doesnt mean nothing will be recovered from admin
hi could somebody give me the details of the new group web please and to whom I pay the £150 to thanks
Brilliant summary we will get these fraudsters
I don't know what some people debate about on here. For me, it's as simple as this: I used an AIM listed company as regulated under British law. I was mislead, deceived, conned by RNSs and cheated by a BOD illegally on several occasions without the intervention of several regulators who were meant to be doing their jobs in preventing these things from happening under their watch. Regardless of what ssig ft or mh aw or whoever may do in the future, I am after my money which was unlawfully, illegally and deceitfully taken from me and for that i am hiring lawyers. As for people who would be held accountable and liable.. I do not really care much. £7000000 or so is owed to our group and it will have to be given back. And yes, I have emailed my previous MP. FCO and SFO.. i can say they don't care as much as they should. They need a legal representative to contact them probably for them to listen. They also need a fine to be imposed on them for this to make any difference in the future. Regards
Suggestion, VGAS bb is very quiet, I'm sure nobody will object.
Total misreprisentation of rns. Sherwood u r welcome to join our legal action if u wish to at a cost of £150 pounds
Infact sucking shareholders in with faulse statements so they buy shares
sadly I was in the same boat with LOND which went into Admin last October. LLoyds share dealing service have now totally deleted the 700,000 shares that I held there and my account shows no trace of them whatsoever. sadly I see the same coming to AMI . We have both been well and truly done out of our savings and I fear no one can do anything at all about it
When a company tells u they are on target and going to be cash possitive by xmas bv in reality are in dept up to their eyeballs id say thats dam right fraudulant abuse of rns
There has been an amazing missuse and reprisentation in the rns that we have been given over the last 8 months wich needs to be adressed legaly
"Probably not the most honest thing to do, but we could always hijack another board. I.e. A share where there is no chat at all..." Yes, Willu, a BB like London Mining, for example?!
Its probably a weak signal from my phone that does it on here
This board is anoying enough as it boots me off when i make a long text
Our bb wont let me log in. Ill change the password again and see if it works. If not ill have to use discuss the market
Its amazing how their rns got passed the governing bodies of aim etc considering a.m said in one that they would be cash possitive by xmas when in fact they owed almost a bn !!!
Probably not the most honest thing to do, but we could always hijack another board. I.e. A share where there is no chat at all...
Begger: Our new BB is not discussthemarket.com, that's a different thing alltogether.. Discussthemarket.com is open to all, contains a full copy of all the postings that are on here, and will still be there after this one closes.
I will try and get on the new bb but so far ive had no luck
If anyone is concerned about this BB closing this coming week, remember that all of our historical postings are preserved on the discussthemarket.com BB. That one is open to view by anyone, but if you want to post on it then you need to register.
My fault for being vage in my texts but my phone gets knocked off the server in long texts but u would get the gist of what im saying if u read all the texts together
Yes begger, I think we can safely assume that.
I understand what your saying manu and everyone else. What worriep me is s.i.s.g wont pay what we need
If one assumes the Receiver is powerless to intervene in project company's legal wrangle with SISG; the onus will fall on the current BOD of the project company to demonstrate that due process is being followed to dispose of the assets to repay SISG in full and all other creditors to the extend there is a surplus left. Your legal team will understand fully what I am on about here. Moreover; your legal team will have rehearsed all possible scenarios in their mind already I suspect.
You are also right in your assumption that if there is no competitive auction; SISG will be the only bidder. However; the parent company receiver has a legal duty of care to all unsecured and secured creditors and must demonstrate that the project company's subsidiary's assets were sold at the price which demonstrates market value. I suspect they will use London Mining's recent sale as comparable evidence. This is very complicated state of affairs as investors have been deliberately starved of key facts.
