Buster, I could add....if you bought an equivalent amount at a low price, you'd bring your average down but you'd call me a Ramper then, wouldn't you. So I wont. Lol. GL
Good morning Buster...I believed you actually and I seem to remember that you paid a lot for them but even if you paid 70p you haven't lost a great fortune have you and it was your own fault to buy on such a spike, it was only 70p for a very short time . One lesson you could take on board is that you should avoid buying on a spike...it's a council of perfection I know and most people who trade will be caught out at some time, we've all been I'm sure. I bought SOLG on a spike of 30p more than ten years ago and it's been to a penny and back since and it's still just under 40p. If I'd had faith I'd have stocked my boots at a low price but I didn't like the Company that much owing to the Solomon Islands debacle. There's as much luck in this game as judgement, it's gambling on AIM sort of. We all wish you luck and we all want you to get your money back and you still might. You just have to be patient and anything's possible, even 70p...we all want 70p. Once again good luck.
So 6000 of these poo shares I got as much right to post on here as you idiots as well !
Here is to you RAMPERS WHO SAY I DONT OWN ANY OF THIS PILE OF POO SO STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DON T SHINE BRAGGY ALAMA AND REST OF YOU IDIOTS ON HERE . MERRY XMAS AND GOD BLESS

What is happening?
Beowulf Mining plc wants to raise approximately £7.3 million (before expenses). The company is intending to repay the Bridge Loan and fund other projects as well as using the raise for general working capital. To help do this, the company is giving existing shareholders the chance to buy an extra 3 shares for every 8 shares held at the close of business on 16 November 2020.
What are my choices?
You now have 2 options to consider and these are explained below in more detail.
1. Do nothing.
You don’t have to take part in this Open Offer. If you don’t, we’ll remove your entitlements when the offer is finished. No cash will be paid in respect of unused entitlements.
2. Buy new shares.
You can use your entitlements to buy new shares.
• The new shares cost 3.16p each. You may apply for more shares than your guaranteed entitlement, also at 3.16p, but you may not receive all the shares you apply for.
• If your entitlements are in an ISA, you can buy the new shares in your ISA, a HL Fund & Share Account, or as a certificate. Otherwise you can only buy new shares in the account where you currently hold Beowulf Mining plc Shares.
• If you want to buy new shares, make sure the cash you need to buy shares is in your capital (not income) account and give an instruction by noon on Wednesday 16 December 2020. If there’s not enough cash we’ll only apply for as many shares as your capital balance allows. If you hold shares in an ISA and are asking to buy shares outside of the ISA please tell us this in the further details box.
Full details of this event will be sent to Qualifying Hargreaves Lansdown Clients by either post or secure message. Please note that any instruction you give must be based on the full details provided in the letter and not on the summary information outlined above.
Client deadline (deadline:16 December 2020)
You currently hold 6,201 shares.
Makes your life easy but you reply through vile comments and playground hog behaviour through others . Two men on the balcony of the muppetshow reminds me of braggy and alma or two men dressed in drag ? ho ho . Short time living Long time ?
Ho Hog Off .
ERIC/ l paid my money into H/L to buy my allotment of 121000, share now they tell me they have made a mistake and l have ended up with none what can l do about that?
Looks like LKAB are going green too:-
https://www.greenbiz.com/article/new-swedish-iron-processing-project-could-disrupt-global-steel-industry
Seems like an ideal marriage, green iron ore being processed at a green processing plant, all within the same country.
Eric I trie everything to get more shares but they just wouldn’t budge ,I’ve had trouble with them before ,some offers they haven’t even taken part at all, but there it is , at least I’ve got my full amount ,good luck to you,
I see 3card. So it was just a quirk of HSBC, absolute laziness. That's pretty rubbish as they seemingly haven't honoured the full conditions of the Offer.
Sorry to hear that.
Haha I mainly just lurk here Suzy and rarely post. Only when a link or translation haven't been shared with you guys :) We obviously all want beo to get the concession and it's difficult to be objective when we got skin in the game.
Eric. I'm with same as Al (HSBC).
They just decided they weren't going to offer a facility for extra shares. Couldn't be arsed I suppose, just like they also can't be arsed to offer facility to take company dividends as scrip in an ISA.
