I should add...... I think Amgo is a solid hold so just wait it out and don’t sell at these prices.
Honestly, as much as I want it to, with the threat of an imminent lockdown and staff working from home for an indefinite period I think we may not see a re-lending RNS on Monday. Heavily invested here so would certainly like to be wrong. I know the staff CAN work from home but to throw this on them on day 1 of a new lockdown seems unlikely - unless it’s simply stating a start date for the end of the month for example.
Think we need the vaccines to really get back to life and our shares to fully recover. People back in work and getting a helping hand from Amigo. Vaccine tracker may be of interest. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/17/health/covid-vaccine-when-available.html?name=styln-coronavirus-vaccines®ion=TOP_BANNER&block=storyline_menu_recirc&action=click&pgtype=Interactive&impression_id=2a3d56a0-1b62-11eb-8021-3535559a38ad&variant=1_Show
Paul, I agree. Sweden cant be compared to the uk for reasons of demographics, diet, climate etc etc. However, they are the closest thing to a control in this worldwide experiment. For some reason observational and anecdotal evidence appears to be king in organising the response to this pandemic. This is very wrong. Especially when we have a control (accepted to be an imperfect one) in which doing nothing appears to be equally as good if not better than what we have been forced to do. Remember back to days at school? What grade would your biology teacher have given you if you arranged an experiment without a control?
The much smaller population of Sweden are generally more in shape and not lazy benefit heads like half of Briton.
I myself am asthmatic yet run every day.
The problem in the Uk can’t be compare to Sweden for above reasons.
Population and the type of person ie unfit doesn’t care about the rules ( to lazy) has a huge impact.

Viking, What if face coverings dont work? (there is only very limited and questionable evidence that they might help) what if they make things worse? Perhaps the virus droplets land on the mask and because folk aren't wearing fp3 masks then the virus particles make their way to infect the wearer? It's not as clear cut as suggested. The government over reach is already unprecedented. I'm not sure the evidence suggests lockdown is particularly effective either.
Boris is announcing a nationwide lock down monday, next week will be red, unless relending is announced.
If an RNS is out Monday, and it's positive, I do hope that the news today doesn't completely squash it.
Nothing to be done now, just have to wait.
Blue' ---- Just my opinion ! Unfortunately, i fear that will be a waste of time and only prolonging the inevitable. As many on here know, i drive for my work, i go around and stop in services, garages etc, etc for a coffee etc etc. Too many people not doing what they have been asked to do ( not wearing masks, mainly teens to say 40 from what i see ), when you see 6 young lads not wearing a mask and they tell the shop they all have a disability, you know this is not working ). A lock down will not alter that. Once it ends ( if they abide by it anyway ), they will just carry on as before. To start with, they need to make face covering law. If you have a valid reason for not wearing a mask, you have to wear a clear visor, the rest of us must wear a mask. I know they are not he be all and end all but people have to work together and by everyone covering their face, it will be a start. Yes, people will say why have i got to wear a visor, well, maybe it is your Grandchild, niece, nephew, maybe you son or daughter not wearing one. For certain, most who do not want to wear a mask if they have to wear a visor instead, will wear a mask as they are easier to carry. Those that do not comply then, will have to face bigger fines. I have spent loads of time in Asia, they wear masks if they have a cold. South Korea, ok, their track and trace looks far superior to ours, BUT, they do what they are told. How many over here give a false mobile number if they leave one ? This is a valid discussion point as it will have an adverse effect on the SP if a National Lock down is brought in. Doesn't matter what party is Governing now, it will fail with this as too many do not want to know! Take care peeps, i am off to bed. Night, night.
See what happens to the country next week, could be all staying in
Won’t be any dividends for a while and not without the FCA approval - read the RNS on 19th October
Ramp Ramp - Maybe redress provision halved, lending restart date and 10p dividend for our patience. Hope Gazza reads my clear orders :)
Usually bad news is published on Friday to allow for accurate absorption over the weekend by investors. Monday hoping for a +ve RNS, maybe complaints are still on going/extended, but I'm sure there will be an overall positive result.
