Jj the bit that I don’t understand is the % based on shareholders voting rights compared to the financial instruments number.
Anybody know what this discrepancy is or what it means?
should be interesting to see who is right and wrong. Either way very undervalued at this moment.
Going private for me personally would be a worst case as they can effectively set a purchase price between the majority share holders.
It may give us a 50% premium on the current price which might suit a few of you short term guys but this would only give me a small % wise profit.
something for the data guys....

Thank you be gutted as I believe in what ghost and others says I can really seeing this hitting £2 per a share but you could understand why they would do it if they knew that. Go private 3 years down line re open shares at £5 a share more money for the them.
Tomorrow will be costly as I think a lot will cash out as once news came out tone got sold up. But doing my research and spending time I am happy!
These guys are seriously switched on individuals and know that one of the many reasons this share price is so low is because of uncertainty. They know and the Market expects changes and they are going to stamp their authority and state their intentions from day1 the AGM on Wednesday. Major changes will be declared and everyone here is going to benefit but mainly them. IMHO
From what I read up on the shares price gets frozen they offer a bonus on top so maybe 55 goes to 75 for example but usually people buy a lot of shares hoping for a nice quick payout so the price goes up just before it’s frozen l. I’m no expert tho just a noob so?
Totally agree, it really could so what DLAR did today and rocket to £1 or could go backwards into 40sp again! It’s going to make a lot or not but time will tell. But reading all your posts minus likes of skier (no dig) I enjoy it! It’s like a game of chess and so far we are keeping up. Before close over 100k went through rather close so who knows... but exciting/nervous times await! Good luck all
are we talking 2% or 5% change in holdings - it's not clear to me.
Thank you, I am the data person. Why I am relaxed. But all these real questions about timings and RNS ghost knows a lot more than me just putting figures together.
Spent last minutes looking through all reports and seems to me it would of been impossible for them to sell to us unless in the two days of trading they completed atleast 80% of sales.
Watch this space, the only concern I have as don’t understand what happens if they take this private? Ghost 3300 or RBM or cars or anyone answer that?
Must say I’m loving being so invovled with this investment normally as with my others I jus rely them sit but we got a real community here and I love the gamble of this and the rumours all over place and the unpredictably love it!
That’s brilliant analysis never thought of that difference isn’t showing buy vs sells Meaning the stock has gone to someone...brilliant!
Within two days which would work perfectly to be announced at the AGM. The plot thickens
Yes, this does feed into the theory of Stroll and associates increasing their stake in order to complete a share swap.
just reading on FCA page that notifications of changes in major holding/voting rights have to be made within 2 trading days - so that can be after the AGM...... the plot thickens.
Well is that 24hr period timed perfectly then?
Taking the time of the RNS if thats how it works... may mean they'd have to declare before 4.24pm tomorrow? Leaving 6 minutes of market mayhem before close and the AGM Wednesday?
Not sure but that announcement on Wednesday would make sense if Stroll/Mercedes associated that news minus whatever they said would see this light up
Well there is the theory out there that Stroll will be partnering with Wolff to take over Mercedes F1 - possibly in exchange for increased AML shares. Maybe this is freeing them up to do that?
Wolff has a 30% share of Mercedes F1 already.
Mercedes initially paid 'only' £110m for a 75% share of the team I'm reading.... that must be worth in the billions now?
Im sure he/they has to declare within a 24 hr period unless they are still with a broker possibly...
.....will new holder(s) have to declare tomorrow with an RNS
Well in chaps I honestly think you've nailed it...
You could, but the trade during that day would show 75 million sold 35 million bought. I mean most Difference has be 3million either way. Unless every single sale including 2 share sales was them but I doubt it.
I think ghost has nailed this, Shares gone to stroll? Toto or even Mercedes/Daimler? Just my thoughts!
If 75 million was in market JT would of picked up surely? You can’t hide sells or buys but swaps you can.
Roll on Wednesday....
What about if they sold the 75,000,000 into the general market over the last week. The volumes had been very high. Is this possible or allowed?
Seems to me the number is just under 5%. So 75,000,000 shares. that is significant to see where those shares have gone.
Would they have been sold into the regular market? Does anybody understand how this would work with someone who has to declare?
Have they gone to other investors as a lump at an agreed price? Does anybody know what is required to be said for this to happen and when?
I do not have knowledge on these things I am hoping some other traders understand how this works.
Seems to be a conflict in numbers also. Originally we saw 2% so 30,000,000 shares but then in the article saying 5% so 75,000,000
