Anyone aware of reason for drop today?
Orion provide equity dressed up as debt. Orion is a private equity fund, not a bank and lender of last resort trying to get 20% IRR returns from their debt packaging. Look how Orion behaved at Heron Resources and Weatherly which are now both in administration. This is the risky bit as any delay or cost overrun with the project and Orion will have their foot on the throat if shareholders through Orion's Loan to Own model. I am sure the board have done their assessments but the CEO selling down his shares hardly aligned with the rest of shareholders. Fingers crossed it all works out but seen this rodeo several times before.
Deal was announced after close yesterday and CLOSED before open today, impressive!

too early to buy in,but with cash flows, not far off the current mcap
well worth keeping on the watchlist....before production begins in 18 months time..imo
Hot copper board suggests unusually low volume last Friday- poss financing news imminent.

Nice update today
There's some good write up on ADT1 (listed ADT on the ASX) by Datt Capital - worth checking out for those interested.
GLA
At last the fundamental value within Adriatic is being recognized.
As for anyone who takes their info from Hargreaves Lansdown they show the market cap as £580 which is actually the A$ cap.
There are 209m shares in issue = a cap @ £1.50 of some £313.
I continue to believe that this is a quality mid-cap mining company in the making.
Yes, overly quiet on here.
Lots going on in next few month for ADT1 too
Strange board
This is a virtually moribund board - why I do not know. I guess that is there were 100 times more shares in issue & the sp was 1.25p then PI's would be all over it.
So, in the belief that this is a major mid-cap miner in the making I am taking my cue from the pop duo of the 1960's, "Peter & Gordon" & taking the opportunity to lock ADR's shares away.
Damo, thanks for the link.
Rick Rule sheds some good mining experience.
I believe that the Company will be drilling again soon on new ground and meanwhile working towards finalising everything to do with DFS and financing. The capex is not too big which is a big bonus in my opinion and I am sure that debt finance/royalty/offtake agreements will mitigate against the Company having to raise much, if any equity. Hopefully plenty of newsflow over the rest of the year.
