Yes, I asked last Friday (on your BBB Time to buy! thread) if Simon Thompson is still of the same view that he expressed in that article.
But I'm not sure I understand much of the rest of your post. "Next declared divi"? BBB has never paid a dividend. And why do you think there would be a "special dividend" after last autumn's return of capital? There don't appear to be any sell-offs on the horizon, and if there were they would most likely hang on to the cash for potential further investment down under and maybe even SA (I don't think Scandinavia will do anything).
Also, "cashed out of AV today at 380, took my cash gain from buying in at 392 after consolidation"? AV closed today at 436.40 (HL) and I'm reasonably well up, having bought more at 395 post-consolidation. You certainly wouldn't have made a "cash gain" selling at 380 having bought at 392. It doesn't seem to make sense, but my apologies if I'm missing something.

This report is well placed,

PS - Buying another 30,000tiday or tomorrow!!
Stick with it SFH300 it will come good, just needs a few more months for next declared divi’s and maybe even a special div? See previous links ! Plus checkout ORCH.
I cashed out of AV today at 380, took my cash gain from buying in at 392 after consolidation as I cashed in my monies on 15th before consolidation and had the small divi before that. AV will do well for dividends, but don’t see much potential for BOD getting into fast lane! They should have bought II instead of ABDN getting there hands on a very good SIPP and ISA, pensionssupplier with good rates and fees!
Seems to be the view of everyone holding this Boris-Johnson-like stock.
GL and have a great weekend, Cieu. Plus AV. Is doing well!
Thank you, Pete, I'll take a look < thumbs up >
I'm wondering if Simon Thompson is still of the same view he was a couple of months ago, though:

SFH300 - Another great buy and hold and unknown 3p per year div share is ORCH - Orchard Funding on the AIM. I am heavily invested so bias with 5% of the company, but a very steady eddy do your research but worth it!!!! Especially at 52p.
SFH300, as you seem the only other voice and input on here? The AGM wasn’t that positive and output message very subdued! I will stick with them as a long term hold and trickle feed buys in anytime below 70p. There div and possible sales and or takeover keeps them in my portfolio, if not I would be out totally and invest in AV. Or POLY, or HSS.
Keep the faith SFH, I am about to write into CEO and Investor relations and get more news!
It's nice to have a counter view to my own pessimistic one. < thumbs up >
With Viasat and U.K./ US and other NATO and Australia and New Zealand buying big with BBB, now is the time to get in cheap. Then there will be its sell off, of companies and contracts in Oz, NZ, plus Denmark, Norway , Sweden and Finland are all countries heavily involved with BBB. What is not to like and a double up, plus special divi, is definitely due!!
And another buy at 11:52:54, 17/05/22, value £4,462, and the SP goes from being 1.5% down to 2.14% down.
FIXED!!!
11:55, 17/05/22 - 91.5% buys, 8.5% sells and SP down 1.5%.
FIXED!!!
I admire your faith, Pete, I really do. But ...
12:30, 13/05/22 - 99.4% buys, 0.4% sells and SP falls 1.45%. And on a day when even perennial faller Ocado is 2.3% up!
FIXED!!!
SFH300 keep the faith, the work BBB are doing with Viasat and U.K./US and Ukraine will pay dividends!
17:00, 10/05/22 - 99.9% buys (as listed), 0.1% sells and SP falls 0.14%.
FIXED!!!
... about this share and its presentation. I sold 3000 this morning (needed the cash - I don't see anything other than a loss with BBB now, however long I hold), yet it's been listed here as a buy. Like Johnson's government with politics, I no longer know who or what I can trust, which doesn't do the investment industry any favours.
19:30, 25/04/22 - 81% buys, 19% sells and SP falls 0.7%.
FIXED!!!
10:00am, 20/04/22 - 5872 shares sold, 123 bought and SP rises by 1.14%.
FIXED!!!
16:30, 19/04/22 - 77.6% buys, 22.4% sells and the SP falls 2.50%.
FIXED!!!
10:55am, 19/04/22 - 76% buys, 24% sells and the SP falls 1.17%.
FIXED!!!
12:30,11/04/22 - 61% buys, 39% sells and SP falls 1.52%.
FIXED!!!
11:00, 08/04/22 - 85% sells, 15% buys and the SP rises by 1.71% ...
FIXED!!!
Further evidence: 6 trades as at 11:35am 07/04/22, 57% buys and 43% sells - but the SP falls 2.1%.
It's fixed!
Also, the SP is being artificially maintained. As of 15:45 today 77% sells and 23% buys, but SP is UP 0.73%! I've completely lost faith in this stock.
