Dry apparently, but depends on where you live. Oh sorry, you were talking about the share price for BoI! That's a novel idea around here.

Not standing and knew he would not get vote,is this the end for Socialist Europe Looks to me Brexit and Trump will be in race for lowest corp tax Ireland already there Are BOI Shareholders ahead of pack with to days rise G L A
At his web site mentions the many companies locating to Kent from not only France, but China and Germany. 300 new ones in the last few. Years. the future is bright, the future is yellow!
Check out McCabe Ford Williams. Specialised accountants to the Frech in UK! Poppy Communications since 2008 see Telegraph, French Teachers jobs in Sdhford,a see Reed web site
A good place to start is Guardian of 9.9.14. This mentions. Sante Verte, to Ashford, Bruno Hosset to Hythe Eclypsi and many others. Believe to be about 160 so far. Thought everyone knew this. Sorry to provide facts - they tend to get in the way of prejudice!
The anniversary of our 52 week high of 35 is coming up on the 7th Dec. What a roller coaster this share has been from high of 35 to low of 15 to current price of 21 despite making approximately €1b in profit for each of the last 2 years. Hopefully a similar profit this year . A lift for the anniversary of our high would be nice. Maybe Wilbur Ross's new appointment will help? Howth
It's like a rodeo.
Including me givin out about borris..he caused this mess so he can fix it ..! Borris can be seduced ..so remainers should promote him
Which Frenh companies are fleeing from France to UK? Hiw many jobs per annum? Give us some data or a news report on this please.
Why did us companies go to Ireland? because the corporation tax is about 70% less than US and the lowest in Europe, Look how the French are fleeing to UK why not Ireland?
"Ideally leaders should not be too clever and not do very much" that is exactly what I have been talking about because I do want them to do something SHOW LEADERSHIP by giving expression to some form of ambition for the country. Where do you think all the jobs with Intel - Apple - Hewlett Packard and Dell came from in Ireland not to mention the Pharma companies like Shearing Plough etc. They would not have come to Ireland because of its isolation from the European mainland and distance from America, unless somebody had gone out and banged the drum for Ireland and its Graduate Standard work force. Once the ball was rolling the rest became history thanks the combined efforts of Irish politicians and an energetic workforce. It is precisely because of the lack of initiative in this country and a willingness to support invention and enterprise that this country has fallen so far. The politicians talk about all the employment that has been created by the private sector and yes they have presided over the creation of thousands of jobs in the so called service sector but they don't lead anywhere and can end any time. The increasing cost of living makes it next to impossible to gain enough traction so far as saving is concerned to enable young people to buy a home and then raise their children if the mother is not able to work whilst bringing up her family. When they have made the sacrifice of pursuing a degree, the Student Loan at the end of some £30,000 does not work in their favour either. The country loses as well as potential graduates if they elect not to pursue the Blair Mantra of Education Education. Our girls were lucky because we were able to support them whilst they studied one for her Phd and the other MA Both are in their own homes one with two young sons and the other who gets married this year has set up her own business and so far is making a success of it - they are two of the lucky ones - but there are now so many whose futures have been blighted by this wretched Globalisation where everything is made in sweat shops in the Far East and Marks etc sell it. Where products are made in this country it is usually on behalf of foreign owners who export the profits that used to accrue to the nation. Now before somebody accuses me of being that deep depression that spreads from the south west I'll go and book my tee for the morning. Good luck all
No stranger than when 8vwent to St Kitts. The EUROPEAN had paid for the main road tight round the Island. I do not know why! Unfortunately a hurricane had destroyed a lot of it before we got there. Nearly got stuck on a 1 in 3 hill as the 1.4 Jeep thing we had hired was not powerful enough. My favourite Tory PMs were Disraeli and Alec Douglas Home. Labour Atlee who took a nap in the afternoon and fired people with comment " not up to the job". Ideally leaders should not be too clever and do very little the opposite of Blair.
