If every share I bought and sold made a good profit, then every chance I am the richer person on earth.
Win some and lose some, if at the end of the year, if I made a reasonable profit from trading, I congrat myself for doing well.

I loaded up here because I think the share will do well, for those who think badly of the company, why not trust your judgement, short the share and make some money?

Desperate attempt by the management to stop OIA from taking back its money.

There are claims that the virus could be started outside China, to find out the origin, all possible sources should be investigated. Spain was wrongly blamed for the Spanish flu, to prevent same mistake, Ford Detrick in USA and other possible sources must also be targets for investigation.

OIA wants out because it comes to the conclusion that there is no way forward.

He look deflated because the new boys will push him out, his days for earning big bucks for doing little is coming to end.
When he took over the company, number of KLG shares in issue was >300m, now increased to 2000m ARS. He said he will turn ARS into a billion dollars company, now 50m or less mkt cap minus 51% BKM etc. Don't forget he was the person who sold our small gold mine couple years back almost for free.

Ars took on the wrong guy, he wasn't the main guy in his old company's success, he was just a lucky passenger.

51% in JV plus 15% in Ars would be enough to satisfy Indo's 60% local investor requirement.
Let's hope LTH see some decent return once mine in production.

If OIA walks, then company will fold.

The Spanish government will get the resource for free.

The only country has a clear, solid and non political driven energy strategy is China.

If BKY uranium mine is in China, imagine how much money investors be making by now?

Anyone who have read the annual report in detail would have noted that
current liability is greater than current asset.

By definition, current liability are debt needed to be repay within 12 months period.
The AOI money was included in the liability calculation, the annual account was signed off by the company directors and approved by the company auditor, thus implied that the AOI money needed to be repay when requested.

I don't think the company has other option but to let AOI take its money and leave.
Any legal action is just a desperate attempt to save the business.

I like the company but now have some concern about the negative developments happening in the sector.

Shortage of chip sets.
Shortage of fuel and price jump.

Lucky for the company, it should have managed to raised enough fund to get through this tough period.

There are negatives about the companies too:
Setting up a new production line carries some risks.
The company is still loss making, the big increase in headcount and administration cost will accelerate cash burn.
New contracts revenues are many months away.
Brexit will cause logistic issues.
Delay in closing new deals will give competition chance to win the deal back.
Furnace consumes lots of energy, fuel shortage and high price is a concern.
China, the biggest EV car market with top class R&D and manufacturing facilities has the capability of develop competing products. A country capable of developing some of the world most advance technology, stands a good chance of achieving
this if it sees the commercial potential.
