15 million a year - that's a lot, and that's just the UK. I'd no idea. No reason why in due course, as long as the pricing is right, they should all be biodegradable.
Interesting potential new product line. I don't believe for a second that the British government is doing anything more than green washing with it's tree planting plans and really intends not to plant a single one but there are many initiatives around the world that might find these products attractive.
Lol the CFO was given the shares from company funds
I wouldn't say the ftse necessarily provides low returns. Certainly not the 250 anyway.
I'm.down about 50% here so I have big returns in the wrong way!
Pretty sure the new CFO would have no option but to go the same way, given the MC and illiquidity of this tiddler. So accept the situation or play with the big fish in the FTSE, with the commensurate low returns.
shame there wasn't a new CFO in place before we got raped on the last placement.
a rights issue where we all had the chance to participate would of been the fairest option
Hi Hypermarlin.
Just saying hi, you have a new shareholder. Shares in the bottom drawer till some time late 2021, I would guess. I see the stinky comments below, from some, but I reckon on a longer term basis, bio plastics is a decent place to be.
Another strong quarter for bio plastics which continue to grow. Good to see a second US customer coming on board and imminently generating revenue.
I know a lot has been made about the recent placing but to be honest a company with such stock iliquidity will always have brutal terms forced upon it when raising money in the market. It can rebound quickly for the same reason. A £5M market cap company with £5M revenue, no debt and a growing businss should really be a lot higher.
spread of 21% taking the micky out of this share

The only share to have been traded today
Well let us not be too harsh on a UK based company struggling to get through tough times. I am thirty percent down but with the company having to fight it's way through a no deal Brexit and Covid, you can only expect some choppy waters. Surprise that there were big majorities for all the resolutions at the general meeting. It could be that the board are expecting the SP to fly as they are not giving PIs a chance to buy in at any subscription discount.
Hope this is the bottom of the ditch.
Personally I’d sit tight for a few more weeks and the next trading update due at the end of this month
My god I bought these a while ago and sold for a small loss as they just didn't seem to deliver on what should have been the green revolution wave. Sorry for those who have been shafted by the BoD here and how they can claim to be pleased to raise at this low price is just a reflection of yet another lifestyle aim company where the bosses only care about keeping the company alive so they can benefit personally. Should never have been listed.
and so should everyone else. the guy running this is clueless
see that the shares are being sold now from the share raise.
This will go on for 2 to 3 weeks , then 6 weeks later - good time to buy in the dips
The problem is the shares will be sold to the likes of Milton and then slowly dump the shares , as long as share price stays above 120p then they have made a profit
problem is the raise at 120p has stopped any rise of this share , the MMs will hold this and increase the spread in order till the raise happens.
In other words sell till deal is done and buy after as normal shareholders not allocated the new share issue.
no buying and no selling, NO liquidity, do not help them to flip.
I just submitted a clean no vote against everything.
do not give any volume here. im voting against this mess
Touch this share if it was the last share on Aim, the bod have milked this for years and that's where most of the fundraising will be spent.
simple as that. do not help them. this used to be over 500p, 300p - and now someone turns up with another lowball cretinous offer. pathetic.,
no im sorry, just dont provide any volume here, don't help them. disgusting price at the expense of all the other sharholders
I didn't expect it to hit two quid today.
