Yes it is a game of patience waiting for all the pieces to line up on the board.
I've always maintained that mine will become active at some point, whether it is now, 2030 or 2040.

Get Germany to reconsider nuclear power and suddenly Madrid faces pressure to grant the permits.
The mistake the Germans have made is to close down nuclear before hydrocarbons, and overrely on renewables, which are insufficient. Now they're big emitters, and moreover reliant on Russian gas, coal and imports.
Coal huh, such concern for Greta and her future? how dare you.
Coal.....for now but I have not given up on BKY.
I’ve sometimes wondered if the true force in delaying the permit was Russian financed.
No uranium and Germany to return to Russia begging for gas, out manoeuvred.
Or Germany to increase coal burning?
Just personal speculation but Merkel is gone and Germany has got itself into one hell of a mess over gas.
I would not be surprised to see the German government tell the Greens to stfu and start re building their nuclear power programme. If the EU change tack on nuclear and believe it is an essential baseload provider then the market for uranium lifts. The EU will not want to be reliant on Kazakhstan for uranium......they might put pressure on Madrid etc.
P1D.....sadly yes. Might take a few years!
AURA doing well if you are looking to dabble.
not much going on here, do we have to wait until the Spanish people get fed up of socialism ?

Qatar backs the RR SMR programme. Sadly Oman backed BKY who in turn relied on Spain to behave like Europeans. I will invest here when Spain is run by a more sensible government the current eco idiots are worthless.
The spread on Mrs Matnofanny is 180 degrees, Christmas is coming and the Geese are getting fat!
A spread of 15% to make it even less appealing investing here, than it already is...
Ive actually matnofanny in person back in June 2006,
he had a poo eating grin ha ha
Socialism with Chinese characteristic works well.
If BKY mine is in china, it would have been in production years ago and we all millionaires.

I fear that we do not have the resources for that and it makes us weaker.
Even if we win in some international arbitration, which army shall we send in to enforce it?
We need to go on the offensive against CSN and government, and resist opportunistic t/o attempts, imo
I'd love a takeover as the weakness of this project is the lack of diverse mines in different jurisdictions.
This is a dead in the water and asleep for the rest of this decade until the political climate changes there.
Yes indeed it is - why fight the stupid and get taken down with them during that exchange.
Step back and conserve and let the otherwise destroy themselves.
Long term patience is required I hope the directors of BKY read this message and so does the Sovereign fund.

A mighty long time at huge cost probably :( Legally (and technically) it looks very clear in BKY’s favour though.
