Also, now that they are connected to the grid, there is a regular income. I calculate using an average of 4.5MW, 18 hours a day operation, £300/MWh, 95% uptime, should provide annual income of about £8m.
Rhambo, while we cannot deny the possibility of a fund raising, Atlantis also received a 20m euro grant just 1 month ago, which theoretically puts cash in the bank.
Cannot believe it, and I am fairly new to the Investment game but a fast learner. A Placing coming up and they are BUYING ???? defies belief. The sensible one's will " or should " be selling to lock in what profits they have. THAT , accounts for the big price drop a few days ago. Some obviously had the heads up in it going to happen and bailed< knbow that they will get in much much cheaper as the placing is liable to be massively discounted at least around the 40p mark and possibly a good bit lower. So the price for sure will tank when these new shares hit the market. Say they are placed at 38p, then rule of thumb at some stage ( either just prior or just after placing ) this would then touch approx. 36p YES !!! even lower than the placing price. This would be the time to buy, Take note it's a certainty to go below placing price. So for sure I feel it will be at least 2 years before ARL even gets back to the price it floated at 3 years ago. God help the poor souls that bought at float 96p having to wait approx 5 years to even make 1p A really sound Investment, if you had money to throw away.
Quite obvious here, cash outflows are increasing year on year, 11m in bank in june, py outflow was 9.8m, probably higher this year so the is looking at running out of cash in the next 1-3 months or so. Appointed joint broker, spamming RNS Reach ramp tastic announcements = placing imminent (heavily discounted)
Ignore Stroma. He's not even worth your breath. 1a is complete. The technology is proven. I recall a conversation with Tim Cornelius at the end of 2015 where he mentioned that another significant derisking event would be after the turbines had been running for 10,000 hours. In the meantime loads of good things going on around the globe for them and their venture into floating wind is another great risk spreader. Phase 1a should give them massive credibility going into the CfD auction in April and expect the share price to get closer to £1 should they get a good piece of the subsidies for 1c.
Further confirmation that all is well with Phase 1a in this morning's RNS.
I think you must be confused or on the sauce. I have not lied. Read the 20th February RNS (my reference to November instead of February was a clearly and obviously a slip). I am happy for my posts to be judged against yours any day, if anyone else is mad enough to be reading/posting on bulletin boards at this time of night. Have another good single malt and get a good night's sleep pet.

But you state a blatant lie, quote :- Firstly, the RNS of 20th November confirms that all 4 turbines have been successfully installed. OH !!!! ball 4 installed last Nov. Yet not one person up here knew that not even ARL as only one disaster , sorry turbine was installed in 2016. So why lie about it in your post below. If I were you I'd hang on until the Autumn before going for any of these shares you inquiring about getting. I'm hoping to pick them up then for about 18p or so if I'm lucky. Possibly a good few will have locked in their profits by then and there will be more than enough available to buy .
Nothing more than a classic deramper evidently.
I was referring to your post of 21.19. Your post of 21.35 is entirely at odds with your earlier post. Looks like you have had a look at a chart and made up a story. Do us all a favour and take your fiction elsewhere. This is a great company and you are polluting an otherwise sensible board.
Luicky You. Fill your boots Ctw2014 looks like as many as you could possibly want and maybe a lot more than you can handle in the near future. But perhaps better waiting to pick them up in a few month's time, who know how far they may fall. One can never tell can one.
I gave you the benefit of the doubt before but your latest post is beyond the pale. Firstly, the RNS of 20th November confirms that all 4 turbines have been successfully installed. Secondly, to gloat in the perceived losses of others in their investments is contemptible. For what it's worth, I am considerably up on my investments in Atlantis despite recent share price weakness. Frankly, I don't believe you have the wit to have done well elsewhere, and even if you have, sure as eggs are eggs, you will get your come uppance eventually. As a rule, I don't believe in trading insults on bulletin boards, but I will make an exception for you. You are a tit woman!
Floated on Stock Market Feb. 2014 @ 96p. 14 month after float in Spring of 2015 managed to get in to the mid 20p price bracket. Possibility of reaching / breaching the float price within 4 years. Positively looks like one for the patient Investor with cash to throw at it without expecting too much in return
Possibly the same reason for when it dived after the first one went down. Notice no RNS to say all 4 were in and working 100% . Yet quick enough ( too quick maybe ) to issue an RNS when the 1st one was installed. Why the dive ? Tee hee hee, watch the SP y'aint seen nuthin yet. Heading for the 20p range again is it ? Or maybe someone knows something you don't, glad I don't have a clue about it, and even happier I never climbed on board here. Doing unbelievably tremendous for a beginner in what I did eventually choose to go into, especially my latest one of only a few weeks mind blowing.
People are selling instead of buying. How many shares do I get? Lol
Calculation for 4 turbine revenue is too optimistic, unfortunately (be nice though). Load factor needs to be taken into account: 6MW X 8760 hrs X 0.29 X £300/MWhr = £4.6 m approx.
If someone can give me a logical explanation for this dive I'll give them my stake Atlantis.
There is a link on the Atlantis Twitter site
Have an interview with Tim Cornelius.
Great minds Bill... and all that. Came to the same conclusion some time ago.
Thank you. It will be most interesting to see if the 1A project achieves the income anticipated.
Armingford, I believe Atlantis own the majority of the 400MW potential array. The early turbines have a strike rate of about £300/MWh, this will reduce to ~ £100-150 over time probably as the technology matures. Assuming 4.5MW for 18 hours per day, my current estimate is £300 x 4.5MW x 18 hours = ~£24k per day. The full 400MW installation perhaps 60 times this. I also recall there was a ~ £20m government grant in there somewhere. So hopefully, there is at least some income coming in now, perhaps £8m annual income on very limited turbine installations so far.
Atlantis Resources @atlantisresplc 4h ago Successfully deployed in under 30 mins by JFMS and Atlantis using the Olympic Ares #MeyGen #Atlantis 4th turbine connected and another 4 to come this year
Buys currently being reported as sells.
Great to see all 4 turbines installed and I would guess that they will be trumpeting this in the media now which should attract some interest again.
