Let's hope for positive outcome.
One of them at least is a self admitted troll/contributer to this board, who just happens to have a chip on her shoulder for me and Horis. Both magically appeared out of know where at the same time, getting the group het up encouraging people to email FRP and AMTE about it etc etc
I mean triggering an FCA investigation at this delicate moment is not the best of strategies, now is it?
If the leakers information comes to fruition.Tut tut.
The authorities will be very interested......
Let's wait for the verdict.
I think people maybe surprised at the outcome....
Meanwhile on the SW front, DGI had one of its patents listed in China. Hopefully a good start for everyone and that they should need AMTE factory in the near future. They must have good directors unlike ours raising money to fund seemingly only for their wages.
No admissions to the Gazette this morning and no change on the caseboard.
We should hear something today or tomorrow, if they're going admin as claimed by the 2 'leakers'
If saved, it is a future £1bn+ business for the new party, no question it is the future, northvolt will tell you, as will the other competition, need to be visionary and invest, negotiate several big deals, add influential management on board and deliver for the SHAREHOLDERS.
All that effort for nothing, the BOD need to agree on a buyer, from the “various offers” there is too much to lose if the wrongw decision is made, £m’s to gain if they are courageous enough to make the right decision for the shareholders who have backed them all these years.
We are talking about the next industrial revolution in terms of the EV industry development. Amte are at the forefront.
Agree on a deal /move it forward if time needed. A decision they won’t regret.
With them'

The wallopers have moved into the telegram group. One of them has even invited me to flirt with me on the phone. I think they are getting really lonely after being blocked by everyone and only having themselves to talk too the past week or so.
Anyway, bedtime. Up bright and early to catch the 'appointed admin' RNS if what the sidelines wallopers are saying is true 👍
I just checked, the agm rns, ok the results are clear enough.
Ignore the post.
No point responding if your filtered, as you could be one of 200 frogs.
Wasting your time.
Thanks.
Just goes to show go green go woke go broke broke broke
Regarding AGM..
Did anyone (ignoring not the nut jobs..) vote to remove the 2 directors on 28th december?
AGM Voting was still allowed to go through, whether it still counted is my question. The rns stated all resolutions passed, but what does that mean? The 2 sirectors were going to be replaced? Or no movement.

Speak up, I canny hear you????
Reason for admin? They can’t pay their bills and it’s a criminal offence to continue to trade whilst creditors increasing
As per the admin process, the reasons for going admin will be investigated. I'm sure both the BOD and pinnacle are aware of this. I think PInnacle are out of the equation
They should not be .
Rule 9 have not been voted off .
They should be forced to buy out if they need something that AMTE have .
All point was that to get on board for nothing .
Anyone knows what trojan horse is .
You would not give 30% of financial distressed company in exchange of empty promises.
Since April all involved and every move should be examined by the relevant authorities as all not just stinks its worse.

Replace or Add to the current BOD? Pinnacle will obviously be represented on the board. Its clearly stated in their intentions that they have no plans to change the current set up
Most likely those losers have positioned all their useless families on the payroll perhaps why no one would want to support those fxckers.
The Subscription Agreement also provides that:
· Pinnacle would be entitled whilst it has an interest of: (i) no less than 50 per cent. of the Fully Diluted Share Capital to appoint 60 per cent. of the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company; and (ii) between 25 per cent and 50 per cent of the Fully Diluted Share Capital to appoint 40 per cent. of the Board, in each case alongside two executive directors and two non-executive directors independent of Pinnacle and its associates; ... sounds to me like they want rid of this BOD?
Be positive .But I dont understand how admin is preferential to keeping the company going. I still dont understand how the BOD had a tantrum on the 19th December.?.I do understand all the pessimism now creeping in.
Corn
Pinnacle had no intentions of changing anything (as per the circular). So why would AMTE choose admin to preserve their jobs, if they weren't at risk in the first place. So one of two things could be occurring (if the claim being made is true ofcourse) 1) pinnacle are out of the window and 2 out of the 3 new offers want rid of the BOD and the 3rd new bid requires admin with the BOD being preserved or 2) its a prepack to the directors. Whom we already know are skint as they couldn't front up a measly 200k to avoid all this in the first place, therefore the FRP admin fees + extension on top, would be a factor + they're still on a sinking ship and will inevitably go admin and lose their jobs and more anyway.
As far as I'm concerned, I resigned to the fact that my money has been flushed down the toilet. Anything other than a toilet flush is a bonus
The problem is as always that's it's all supposition, guesswork and conspiracy theories from us pi's who are always the last to find out actual facts. Why any management would consign their company, jobs etc to the bin rather than accept an offer to save the business is beyond normal levels of understanding. Look on the Scotgold Resources (SGZ) bb RNS section to see how this process went. In admin, shares cancelled etc after supposed "interest" fell through. Only got gambling money in here but any deal that saves AMTE is a far better alternative than the dreaded cancellation of shares imo. :o).
The fact that their was press and rns that offers are landing fland being reviewed is a good sign, and despite idol gossip, the only tangible news we have. Also the BoD and staff will want a deal for work, so they will be supporting the process. And imagine that FRP will want a good deal to kick start the year and their reputation.
I agree Joe, after watching the BOD of HE1 nothing will surprise me!
The extension here gave me a lot of encouragement that a deal is under way and a second extension will give more weight to this theory but if for some reason the BOD are just going for full Admin, the cost of FRP is irrelevant. Are FRP trying to save the business and the local workforce but the BOD are just not listening, from what I've read it wouldn't be out of character. Hoping for news this week, another extension will do fine.

Looking at my HE1 investment - yeah, BODs can be that stupid 🤣
Jokes aside - it doesn't make sense