They are stuck in early 20 th century when Britain ruled the world ,sad really .welcome to the 21 st century and hopefully eu 27 stick together
http://m.independent.ie/business/brexit/ukip-politician-thinks-ireland-should-pay-for-welsh-motorway-with-eu-funds-35257292.html UKIP want irish to pay for UK motorway. Unbelievable! !!! Tory PMs are all padding the pockets of the middle class. They don't give a damn about the working class so I pay no credit to Tory PM! Tony Blair was a great and inspirational leader.. Unfortunately he screwed up big time with Iraq. As to future PMs I've no clue!
Torquay absolutely right. Deadcat I certainly do not want a return to some pseudo Golden age in UK! I am not a that dim. Italy is about to implode with 8 banks failing stress test Monte Paschi ( where I bank sadly) is about to go down the plug hole after 500 years. The referendum will not go Renzi's way which looks like another appointed PM.q100,000 MPs on £100 k per annum for life all have a car unless a minister when they have two, with driver. Renzi trying to shed this. there are 1000 of them. Still better living here. IIt has gone wrong since the euro adopted when prices doubled ina a year and the economy gone downhill ever since debt 135% of GDP. Now we face Northern League a sort of parochial BNP, 5 star movement which are anarchists BERLUSCONI a busted flush. I do not view May as a proper Conservative and she never answers. A question like most politicians. TThache was a sort of tyrant Major a minor politician Blair corrupt Brown inflexible idiot, Cameron arrogant Tory boy. but who is there. perhaps Mighty Dead Cat Bounce could point is in the right direction. please do not be too pompous over it!
It's all going to pot!
Exactly right - the present predicament facing the UK can be blamed entirely on our previous crop of Brylcremed youths masquerading as politicians. There was nothing to choose between any of them when it came to a convincing vision of the future - the last twenty years have delivered the fruits of their collective vision obliging us to live with the consequences. When you think back to Margaret's "reign" and her adventures with Monetarism financed with the proceeds of scrapping the manufacturing base and harvesting the pension funds from those not wary enough to protect them it is a wonder that we can still turn on the lights. This country is long past the time when it could afford to engage in TRIBALISM so far as its politics are concerned. We now need some real politicians - IN ANY PARTY - who have done more than work in the public service or studied politics and economics at university and then joined a party. Politics has become a career opportunity and a well paid one at that - for what it now costs the population however I am not surprised that Bruce lives in Italy because without changes it will become increasingly hard to live in this country quite apart from global warming. Good luck all and stay away from R B S. There'll never be a dividend there.

Looking at the SP here you would think that BoI was one of them, needless to say worst bank in Europe today solar.
3 banks failed bad news
You seem slow today.... I will try again.... Tories are in power and have to implement brexit and will be judged on their record. I don't give a sausage about either labour and the next election. You are typical of delusional Brexit supporters to try to shift the discussion. You dream of a UK that is long gone and isn't coming back! Dinasours you brexit camp are, the stuff of dads army! EU is preparing teach UK it doesn't rule the waves any longer... The empire is crumbling I'm afraid......
Not half the panic Lanour are in 14% behind, UKIP sprinting up on the rails and they are praising the ghastly tyrant Castro. but when will these silly people buy themselves brief cases?
Agree overall with your post Torquay but particularly I think your final sentence hit the nail on the head! Prospects of an pending election and the Brexit deadline etc. are going to hugely entertaining as panic sets in... Tories are now akin to rabbits trapped in the headlights and brexit/next election are the truck. Correct also that tbe discussion is shifting to how UK can retain single mrket access!
But this evenings Newsnight featured the Richmond Bye Election following Zak Goldsmith's resignation as the Conservative candidate. The item seemed to me to be developing the arguement for remaining in the E U, which was supported by three Americans two of whom seem to be resident in this country. Not quite sure what is meant by Theresa's get out clause, but am quite sure that after all the bluff and bravado, behind closed doors the talk is increasingly about HOW THIS COUNTRY STAYS IN, because once it has left and it still might, it could take twenty years to get back in because the E U does not need Britain as much as Britain needs the E U. They will be able to get on with the project of uniting Europe and creating a better economy without the constant noise from the sidelines every time some politician here wants some cheap headlines. As the deadline draws near, it will be good to watch the Conservatives as the panic associated with re-election sets in. Good luck all.
