Hi regulars here, is this share waiting on a seller leaving so it can push further forward? Is anyone outside of PI off loading? Just quick scanning through the buy/sells through the previous week shows big sells but share price holding, can anyone elaberate?

Worth casting your eye over at MONI if you haven't already done so... would complement this nicely. Results out next week and could have very long legs if it doesn't get taken over.

am in @ 17.75 for a punt
have been watching this for a long time now, and bought finally bought after initial rise some time ago at 12.5p. I admit that interest was mainly based on mellions involvement, and him mentioning it at a presentation as a strong tip. Cant remember who mentioned it but it was on the EML board around the time of my initial post circa 11p - anyway respect to him and for you getting me onto EML board in 1st place. FYI This has been one of the most stable stocks with minor falls since then in a general trend upwards ever since. IMO its a solid bet. The only thing putting me off buying more was the fact that i didnt know enough about it, but those results are good and i am tempted to top up at 17p. Happy if i end up holding these in 2010 regardless People looking to make a few quid without the hype of PXS as well to buy some here, the sort of share you marry
Close to 200M of the 280M shares are held by that list...
Somebody has faith, £500K in two buys.. Have not done any research, so fill me in.. bid for the company?
Looks to be rising steadly but thought id have a punt due to the rumors iii
http://investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=200908210700027067X looks good.
possible sign of things to come. I am watching this closely now
does anyone hold this, i have been looking at this for a few weeks and cant decide. No one ever posts ?
SOLID PERFORMANCE CREATES SOUND PLATFORM FOR CURRENT YEAR BSG, a leading provider of clearing, settlement, payment and financial risk management solutions to the telecommunications industry, today announces its audited results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2008. Financial Highlights Note: Unless otherwise indicated, the 2007 revenue and EBITDA figures below exclude the results of the wireless business, which was sold in December 2007 and is accordingly treated as a "discontinued operation" in the accompanying financial statements. Net income in 2007, however, includes the results of discontinued operations, under applicable accounting rules. Turnover grew by 12% to $142.6 million (2007: $127.5 million). EBITDA(1) increased by 23% to $37.2 million (2007: $30.2 million). Excluding corporate overhead expenses, EBITDA was $41.2 million (2007: $37.5 million). Income from continuing operations was $7.9 million (2007: Loss of $6.7 million). Net income of $7.9 million or $0.028 per share (2007: $27.4 million or $0.098 per share)
Sever credit crunch has its benefits allegedly..BSG, a leading provider of clearing, settlement, payment and financial risk management solutions to the telecommunications industry, today announces the repurchase of $2.3 million of its senior debt at a discount to face value. At 26 March 2009, total outstanding senior debt stood at $86.7 million. Greg Carter, CEO of Billing Services Group, said: "The ongoing disruption in the credit markets has again enabled BSG to tactically repurchase another tranche of its senior debt at less than the issuance price. The Company continues to reduce its interest expense, its leverage and pursue all other means to create and maximize shareholder value."
After a period of strong net cash inflow, BILL has managed to reduce its senior debt by a further $2Mns thus reducing ongoing interest hit. Current debt stands at circa $89Mns, a further debt reduction announcement scheduled for mid/late March..
By a reduction of some 19% of its senior debt as a direct result of cash generation and a highly efficient cost management process. Further reductions in debt is on the agenda as a means of increasing shareholder value. Total senior debt stands at around £50Mns ($91Mns)
Continues with the buying back of almost £2mns of senior debt at less than face value. A spin off of the credit crunch is that distressed banks need all the funds they can get their hands on, so cash rich Companies are now surrendering their loans under par, this will strengthen up the balance sheet and decrease profit and loss expenses. Looks like in some cases the boot is on the other foot. looks like the management is pursuing all means to create and maximise shareholder value, this looks like pinning the "Company for sale" board out.
By reducing debt by amortizing some £6Mns senior debt, which at 30th sept stood at some £50Mns.
Utilico Ltd increased its holdings in BILL to 13.88% taking hold of 38.39 millions of the issued share capital ("isc").
look at seg, more fun winning.
.
I'm still here :-) Was thinking of getting at too, like you say, it has only gone down. Todays drop has put me at a lose now. Can't find much news about the company, good or bad. Maybe time to off load! Anyone got any reason to stay in?
in this? I am getting a little concerned now. Has done nothing but drop since new year. Thinking of bailing out. Particulalry on the back of those bigger sells this morning.
