RNS holdings in company. http://www.investegate.co.uk/tritax-big-box-reit--bbox-/rns/holding-s--in-company/201406051543429708I/
Another slight dip, this is Incredibly slow, but paying off, we seem to have a little resistance at 110 but will break it and carry on upward trend in a week or so.
Excellent news the last two RNS's. http://www.investegate.co.uk/tritax-big-box-reit--bbox-/rns/holding-s--in-company/201405011748011273G/
BBOX have taken over the tesco dist. Centre at Didcot and tesco sign contract till 2049 very interesting I think that makes it 5/6 real estates bought this year.
Have some in mine for this year and intend to put more in after 6 April. Have read that dividend prospects and growth are very encouraging. Judging by the good buys in this and few sells, others hold the same view.
It's a bit at the moment, but it has the potential to quadruple in the next few years, also a very stable company. Safe bet
watched this one for a while and think I should back as a slow and steady, small dip recently and might just wait until the slight dip again but looks like a one way street this one
Nice rises 1 or 2 pence a week will do me.
Good evening Ecovest; welcome to the board; tends to be very quiet on here, unlike many others. One share I am invested in right now is COMS, the board of which is so busy that if I post on there it is lost amongst literally dozens of others. Might need to sell out of that one first thing on Monday after late RNS today and possibly buy back in later, unlike this one which should prove rewarding over a longer period of time. Regards and good luck CM
Hello folks - dipped a toe in here and may put more in at some stage. Chequemate, I seem to be attracted to similar companies to you!
This was based on M.O.S.predictions 12/1/14 obviously I think it will go higher only 200 million shares when floated and hoping to go to 1billion market cap. In 5 years 20% per year with a 6% divi per year or maybe twice a year can't remember
Good evening Boak. Just in case you were thinking you may be talking to yourself; rest assured you are not. I invested here early days (still is). I don't think this is going to shoot up anytime soon but often promising companies don't. I prefer a steady climb rather than spikes and fall backs. My risk appetite isn't what it use to be now that I am older so a quieter share suits me in a number of ways. Also a quieter board. I would be happy to have a 20% return over the year, any more of course I would welcome with open arms. There is also the prospect of a dividend at some time which is a mark of a strong company. We need patience here I think. Regards CM ps A buy up to 114p?, no, I think it will surpass that.
All blues for days , check it out and many large buys.
Incredible hardly ever a sale in BBOX since I bought in. Excellent divi and growth due. It has just about been all blues every day!
Jefferies broker ratings look positive. TV talks constantly about more and more being spent online every Xmas. All good news for BBOX.
Thought this might have risen steadily but never mind plenty of time to increase.
Another fund manager loading up holding RNS tomorrow?
Think you are also correct with regard to property increase for BBOX. I have held Brit. Land and Land Securities, Richard Jewson (chairman) has much experience and the very best contacts with regards to property.
Agree sort of did risked as well buying property as will increase in price. I suppose we need quite a few more large investors to buy in yet before price starts moving so bit of time to add for me. Well hope so anyway lol.
Re: your post of 17.53 I totally agree with your thoughts on this. Major institutions will be sitting up checking this out with regard to pension funds etc. It is not everything that pays such a good divi, plus has worthwhile growth included. Glad I got in early. Water funds can be slow, banks been dismal, insurance has its ups and downs. They cannot ignore this one, IMO.
Looks like mm's holding this down to allow major investors buy in first.
