Cloud Tech is cheap to deliver in comparison to expensive logistics for physical goods - high gross profit margin
Positioning for a news bound July, I suspect ..bit of FOMO creeping in ...not many shares available at 16p-18p..... soon get snapped up....everyone waiting for everyone else to start the ball rolling again..... cheap as
Looks leaky no volume for weeks then over the 3 month average in half a day.

Agree mate, topslice to bank some profits is always good strategy, as long that you still have enough for the longer run,(here anyway. ...)
Good luck to you as well.
max19,

Spring is in the air....:)
3 big late trades reported after hours...things getting interesting ...
* high gross profit margins - and also high margin royalties would come from licencing
BIRD has high profit margins and stable recurring revenues - so once that level of revenue grows - it definitely becomes much more attractive
with Broadcom buying VMware for a whopping $69 billion - things cant be that bad
I think an enterprising news organisation/entrepreneur could build a business with this tech. They are slow to catch on but the hike in energy costs will likely be a spur to better times for BIRD.
Dollar earnings will do well on the FX exchange for the Interims given the Dollar is strong - and the US is where the revenues are growing from ... I suspect they keep the Dollar earnings over in the US and use their Stirling to run the Wimbledon office and UK R&D
There is a lot going on behind the scenes ...don't be fooled by the poor share price
great new 30 second videos just come out

GLA.
I bought in this morning. Been watching it for ages. Looking like rather good timing at the minute! :)
The £10m raise was brilliant. At a very high valuation too. 60x revenue. Absolutely brilliant. Struggling to sell to tier1 customers at scale though as these customers typically use Adobe, which has more industry standard connectivity and third party integrations. Strong in the mid market though and expect them to be making more sales. What's the plan to address this Ian?
“2022 will be transformational for Blackbird as the media industry invests heavily in sustainable, efficient video production.
Following the launch of our technology licensing business, our international broadcast customer rolls out their, Powered By Blackbird, solution this year.
This will significantly increase Blackbird’s profile globally and we expect further licensing deals to close soon.
We recently undertook a successful $10 million raise.
These funds are being used to build new products for fast growth markets such as the creator economy, as well as sectors outside media and entertainment.
We can’t wait to show our prototype mid-year for the huge content distribution market.”
