How is my post a deramp. It’s fact. The next pivotal moment will be the first arm 2 results. Oh, apart from what your granny reads in her tea leaves of course. Perhaps these would be more accurate if she took them out the tea bag first🤣
Careful Watching, Goldieloc is making a bid for head of the Pom Pom girls how sweet.
........you derampers need to back off, that is unless you want me to set them on your bolx!!
Okay, enough time has now passed and, quite frankly, my guilt has just become too much of a burden for me to bear. Therefore....
It was me! I let the dogs out!!!!
I note that it highlights:

The chart shows the FAP level is not the limiting factor on whether Dox gets into the TME as per Mid and High cases.
The presence of FAP is all that is required to cleave = the scope of Pre|CISION could be any FAP tumour using the best warhead for that indication

Which I said was the best slide in that presentation and why I am still keeping the faith just about.
Who is BMHLTD?
WAG
Because if we all think positive thoughts and post ludicrously overhyped fantastic predictions then Avacta is bound to succeed much more quickly 🤣🤣🤣
Or we could just wait for arm 2 results
Yeah we’ve had a number of those and they haven’t always been nice surprises so we sure as hell are due one. 😄
One these mornings we will wake to a amazing rns
That will take us all by surprise!

Calm down dear!
We all love patronising whining muppets too...
I just love women's intuition!

From searching the EMA archive I see that Avacta has been shortlisted twice before for the best technology award - in 2017 when it was won by MaxCyte and 2021 when it was won by BioNtech.
Other than Avacta I know Creo Medical better than the others- their 'Speedboat' inject device to remove bowel cancer growths without the need for general anaesthetic so that the patient can leave hospital on the same day (saves on hospital beds, costs etc.) has high hopes of potential hospital-wide use within the NHS and beyond. However I think that the impact that our pre | CISION platform that will hopefully save lives as opposed to saving time and beds would get my vote - especially now that we have so much more data. Fingers crossed for third time lucky.
Well let's hope it has more impact than the last time we were on the shortlist in 2021!
Of the six companies short listed, are the other five for a drug,
whilst ours is for a platform from which to launch drugs.
Targeted therapy that spares healthy tissues is a holy grail of oncology drug development .
Will there be recognition that the holy grail has at last been found.
Whatever, well done Avacta for some great market disrupting tech.
Hope we get to commercialise it (thus bringing a better price for the platform/company)
before the IP rights and know how get sold off.
Thanks for a good find gmcc, and thanks for sharing.
Might have a chance of winning : Avacta technology in action the science works .

An approx. 2-log reduction btwn. warhead conc. in the tumour(T) vs plasma(P).
In other words, 99% warhead release in the T, with only 1% in the P.

If that isn’t pre | CISION oncology encapsulated, then what is?

Did I see some 600k traded at 10am today?
If you wabt to understand where Avacta is heading follow the past history/actions/contacts of those in charge...in my experience they will continue to do what they've done in the past...history will repeat itself...
Too many outside factors for Avacta to keep to schedule...
Maybe they've had several more good recruits turn up do they got data review and safety clearance now dosing can be done in parallel and info will be given to when CC can give us more info like FDA approval.
CC is American and will be doong things very much her way which willbe very different to AS I suspect...she will be going for RNS's with impact.
One other scenario is they have a deal in the makjng and it's all quiet on all fronts for the moment...
And there it is
Right on cue.
If we’re lucky it’ll go for £2-£3 some time in the next 6 months. Anything above that is hopeless ramping.
