Can someone inform me what i need to do to join the action group.
replying all when you make payment. I hope everybody here understand English and are intelligent enough to know when not to reply all.
Thanks Lord, My dosh will be in today SISG is not the only ones that has a phase 2 we do as well now!
As far as we know, there is no incentive for SISG to offer shareholders any settlement. It appears they have acted above board and within their rights, though it still seems unclear exactly who owns and has the rights to what, and who owes what debt to whom, given the structure of AML and the project companies. Until that is resolved legally, it's impossible to say with certainty that SISG has no reason to settle, but in my opinion, if they have the right to restart Tonkolili as reported, as and when they want, then why would they need to mollify shareholders? They seem already to be seen as the saviours of SL's mining industry, if we are to believe the local media.
Keep all chat to email or the private BB
No sorry, needs to be kept private and between those willing to contribute and take action
Can anyone share what the news is?
Agree one word WOW, if that is legit which it looks it FT is living on borrowed time. Was there talk of II's joining the fight?
Wow. I'm speechless.
.....! We are on!!
Send an email to amipic@outlook.com with your name, evidence of your holding in AMI (a screenshot of your broker’s page or equivalent), your broker’s name and confirmation that you will pay £150 towards the cost of barrister’s opinion of whether our case is worth pursuing. If the barrister agrees we have a good case, we may start down the route of ‘no-win, no-fee’ legal representation to take our case to court.
'Slim arse fakin' it' and 'Rank as evil misfit'
'Vasile Frank Timis' is an anagram of 'I'l mis-invest afar;' 'Stinki, feral Mavis' and 'Viler mafia stinks.'
please don't email. If you disagree, just email Grant.
Shame other shareholders dont read the board as more joining the action would help going forward incase we incure any costs due to the guys doing the work
The only good side of only having 150 shareholders in the legal action is there will be less to share any amount with that we will get
Just checking if SISG new what we are doing and we have so far, Do you think they would make us a offer just to get rid of us share holders? These matters I have left with you experts as I would not know whats best and how its done, as I said just checking?
We need to make sure this info gets to Delloites so they are aware of the real valuation.
I do hope that the word from the legal people will be a resounding 'yes, you have a case', because if there is one thing we are lacking as a body of shareholders (and interested parties), it is solid facts about what has happened. It appears that a trickle of information is starting to come now from people in a position to know this. The hope is that it will encourage others to come forward, and perhaps some of the IIs to take a more proactive stance. And once the legal people are on the case they will be able to ask the court to subpoena for relevant information to support our case (assuming it still exists, ha ha).
I am appalled by the way we have been treated and staggered by recent revelations but until i see a single penny of my hard earned stollen money returned i will temper my enthusiasm for any outcome. During all this debacle one thing has astounded me and that is the complete silence of ii, i wonder has large block shareholders they were consulted and if so they were stupid enough to take the Bod advice and now are to embarrassed to say anything, after all they can just right it off has a loss without any one questioning them. I'm sure they were probably also treated to meetings in fancy restaurants and abroad, that's the problem with corporate world a few over rated and self important individuals can decide the destiny of millions of mere peasants and the world thinks they clever
...if what is contained in the last email is true, then that is a staggering revelation. We were boxed in and effectively wiped out by a co-ordinated plan from our BOD, the very people who are vested with looking after the shareholders.....incredible. By now many regulatory and governmental bodies will have received our communications and I look forward to seeing a steady 'drip-feed' of replies, however mealy mouthed they are. Justine Greenings department must now be fully aware of what is going on as well as AIM and the LSE. I am going to repeat this because I am still in a state of bewilderment and anger.....we were wiped out because our BOD and Jefferies decided not to communicate an offer which would have saved African Minerals and its shareholders from financial oblivion.
