I made good money (for once lol) out of this. I wonder if it'll soon be time to start collecting some RTHM?

We all knew it was on the cards - but I think it marks the start of a new chapter. We hear some pretty negative stuff on this board about the company and justifiably so on many points - I still believe it has potential. I do think it will take still some time before the markets start to believe in this company again - my take on it for what it is worth is that they are going in the right direction. For all the negatives we hear about Brian he has surrounded himself in the last 12 months or so with some competent people which I believe will be able to execute. Only time will tell, still a long journey. GLA.

Been out for the day, just checked, yes, thanks, yahoo up and running with new name but goggle still not updated... Good to see folk already moved over to the new message board here on LSE, at least that's good news...carry on the dialogue with our trails and tribulations with this share...regardless of its name! A good sound way of wiping the slate clean so that future direction viz buy in and sell out become soooo much more difficult. I always see this as a cynical move, however, I'll stay positive!
Blame Google - Yahoo Finance have it listed.
Thank you, but I still can't get this new name on goggle finance for the share price.... Why doesn't this surprise me.... Patience I suppose....
The 1R thread is now working http://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChat.asp?ShareTicker=RTHM&thread 1R=CBA47D6B-D91C-4403-AC4A-21D98FCD5375

Anyone having difficulty finding a current share price today? Goggle finance have Blinkx down as Private company and the new name, with appropriate ticker, is not recognised... Any suggestions please...?
Yes. She is a friend of Raj the Chairman. He invited her
Sounds positive, did Andy mention/suggest/imply what drew her to 1R?
Thanks for the feedback on Andy, that's encouraging. I'd have liked to have attended but I'm overseas.
Tosca were merely reported on as being "incredibly supportive" but of course they are merely a shareholder and were not present. Andy was there. Had a long chat with her. Impressive lady and based on the diligence she told me she had done before joining the company, on the business, the industry and fellow directors, I was left feeling the future was bright
Were Tosca and Andy Cunningham mentioned at the AGM? These two are the only people with any credentials and track record who are associated with R1 as far as I'm concerned. Everyone else has a history of failure.

Richard Nunn, I think. Chief Revenue Officer. I had a short chat with Richard right at the end. He seemed impressive at first meeting. Good background (city banks + advertising agencies I think, so brings an element of "poacher turned gamekeeper" to both the revenue drive with agencies and to investor relations). His mandate is scaling the revenue and this will involve international growth amongst other things, hence the decision to locate him in the UK rather than in the US. He mentioned Europe, Singapore, China in passing. He also seems to have ideas about lines of approach into the agencies, talking about the various silos. He specifically confirmed that Brian's comment on still having to scale "native... video" was referring to both native (which apparently comes in about 6 flavours, including video) and video (pre-roll), rather than being just "native video" - which I took as a great positive in terms of revenue growth potential.

Haha.. Silly.. Why would someone lie about their holding or voting intentions. it doesnt matter anyway. I dont need to prove anything to anyone. Main thing we need is management to deliver a credible path to profits
No it wasn't. If you claim to have 1m shares and all but 200k didn't vote I know from the shareholders who did vote that the maths doesn't add up
Clarifying that; my 200k proxy request ddnt get prcessed by barclays for some odd reason.. But my larger remaining holding was processed by hsbc. Still, not many holders put their vote against SC.
He did.. via proxy with hsbc. Disappointing lack of activity from pi's tbh, not that it surprises me.
So full of s&&t
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. It's reassuring to hear your views as someone who actually managed to attend and have the opportunity to see and hear what was discussed. I see that as a sign of confidence that you get the vibes are good... And purchased more shared too! Yes, vote of confidence, hope you, and the rest of us, will one day be rewarded.. GLA
Happy with the AGM (and the bag). Good vibe from management and the directors I thought (leaving aside some personal dissatisfaction with the way they managed my question inviting them to share any "lessons learned" from past acquisitions, given the recent write-offs). The informal session finished about 1pm so more than ample time to ask questions of and hear views from those there. Shame Dwight wasn't in the room, but other than that a good turnout from blinkx I thought. Have bought a few more as a result.

Ps having just seen the agm vote results, only 6pc of shareholders bothered to vote. Pathetic! I hope the keyboard warriors on here are proud of themselves. Why don't we just give management the keys to the safe and ask them to gorge themselves. Oh we have!
I went. Decent turnout. All pi's. Brian is much better 1 on 1 than as a presenter. Definitely got a good sense of progress and that the issues a sensible shareholder would suggest are being addressed. Still a slow burn to true statutory profitability and jury will stay out til q3 update in my view. But felt better leaving than I did going in. Still have a sneaky suspicion we haven't heard the last of Tosca's intent or which side management are on in that situation. Time will tell. Nb I think sc kept his role but significant vote against
ANYONE BEEN TO A.G.M ??

Very well put Dr S I sincerely hope BMW is voted out and new blood revitalises R1. On a separate note, 80p sp only gets me 1/3 out of the hole I'm in. I need £2.5 to break even!!! (Due to banking losses)
The Edelman short(s) pushed the sp down to c.80p when it closed. The BOD have managed to push it down to less than 20p since then. No one else to blame for that. The poor performance now has nothing to do with Edelman and everything to do with inept management. I'd be happy with 80p now, as would most others nowadays The reality is that Edelman was right about blinkx being on the fiddle back in 2013. The market clearly believed him and nothing that's happened since then has convinced the market that blinkx is anything other than a cash shell - hence the sp close to cash pile level. The only way this share will ever recover is with real profit. Not mealy mouthed assurances from BM about adjusted this or that. Nobody believes a word he says and why would you? The guy's a joke. A new CEO would be far better news than meaningless name changes. Do they really think that any serious players in the advertising industry won't know that RythmOne are really dodgy old blinkx? Until they get a better CEO this company is going nowhere.
and rise from the ashes as RhythmOne!! let's hope the name change helps move away from the Ben Idiotman days
Like Mr. Hodgson said words are "CHEAP"....we need actions. ie. balance sheet with black ink rather than red.
"We are enthusiastic about the promise FY2017 holds." Anyone know what this guy means "enthusiastic"?

This is another share in my stable of knackered mares. I don’t want to read the Business school buzz-word bingo. “encompassing the go-forward product strategy and commercial proposition” "“aligns .......overarching brand with dominant commercial and Industry growth drivers” Deeds not words please Brian. Profits not proselytising.

Name change, get rid of the negatives surrounding the old blinky regime and move on. Hopefully to a dynamic profit making company. With a share price that increases.

It means he is looking forward to his inflated pay cheque for achieving very little. Yet again I see everything is Tramsformational blah de blah de blah. Strange how many RNS,s come out the same day BM has to face a hostile bunch of investors..

To me it looks like a downgrade as a last rating was a buy and now it's gone to a neutral rating http://www.nandp.co.uk/sharedealing/company/?companyCode=BLNX
I have Citigroup reiterating Blinkx as Neutral this morning. Anyone confirm?
