When people do well out of Avacta there are worse things you could do than think of this: https://www.evcuganda.org/sponsor-a-child/
And now I shall expect some 'incoming' from PL and Matt Daammmmonnnnn :-)
Jig saws. That was surely before your time Matt? Something isn't right here.
Yes, the puzzle! You know, we haven't started it yet (to check it out) so can't send it out just yet. But you'll never guess; writing to the school in Uganda has turned out very well; do you recall that last Thursday I posted to say I asked a post woman if they are posting LFTs on Sundays and she said "yes", she'd been asked... Well talking to her took place as I'd gone to the Post Office with a package to Uganda and it was her affirmative made me come back and shove another £2.5K into AVACTA – which has already gone up a good amount!
See, PL, Matt, just sometimes, what 'goes around comes around'. You should be nice to Wyn from tomorrow guys.. You'll feel better and so will the board.
freecycle jigsaws, now you’ve got me chuckling to myself again. Sadly I’ve definitely peaked
Is that mong still posting? Don't worry about testing on mice we have a perfect candidate here
What about posts worth reading? I’m on 1 maybe 2 at a push, the cheerleader post was a cracker and not forgetting the one where I was right. You’ve been on fire so maybe at least 5. Can’t remember any of NDNs.
Jam Tomorrow, Betas it’s all emotional manipulation playing on your fears... am I being conned? - have I misread something? That is a far easier manipulation than ramping. It is the same technique anti vax use... you might be sterile etc.
To the moon, lambos and tendies and rockets - they are all very obvious and easy to mentally filter.
Answer- Do Your Own Focking Research. Work out what your appetite for risk is and what the risks are with the company. Decide your entry point and don’t go all in. Decide how much exposure you are willing to risk and build a position as new information is available.
Average, 29 posts per day over the last 30 days! That’s an awful lot of creative whinging.
Christ, over 1000 whingy posts in 2 months. Get a life NDN.
NdN, good job it’s a drug that already exists and has been approved, Avacta are improving and not a making a completely new drug then.
AVA6k and doxorubicin
Any % in that scenario?
Pointless thread, but if I wanted to drag something of value out of it I’d say that we’ve stolen a march on the market. I reckon there’s a pile of II money sat on the sidelines that will be wellied in here the second there’s genuine tangible cold hard progress made - i.e. contracts. That’s just in a matter of a ‘few weeks’, then it’ll hit the press and the next bonanza starts. Once the general public, including the ****wit FD that can’t recognise a gift horse perks up, they can join in at many multiples of today’s price. Fine by me, someone has to pay me £200 [exc Chin-ah & USA (until further notice)] for my shares
But my mates considerably richer than thou!
Papazulu
Thank you
I’m with you on this RB. Despite the research and full belief, the wait and ups and downs tests one’s resolve. I, like yourself, invited a friend to sanity check this investment within the day they became heavily invested...seems I carry a little more burden now!! Keep your nerve...almost there.
* writing not waiting
MattDamon85
Pull your horns in you are waiting like an idiot
Timster,
I agree with your mate. I just thought a very bright, very experienced uninvested perspective was interesting....
It seems I was wrong RB
My mate shouted BUY BUY BUY down the phone at me when he read it!!!! And said it appears March will be a good mine!!!

No angle ;-) I was reading some posts from folk who said they couldn’t understand why the value of Avacta wasn’t better appreciated, my opinion also! I’d already asked and received opinion re RNS. So decided to share as I thought it a good benchmark of folk having a brief look at Avacta compared to watching many, many times daily the ups and downs LTH have lived with.
When my friend and I talked after email reply he thought my investment was safe and stood a good chance for me to make a good profit. That’s all RB x
Jam tomorrow but will get there by the end of the year, but by the time they are 'there' there is no investment case as the value will be in. That's surely the point in investing to identify those that you think will do well but with little enough interest at that time that they are priced well. Then you wait.
Otherwise you are looking at companies that might make minor incremental improvements to profit and grow by maybe 5%. For the risk that's still present you'd may as well shove it in the bank.
No - Jam Tomorrow is a promise that will likely never materialise. Derampers use it all the time when there is a delay. It comes from Alice and Wonderland where the queen says Alice can never have jam today, only tomorrow or yesterday.
Isn’t every investment, without exception, jam tomorrow? Not sure otherwise what an investment is.
So Jam Tomorrow is a synonym for pie in the sky. I think we can safely say the LFT will materialise. How much profit and how many orders and for how long is a bit harder to answer at this stage. AVA6000 is going into trials this year. We will have an answer of jam is overflowing by the end of the year but regardless I think some toast is getting licked with some jam this year... even if only LFTs
I asked a friend who was a FD and has taken 4 companies public what he thought of the RNS this week. He doesn’t follow Avacta, so outside eyes and opinion. The reply surprised me as I am very invested and believe we are very near great times.
“ Reads well and is very well funded. But it is still jam tomorrow. Looks like they will get there by the end of the year.”
I guess this is the opinion many, having a quick look, will also have. No real reason to share just found it interesting and thought some of you may too x RB
