Done them all web, bbsn and here today
Speeding ticket.. Beware
Would imagine, look at the mkt cap £6m,they have £9m in cash,no debt and revenue well over £20m+,profitable and expanding, expect 15p t/o??
Anyone know why this is rising?
1st Webis then BBSN now that? Aim so so violent nowadays. Seems like early stages to jump in for a quick profit
Still below cash in the bank,no debt and profitable,Jim Mellon company
Understand the ei-fi business is for sale for multi million pounds, last year the year distributed $5m back to shareholders
Ended the year with $11.5 million of cash (2016: $15.1 million)
More cash than mkt cap twice
Good call
You are no village idiot - totally agree !
Cash at half year US$ 16m, $5 paid out on tender offer and lets assume $1m generated in second half = $12m Shares in issue $165 m - cash value per share = US$ 0.72 cents or 5.3 pence - current price 2.75 pence. Back of an envelope stuff granted, but then throw in: Completed the delivery of the new Wi-Fi Location Data Service (WLDS) product to AT&T, Boingo and Telus. Signed a new contract with XLN (a UK-based business telecom provider) to provide Wi-Fi hub services. Extended our hotspot finder and connection product suite with delivery to VAST Networks (a Wi-Fi network infrastructure provider based in South Africa). Signed three new Third Party Verification (TPV) service agreements with Park Power, Pivot Health and National Health Plans and Benefits. Deployed TPV services to eight states on behalf of Direct Energy. ability to generate income and cash flow despite the substantial decline in revenue from third-party billing transactions. Switching third party billing to direct billing. Makes perfect strategic sense for the tender, why share future growth with enlarged share base if able to buy back. I think a very good time to add.
I ma wondering if they maybe considering winding the company up and making final distribution. I am sure they would prefer to develop new business within a new vehicle that they had 100% ownership of. To provide no future guidance maybe a clue.
correction - that's US dollars £12m - 4.2p per share in cash
16m of cash - 283 m shares 5.65p per share in round terms.
Unusual for this share to have such relatively high volume as we have seen in the last few days. I wonder if a trading update could be imminent.
Looking again at the RNS and Billing Service's website. RNS only mentions Verizon. What about the other LEC business including AT&T and QWest? The whole picture is not entirely clear. One could assume that other LEC business will follow suit but maybe not. I wonder if any more news will be out soon. Probably the SP will continue to fall if not.
You maybe right, but I am no so sure it was priced in- we knew that the landline billing business would run-off over a number of years but this seems to have come out of left field. The recent rise have been due to settlement on the law suit. I think you are right, need to establish cash generative businesses in other areas pretty quickly or raise some money.
the business model here is destroyed - luckily I dodged this
all those big buys, the other day.
what interesting ?
interesting
Says - Bill reports a terrific set of figures and outlook this morning. EPS for YE12/16 were 4 usd cents. That is 3p. The share price is now 5p offer. That is very cheap. Rember : all the disputes with the FTC are settled.
So, what is behind the recent rise in price, I wonder? I think it is certainly off the back of Jim Mellon´s recommendation at the beginning of the year with a number of his followers making modest purchases looking to see a rise in the share price in 2017. I am interested to see if Billing Services will announce any new revenue streams or increased business at any time soon as the existing core business was becoming limited due to the restrictions placed upon it . Will there be reinvestment of any cash generated, now that it is debt-free or will there be another special dividend as there has been in the past? let´s see...
He is positive on WIFI business.
