My assumption was that those results would be announced with a deal. May still be the case or things have possibly changed. Who knows. That was just my view.

So they have the right to do that today. This makes sense as the recent raise was to cover this eventuality amongst other things

Will be interesting to see if they convert today and also whether yesterdays last transactions were linked in any way.