Bit of a shame really, especially since they started charging quarterly fees for invest direct a couple of years ago.
llbj, my wife had a massive stroke and after twenty months in a nursing home she passed away ,I was left a fortune with no living relatives it was a worry ,I sold my central London home which I paid £67 000 in the 1960s for one point six million my main residence now a large flat on Brighton seafront which I’ve owned for many years ,I have just completed giving all the money. from the sale of my London home away to close friends ,when she was alive she did all the Computer work and accounts ,when she passed away in 2017 I had to learn pretty quickly which I did, that is why I have only posted from probably 2015 until today, hope this answers your question, the other posters on here know all about this which I apologise for repeating it again, as you can see if the share goes up or down at 82 years old won’t make a scrap of difference to my life, I’ve spent sixty two years trading through my wife and the gamble still excites me , she wasn’t a risk taker this is why we were so well off, good luck to you and I will watch this share with positive excitement,
Confirmation bias, eh? Well, well, well...i shall read your posts more carefully in future Rune1. Lol
Forums like these are often filled with a huge amount of confirmation bias. So I actually appreciate to hear from a people not invested and you're the one that has been right all these years, not us :)
The two of them may talk negatives here for most of the time, but their characters differ. Just like you and I hold the investment, we are obviously optimistic in the main, but we differ. Lb is most articulate and does not behave like a lout, regardless of what he says. Buster just completely misbehaves, has awful grammar and enjoys indulging in personal attacks, although my feeling is he has made up this character just to cheese people off.
Have a good weekend Al. I'm still not sure why your broker wouldn't let you apply for extra shares, if you were taking up your full entitlement of the shares offered to you by BEM. It's a puzzle.
You need to stop obsessing about what I might say.
You need to pay more attention to your investment, and stop telling everybody how positive everything is. Or are you trying to convince yourself. Strange you’ve been invested here for 10 years but your blizzard of posts has only just begun. Odd??!
Anyway you’ve filtered me, so you won’t see my posts now, will you?
Good that FF. Have to see what occurs next week.
Have a decent weekend.
Sooz, we've been busy bees. Have a restful weekend. xx
Eric your the last person I want to have a disagreement with on here but I just get the feeling that if this turns pear shaped he’s going to be first in the queue to say I told you so, and it doesn’t worry me because I haven’t got any! I was unlucky that invest direct wouldn’t allow me to have any extras ,good luck to you ,
SP climbing for the last couple of hours, now up almost 8% on over 10x UK trade volume. Perhaps to do with the tiny bid/offer spread, but comforting to say the least. Have a nice weekend everyone (well, nearly everyone).
Half price Christmas tree had the bleddy top missin'. Lol.
Sooz, I already know how I did. I just tried to buy as many of my entitlement shares as I could. You, however, have gone maximum overdrive on both entitlements, lol, as well as inadvertently applying for extra shares on top, but you are only really waiting to see how many, hopefully all, of the additional/extra shares you'll receive. Those that were not forming part of your entitlement(s). Ok, but yes, it is still exciting. Lol.
I have a feeling you'll get all shares that you asked for. X
Eric...I waited forty minutes in the PO queue on Wednesday afternoon and I'd already done 25 minutes in the morning. But I did manage to pick up a half price Christmas tree.
Eric...Glad you went for them that what I like nice and neat...yes must've forgotten to press the confirm button, fate. And it's a bit exciting, can't wait to see how we did. ;-)
Afty x
I'm not surprised you are weary, it's hard work wrapping and sending parcels, and taking up the Offer. I'm pretty tired out. Wrapped a present up for next door neighbour. Three attempts at delivery. Been raining each time, pouring down solid now for days. Their house has no porch, front door always locked, parcel just a little too big for their letter box (and only a nutcase would nip and measure it with a tape measure before buying the present, lol), no reply to the bing-bong either, so I finally left the parcel outside the front door, but had to wrap it up in a green garden waste bag, it's all I had that was waterproof. I then had to leave a note attached to the bag (sellotape covered to prevent the note from getting absolutely soaked) so that they wouldn't think some oik had simply popped along and left a bag of compost in their driveway.
Inside the bag, the present is wrapped up all lovely in sparkly silver paper with snowflakes on, a little silver booklet label attached with silver twine.
All this for a box of Milk Tray. If they don't like it they can sod off. Lol.
