Just my thoughts...
To be engaged in sale discussions with the buyer they are surely happy around that ballpark of £100m, maybe revised up through negotiations.
If the BOD thought its nowhere near the amount they are looking for, surely they would have rejected the approach straight away. However they are clearly entertaining it.
Must be a credible party, and they are happy @ circa £100m.
This is why I think it will be done very quickly. Hope they can squeeze it upto atleast 10p!!
"This is why I think it will be done very quickly."
I think you need to mug up on how it all works. The clue is in the RNS.
"Such a disposal would constitute a fundamental change of business under AIM Rule 15 and therefore be subject to shareholder approval."

It won't be done quickly and the sale price and shareholder return is derisory.
It won't be voted through.
Jaytem, why do you believe this won't be voted through? How many shares are in circulation? About 1.38 billion! From the last post regarding number of shares where people would not vote this through i think it got to about 5 million! Good luck but this will go through if a reasonable deal is bought to the table, anywhere between 7-10p this will be passed. Time to top up and make some money. Good luck but also its time to get real.
What do we reckon on some type of royalty payment on future resources/earnings being used as a sweetener for such a lowball offer? Not sure how that'd work if it's not a London listed company in talks.
Is there any chance this is being done to get a bidding war going?
Re-reading the RNS it seems the BOD are happy with 100M.
I was hoping for more, but don’t we all.
Honest Tom, it’s worth noting that Royalties can be sold on. Check out TRR, they have built a portfolio of them. So if a Royalty agreement was an add on to any deal I would imagine that the Board would seek to capitalise it, wind up the company and return the cash to its investors.
As in companies/ii's that buy royalty payments? Piscator.

I am getting real.
The sale is for a subsidiary.
They could sell it and pocket the cash in amc with no benefit paid out to shareholders.
So unless we vote to allow it and get some cash, which won't be anywhere near a distribution of 100m then why would we vote to sell?
Jaytem, I'm not sure if you are a deramper or just someone who is a little bit stupid & nieve?
Whichever it is please just stop now.
Aren't you just a very rude person.
