Mri - last time I went to Blackpool I drank all night - about 12 pints - and at the end of it I was stone cold sober - Hee Hee Hee
I can only come to one conclusion as I am a total lightweight - especially by Navy standards : )
Lol ok too many beers :). Is there such a thing?
The impatience thing is a funny one. If you are feeling it then your holding here is probably too large. Dont let sunset/demon get to you. They are not here to help anyone despite their claims. It's not very often you get told exactly when the selling will end, usually it is up in the air. So definitely by end of August it will end and we may very well start climbing before then. I would selfishly be happy for it to hang around here for a bit longer so that I can buy some more so keep up the good work subset. Hang in there.
Toma = Milanr????????????
: )
Mri - oy - copywrite - thats mine and Figgy's joke : ) : )
Wow sorry about the typos. To many Vimtos :)
Figure. The quartet report to me is the buggy. I hope they will have readjusted the claim provision pot taking into account they are actually disputing claims. Not sure JBs 80% is realistic. But that is an instant big hike in SP.
Figgy - nice little summarisation of what you expect - now who's been on the VIMTO!!!!!!!!!
Ha Ha

Happy days ahead, enjoy your weekend Guys !!!
Afternoon Gents,
Nothing’s guaranteed I agree but just my thoughts what we could expect from AMIGO this month:
Aug 14th - RNS - new structure of facilty agreement update
Aug 17th - RNS - CEO /Directors buys - Glen and Jonathon adds on 14th
Aug 20th - RNS -results notice
Aug 27th - RNS - 1st quarter year Results: (April - June end 2020)
1st Quarter results including business and regulatory update.
Aug 27th - Amigo Presentation by new CEO QUESTIONS from shareholders)
Aug 27th - RNS JB’s shareholding reduced to 9.66% reaching BELOW 10%.
Aug 28th - RNS announcement for a new vote by JB/ CEO?
Sept 1st - RNS - Board changes!
I’m guessing Thurs, 27th Aug 2020 going by past results announcement.
Just my own thoughts on new expected.
Franky. This is why I think a rns and bounce in sp is imminent. Agreement is almost certainly done imo just loose ends.
“ Amigo, a leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, is today providing an update on the securitisation facility performance trigger waiver announced on 27 May 2020. Amigo has agreed with its bank an extension of the waiver period end date from 24 July 2020 to 14 August 2020 to permit time for both parties to finalise further amendments. During this period, the performance triggers relating to the securitisation facility will continue to be suspended. The securitisation will move into gradual amortisation from 14 August 2020 if further amendments are not agreed prior to that date.”
By the way - Soros - this is a piggin chat room - designed for chatting and making friends, (or enemies sunset : )) so if you dont want to chat or make friends, keep your council!!!
Morning Chums,
Late to bed - late to rise : )
Yes Craigy - I would suggest patience is a virtue with this one - JB has to sell down to 10% then he will call a vote and the way after that will be clear. I reckon a month and we should see upward movement so bear with it!!! I have 10 years to wait so I'm happy to HOLD HOLD HOLD!!! Besides, once this does move upwards we are all off to Barbados via Vegas so if you want to be on the trip you have to keep with it!!! : )
shezzer , i get what you’re saying ... but ive lost count on how many times ive thought ... next week , next JB tweet , next good news the sp will rocket ...but when i think about it logically , we need to give Glen a chance to turn things around , let JB get to his target ... SURELY THEN it will start to rise , and i dont want it to shoot up 100% in a day ... because its more than likely to be back down the next day ... 5-7% a day will do me ....also with bank overdrafts being 49.9% .. surely the FSA cant punish Amigo , when the banks are exactly the same !!!
yes you are wasting your time here. here all losers
