I will copy in Angus in my email to AIM Regs.
Yanis. My Q&A is the only one not answered from last month about the SBY remapping and seems strange unless the update is due shortly.
aimregulation@lseg.com
AIM regulation email in case somebody else is interested.
BV, yes, let’s hope we see an RNS tomorrow and take it from there.
I don’t agree with that Ocelot. The imbalance between buys and sells in the market happens when there is a driver in a specific direction.
The RNS stationing that all is on course for 1st gas by end Feb should have been the driver to drive the SP up. But the SP did not go up, it crushed!
All we know is the rumour. Angus must address this to explain why the SP was driven to crush.
Yanis,
You say "something stinks".
For myself, there was an imbalance between buy and sell orders, but that is the market. What the market gives one day, it can take away another.
Ocelot, todays SP crush by all accounts, if there is nothing smelly, is not justified. Not justified at all.
Something stinks. All I know about is the SFB rumour, it maybe something else … Angus must know.
Yanis. I agree it's very frustrating to say the least but lets see what happens tomorrow.
I've not understood what clarification you seek, Yanis.
Somebody on twitter tweeted that parties have approached ANGS and offered to buy Saltfleetby from them and SEL, Angus have replied that they don't comment on market speculation.
If nothing has been agreed with any of the alleged parties, then I fail to see what more ANGS can say.
Please confirm which interview
So I can listen
8.3m sold today and everyone's had kittens.
Time to take stock.
I've made my mind up.
I'll snaffle more stock.
History with Forrest snaffling near here.
History of placement near here.
History has its marker.
Panic sellers aided the drop today
Stop losses too.
Good luck
Staying the course.
Stupid to sell at lows for me as EA permit decision soon.
Ocelot, compared to loosing £90k, an email to AIM is nothing. If there is no clarification tomorrow, I will be contacting AIM and let them decide.
Ech. On previous interviews.
BV, focusing on projects? We focused on Lidsey … was going to keep the lights on to avoid placings … it did not work out (in hindsight what we were told was not correct, even when backed up by experts) … we focused on Brockham … bigger disaster (agai the experts were wrong) … now SFB.
What is happening now reminds me of the events leading to Brokham.
I will take nothing as good other than seeing the SP going up. And today tells us something …. There is a stench in the air.
Balanced viewer can you point to precisely where Lucan has said the Loan was to avoid asking Shareholders for cash?
The Loan is shared between SEL and Angus so I'm unsure how that works out in reality
Yanis. I'm just focusing on the company projects and not the SP fluctuations. We know it's not nice to have large paper losses and not real ones unless shares are sold, but worrying only makes you ill and gains nothing.
Think you are wasting your time, Yanis.
Quoted companies are under no obligation to respond to a tweet posted on twitter. If they were, there would be no end to RNSs all day long.
I expect ANGS are involved in discussions with other parties on a regular basis. If nothing concrete results from these discussions, then there is nothing to be communicated to the market.
Ocelot, for my peace of mind … I will be contacting AIM Regulation with the info that I have. If all is well then there is nothing for Angus to worry about.
BV, mate, I don’t get you - this SP collapse is not justified. Obviously there is a smelly leak.
Yanis,
"there is no excuse for it given the RNS".
But ANGS management isn't responsible for the market! And the market doesn't provide excuses for its behaviour.
Yanis. I don't think it's a placing, GL mentioned the loan is to stop the company from asking shareholders for cash in the future. Tomorrow the SP will continue the downward spiral or bounce back up, lets hope it's the latter.
Ocelot, we had no buyers for quite sometime and the SP held well above current SP level. We dropped to very near all time lows … there is no excuse for it given the RNS … 1st gas in less than 3 months! … and as you very rightly point out gas prices are very high and going higher …
Yanis,
It was evident this morning that the repetition of the rumour had not brought out any buyers.
How do you explain that there is not more buying of ANGS?
Without buyers, it takes little selling to deflate the share price.
BV, mate, let’s not fool ourselves … there is a stench around here. I don’t believe for a moment we can blame this on MM games.
Spot on Nom. If Angus doesn’t come clean by COB tomorrow I will be contacting AIM Reg with the details. They will decide whether their regulations have been broken or not.
If Angus has a shred of decency, if they give a bean about their shareholders, they will clarify this tomorrow.
Yanis. A good day at the office i see. Is there a large buy being filled at .8p or less and triggering stop losses, or just scare tactics to get rid of minows for larger players?
