Dumping starting today by the looks of it.
Not another deal and placing coming?
Placing was heavily oversubscribed so I think they could have gotten away with a higher placing price actually.
Any "dumping" has so far been absorbed very well
Placing money was only prepared to pay up to 68p for the shares. It's rallied maybe too quick in short order. Wouldn't be surprised to see the price cool from here.
A lot of placees will dump
And still quiet.
Good.
:)
Finally some movement today. Quite frankly I am amazed this isn't trading higher.
On a 2020 PE of 5 according to Finncap!!
just the way it should be :)
Did people see that £250k (1/4mil) buy in one go from Tuesday? Not sure you do that without having done some serious due diligence... think this acquisition is a total game changer. Management at recent Mello investor presentation were incredibly excited about this opportunity
Yep, I took some on Friday. Very exciting growth company. CEO sounds like the business. Some well respected investors involved.
No one notice the Friday RNS? As posted below, yes they needed a placing but looks a smart move to pick up AIM as a result. Growth should be accelerated.
This is the concern here - how much cash is now left ? Fund raise will have to come sooner or later.
Feels like a buying opportunity. Statement anything but hollow - the all-important KPI of take-up of the platform - no matter how it is branded - is looking good. More upside than down imo.

Hammered due to losses, cost increases and a hollow statement from the CEO. After reaching 100 twice since July, it looked bullish but is now below the 200 EMA. For me, it's changed to bearish.
Warning: My opinion only and do not take any decisions on this statement.
Look at the cash position.
positive write up in today's edition, could give it a bit of a boost on Monday.
creeping up, and an eerily silent board.
:)
Good to see
Ues , looks like they are reducing .. Not sure if killik is a single holder or manage SIPPS
Killick reducing and another 4% to go
Finncap's closing statement We look forward to marvelling at the multiples derived from US enthusiasm, and the resulting positive inferences for Altitudes valuation as it delivers proof of execution.
I disagree You only have to look at the latest, RNS to see that AIMPRO is beating all forcast. even only a couple of months, I think they will do $40 Million transaction volume this financial year alone, still got a back log of 390 clients trying to get onboard and growing Quiet here now , but i strongly believe this will be one of the stars of 2018.. just need to see the wood through the trees and do some research. and look forwards only a few months. its all there to see.. legacy business is not forming the valuation
Look at their cash position and net profit just reported. Too many unknowns at this stage to get excited
With the rollout of AIMPro now at full speed, they are already onboarding 37% of an $1.5 billion market at 10% margin - AFTER JUST 4 MONTHS.. beats all expectations by miles, they will be getting 80 million net within 12 months!
Looks like this will start its vertical journey now.. Standing start to turnover of $2.8 million in under four months live withAIMPRO
have far outweighed volumes sold over the past three days but the sp has come down..... Probably those pesky MM's trying to free up some of these (tightly held) shares ahead of the trading update due with the 2017 Final Results on 5th June, methinks. GLA Eggs
Yes I am a share holder, if the management can pull the business plan off we are looking at a good investment.
