******* = bell end BTW :-)
...isn't very calm is he? MrC, I think we can do without your price updates every 5 seconds. We all have access to Yahoo Finance or something similar FFS. Just what we need, another ******* on this Board.
Itwas lookig good
Looking good
:-)). To be fair though Cassius. not the biggest surprise in the world is it? I mean, sarcasm may indeed be the lowest form of wit, but it's still too difficult for GCC and the brain trust to understand...LOL
So if all goes to plan at the general meeting Avn will have approximately 2.3 billion shares in issue with solus fund owning 42% Of the 95.5% on the new company , Kyle Whitehall from solus is listed on the board of directors of avn Solus have money and loans notes to the tune of $6.5 billion interesting don’t you think DYOR .
LOL. I thought some people would miss the sarcasm.
About to lift off
GCC - I think you'll find that Cassius' post wasn't serious, but humorous ie pointing out what a numpty you are. If I'm wrong, I've seriously misjudged him, but I think not, as he's been one of the more sensible posters on this Board.
Spot on Cassius. MTB and it's other entities are on a "manipulate down" mission so its unlikely to support any view that opposes that objective until it's employers reach what they regard as "the bottom". I believe that time has passed now.
Yes sorry cas, you're right of course. Buying shares and lowering the price always go together. I think I might change my investment philosophy to buy high, sell low, like GCC....;-))
No, Matt. Its the MMs buying up all the shares, lowering the price to buy them cheap, so that when the big news comes out (that the MMs already know about),they can then increase the price and make a killing on all the shares that they have stockpiled. You must start listening to GCCR.
*buys* - fat finger syndrome!
'Biys' and 'sells' on this Board are simply guesses based on whether the price is nearer the bid or the offer. it's largely meaningless. In reality, every trade has to have a buyer and seller by definition anyway you numpty. The thing that moves to equalise the two is the price, so that's what you should focus on.
Bet you we do get to buy it lower. It isn't manipulation. Its dog poo.
Not making sense. Way more Buys than Sells today and the price drops ??? This Manipulation campaign needs to be drawn to a close. You won't get it any lower dirtbags, so buy back now.
Lalala,,,la,la,la A close at 5p offered!!!!! OUCH!!!!!!
Is there reasons to believe AVN kept the extra 50m loan quiet to first get the debt restructure approved. Now that has been all but signed off they have dropped the 50m bombshell knowing that the creditors are much more likely to step in and stump up the cash now they have a vested interest. What is risky about this is whether any investor believes AVN has the potential to convert into a profitable business after all these debt deals and loans are addressed. Because if they don't believe this and they have good reason not to after the years of mismanagement and astonishingly poor financial knowhow by the company then why would they stick around and lose even more money. Surely there comes a point where enough is enough. Every time a hurdle seems to be overcome another two appear. Now we are left with 3 more as Scotty eludes to. First stop is the debt restructure, does anyone know a date for when this is scheduled to be signed off/rejected? I know end of April is the deadline but do we have a date for when they will sit down and put pen to paper?
Oh dear - still on that MTB multiple monikers tripe. 2 things: How come these other identities don’t post on the other 25 stocks I post on? Multiple ids are against LSE rules and they can see the IP addresses, so report me for it and see where that get’s you. Tyche - thought we might have seen the last of you given your misplaced bullishness, but bully for you having the guts to post again! :-))
Scotty, very clear conclusion of the whole chaos created lately, thanks! AVN has clearly issues, but they still do have a solution. Let's see how it develops from here.
People still buying in
I will probably regret this but the more I look at the recent RNS i think this has a chance at a last hurrah It seems we need three things:- Agreement from Shareholders on the restructure by end of April. 50m new loan which needs to be in place by June And recurring revenue of 40m by June I think the restructure will be approved otherwise existing shareholders have no chance of seeing anything In the 25th Jan update they alluded to :-The directors forecast that revenue for the current financial year will not be less than $50 million. In addition, there is a large infrequently recurring transaction in the pipeline that, if it closes, would add a further $40 million to Group revenue So i think the requirement for recurring 40m in the latest RNS is actually referring to this deal being signed and the co feel this will complete once the there appears to be some financial security.. So it seems to me they have aligned all the ducks in the background and just need everyone to comply. I suspect the potential lenders of the 50m know about the 40m deal and this is the carrot avanti are waving in their face.. Alternatively kiss goodbye to the lot. So we need to see 3 x RNS 1) restructure fully approved before end of April 2) Loan agreed 3) new deal signed on the back of the agreed loan and restructure. This will give avanti 6 months a year breathing space to generate new revenue to make it all viable... I don't think this is quite dead yet, obviously IMO.. good luck all..
You really are pathetic.
