Yes, disrespectful to shareholders who have just supported the company via the fundraise, when the company is struggling. The feeling of course was that the RNS prior to the actual RNS relating to the fundraise brought down the sp, but, being cynical, I can now see why, after today’s news.
All this crap about difficult market conditions in which to raise money and then they give us today’s RNS. A bunch of c@&£s.
Only my view. Having the best interests of the company at heart.
"Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO) announces that the Board has approved the award of options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to certain directors and senior management...'
Who wants a pay rise? Show of hands...
Tigne
Throw in a share consolidation and 20m shares will pay for the chalet in Tigbe and the kids school fees.
I suspected that the company might have 'loaned' them cash to buy their shares in the placing.
Now we know that this was the plan instead.
They're an utter disgrace. What do you expect.
They've still not disclosed what Bowie's salary is.
What's Bowie achieved since his arrival in August 2023? He's just another passenger out for a pay day.
So glad they needed to incentivise themselves with the huge number of options at a meager price.
With a[ologies...I meant the PM of Hungary not the PM of Turkey....in Brussels.
Thanks Andy. 👍
Yep, being brought up by the court at April 25th and then probably a few weeks until the final ruling, so most likely some time in May.
Ok, thanks Pocko, much appreciated.
A poster on discord received a response from the HFD. They stated after the 25th April, stated weeks from then on, but not actually given any definitive response
ADF, any news as to when the Court will decide finally on the Sami Appeal?
Cheers Andy.
Free speech requires some restraint....is that what we're arguing about?
PPS I don't drink wine on Tuesdays.
PS I presume the Mayor of Brussels is elected.
I just don't understand you're post Oilcanarry...I don't know much about what the Mayor of Brussels thinks I only briefly read he's cancelled a meeting where Nigel Farage and the Turkish Prime Minister were going to speak because in his judgement it was a bit far right. Now the trouble with free speech my father told me was other people's one's own was rarely a problem. I don't consider myself to belong to the right or the left or the middle but I do have personal convictions which probably amount to prejudices because I'd less than human if I diidn't and I'll always fight my corner without fear as they say or favour. , I don't always get it right and I'm prepared to change my mind if I was wrong. The world moves on, things change. OK?
Ibjj....since we're on politics,, I've always been a supporter of the State of Israel so you might be right, one can fall into fascism without recognising it....isn't it true that the extreme right and the extreme left sometimes meet in the middle,
Sell Sell Sell....save yourselves...
It's not a good sign when ENS and PAS (Pareto securities) sell BEM at discount levels.
Well Suzy2 just read your comments of 00:31with disbelief, you always seem to be one of the most sensible level headed people on this board amongst all the 'attention-seeking' nay-sayers. What's happened to free speech? Is this the way ahead if , god forbid, dithering Starmer and his lying hypocrite cronies gain power? Have you been watching too much of the left infested BBC & buying the Daily Mirror comic, or was it just perhaps the last red wine before bed got too much for you?
....... Labour voter 1966 to 2019(Corbyn)
Pocko...you deep in the red with this share? Maybe take those blinkers off.
Spreading cheer again...
I bet your fun in the pub
“the Mayor of Brussels was perfectly within his rights to do what he did today and I'm very glad he did.”
Well you got that wrong again Suzy didn't you, seems the court didn't agree with your Communist views. Very apt as this forum seems to like suppressing free speech.
Pocko.
“But you didn't post it on their board? Post it on HZM.”
It came from the HZM BB and was meant for this BB. If you don't understand the reason for the post, re-read it.
Actually I'll repeat it especially for you….”No it's not the wrong BB but the shambles and the scrambling shown by this company (BEM) to raise funds is just a reminder to the ‘rose tinted’ on here.” Judging by your reaction I'm guessing that includes you.
Free thinking? read different thoughts and views to you.
“Don't put words in my mouth. I could tie you up in knots all day.”
With that high opinion of yourself, what could possibly go wrong? I'm glad you've got the time.
Get over yourself, it's a public forum principally about BEM, it's not all about you.
Have a nice day all.
I'm hoping you were drunk when you posted your late night fascist nonsense, Suzy!!?!
I abhor any censorship, but praising a tin pot city mayor for the muzzling of elected politicians by armed police is fascism, pure and simple.
Even the Belgian PM did not back this lefties mayor, who abused his office to peddle his own addled agenda.
A disgusting denial of free speech.
Freedom of speech has certain responsibilities including courtesy and good conduct towards others. TFE can't post anything without giving vent to his right wing views and the Mayor of Brussels was perfectly within his rights to do what he did today and I'm very glad he did.
