and way ahead of itself.
When a company makes an RNS - It has to ask - would a hypothetical ‘reasonable investor’, out to maximise their economic self-interest, be likely to use the information in making their investment decision?
Clearly the rife speculation at the time was completely incorrect so the company must make a comment as per above. Funnily enough the RNS only caused a short pause because two weeks later the SP actually hit 0.6 ish
Conversely the fall from the highs has simply been a gradual fall over 6 months or so, and clearly caused by the bear market, no news and punters selling - so no RNS required
DaveTK,
There si only 1 sell, the 627k. The rest are all buys.
Dear Sirs,
Could you please explain why you have not provided the required documents to Hargreaves Lansdown?
This is affecting many of your shareholders.
@Torreaguas
What have you asked them ?
Look at the calculated dumping of shares every morning.
This is been worked down just like it was a few years back.
i would suggest every shareholder on here email them and ask. Mine just gone in.

Jay
They carnt even talk to HL about the issues allowing people to invest in blu
What does that say about attitude incompetence etc etc
No urgency
No proactivity
No guts
No 'go out and get it' mindset
BOD and investees continue with the sit back and relax attitude and wait for things to fall into place.
Absolute shambles
Whoever is defending this car crash needs a reality check
Inb4 defenders come back promising jam tomorrow
how long is this situation going to go on for? what are the bod doing about it?
thanks b
No giggs you can't
I believe and I could be wrong here, but I think an rns costs. the company around £500 a time,I also have the feeling that doent count for speeding tickets as i call them.Given that they are at times issued freely
Swerve
i know you cannot buy online at HL but can you not buy by phone?
I haven't seen anything to worry me here I don't see issuing no news statements achieves anything PIs get impatient and some move on there's nothing new there. Iwould be adding at this price point but I'm unable to as the issue with HL still hasn't been resolved what on earth is going on ?
How can BOD issue parking ticket when the price goes up suddenly without reason but cannot the same when the price goes down. How hard is it to just to put out an RNS saying there are no reason for a price drop and all company progress are going as planned. This should stop the rot. Or am I too naive? I still believe in the success of the company that’s why I have not sold one share.
Ragnarr you are spot on, the BoD have nothing to report so for me it’s no problem and while watching the SP dwindle is frustrating it is up to the companies Blu has invested in to progress and update the market accordingly. Only then we will make meaningful gains!!
Gazzleberry - I honestly cant disagree with many of your comments. I cant comment on the Derek Lews motivations as I dont know him. I have a sizeable holding in VAL and the CEO appears to be an honest, genuine human being, but there is no doubt shareholders have been misled over the past year, probably through naivety, but its impossible to know. So without wanting to sound sanctimonious I genuinely try not to judge people (could be a mistake)
The simple fact that there is so much unrest here proves the BOD are failing as far as shareholder communication is concerned and do seem to be alienating themselves. Whether or not they are failing with their investment choices is yet to determined.
From my own experience I now try to take the personalities out of the equation and focus purely on the products, fundamentals and prospects of a company.
Swerve - agreed - discussion, both negative and positive are a vital part of a thriving forum, and I think we are fortunate here (on the whole) that genuine opinions are respected - lets hope it stays that way.
hi ragnarr I applaud your view and anyone else's ,no one has to agree or disagree. We all need to talk about these things without it getting nasty or malicious. We might all have a common aim,but we don't all neccesarily have the views. I know some will only talk about the positives as the negatives scare them. Its good to talk as they say.
