I agree with flaming and Bac , there’s too much smoke here. Was 6p little while ago and even at current prices they need to show sales and profit to justify current value. 15p next week is a given.
Gap to be filled on charts below 15p. 38.2% fib is 13p so i'd expect it to bounce off here. Lets be honest everyone has got way ahead of themselves here, but the trend is still up and I'll be adding below 15p. May take a few weeks to get there. Then investor day will see green again after potentially. GLA
So we have another new face talking it down for his/her cfd.....how many pips?
This was way undervalued following the year of no news waiting the tech issues being resolved. Now we have it seems a warrantable product and a supply chain that’s coming together with a product demonstration/launch.
AFC has never been in a better position! As for share price? It’s worth what people are willing to pay for it and at the moment that’s 19p
And then the Cash Call. What then?
Good try at knocking the share but you have to try harder!
You say the share will take a few weeks to get down to 13p but will go up from investors day?
A “few” as far as I was led to believe is 3 or more.
Investors day is on 6th December (2 weeks today)
Moral of the story is you have been discredited and have made a total fool of yourself. Now run along and annoy someone else with your stupidity!
BMac we have a facility with Thalion that has been publicised and is well known.
Companies need cash to operate but we are now at the point of commercialisation and this will be a first for AFC energy. How many aim shares rise on hot air?
You haven’t been posting as long as I’ve been here from memory so can only assume that you and the other doomsayers are like those on any other bb that’s seem a good rise and are hoping to profit from the talk down
I've posted an opinion, what is wrong with that? If you've got a different one then thats fine you stick to what you believe. I've looked at the charts and decided that is what may happen. If i'm wrong so be it, but freedom of speech ey
Sandy, some people do research and invest with positive intentions and others use negatively to profit. I don’t like people who profit from negativity. Sorry if you don’t like that
Jgb that is a pathetic response. Just because you don't like what I've said is that the best you can come up with?
The definition of "a few" is, "not many but more than one."
If i'm being specific it'll be 13p by the 5th of December. Happy now?
chippyjo… Re your remark…You haven’t been posting as long as I’ve been here from memory so can only assume that you and the other doomsayers are like those on any other bb that’s seem a good rise and are hoping to profit from the talk down…
As previously posted, I have been in touch with the vagaries of AFC for longer than I care to remember. There are issues here requiring considerations that extend way beyond AFC’s arrival at the commercialisation stage of its fuel cells, its hazards, order potential and timelines. I will be posting my related conclusions a bit later. Bmac
I doubt it will be any more reliable info than your 10p quote
I sure De Nora would have already carefully reviewed any required considerations.
BMac, You have still not explained the MCap of ITM and Ceres based upon your assumption that the company should be valued on profitability. Is that because you are only trying to bash AFC to profit or because what you have stated previously about the value of AFC is just to scare people in to selling. We all know they have not made a profit yet but as we have pointed out, the difference with the AFC IP is that it is commercially viable not just green. Not only for AFC but more importantly for the customer as the energy generation cost is significantly cheaper than anything comparable. That is where they have a technical advantage over competitors. The fact that they outsource manufacturing is a huge benefit in terms of business overhead and profitability. I am really not concerned in short term movement. I am very confident in the technology and the potential market share for the cells. This is not just EV. It is only the EV they are demonstrating on the 6th. The cell that provides the energy can be used in a number of different applications. Don't forget licencing of AlkaMem. What is that going to cost them. I will answer that. Nothing, just profit. You mention sites and planning etc. I think you are considering only stationary application. What about large ships that use the dirtiest diesel you can buy. The high density cell will take up less space and provide the required power to propel ships. Its brilliant, 9 years ago the concept was brilliant, this is now realisation.
banaman….re your statement, quote…more importantly for the customer as the energy generation cost is significantly cheaper than anything comparable. That is where they have a technical advantage over competitors. The fact that they outsource manufacturing is a huge benefit in terms of business overhead and profitability….
It's not as simple as you conclude. As I stated earlier here there are many other (so far undiscussed) cost implications, risks and associated issues that extend well beyond the basic cost per kwh from AFC's fuel cells. These require detailed considerations and costings that extend way beyond AFC’s arrival at the commercialisation stage that will impact on order potential, risks, hazards and timelines. I will be posting my related conclusions about these a bit later. Bmac
Hope this next post is based on evidence that stands up then rather than fibs.
BMac, This has not stopped the procurement of fuel cells from companies that cannot provide such efficiency at such cost. I think you should read through a number of historical RNS releases before you start spouting nonsense. Of course there are other considerations. The fact is that the source of power generation that AFC provides high power density, low cost efficiency. Anything has to go through design. The point is that AFC have a standard design which makes any process for inclusion that much simpler. The foot print of the standard kit is such that it can fit inside of a shipping container dependent on size of unit. The cost of the fuel may well be negligible and often will be process waste. If you wish to waste your time simply to bash a share price why do you not try this elsewhere and start from a much higher price. Now on ignore as I feel you have nothing useful to say and just repeat the same rubbish.
