2 timeline answers to that doubleup, if I could go back before any investment then no absolutely not I would not have invested, it was Colter that looked like it would return big gains on the MarCap of ADL at the time and to be honest a lot of other Companies got caught by Colter, RBD, BOIL, UJO etc.
If I had no investment at all in ADL would I invest now?, unlikely and probably not but seeing as I would not be in book cost deficit I would see the extremely low sp as a punt to nothing and may put a little in just to see if a deal with CAV could come off. But it would be a small amount and cashed in immediately on the proof of concept results and done with the freedom and peace of mind in the knowledge that I am not nursing a big paper loss. I will roll with it and see what occurs.
atb
Miker, you are reasonable. You are only invested here due to being at a loss and I wish you all the best but in theory its a bet to nothing as you have already lost on what you initially invested in.
But for Greg to state exciting times ahead is silly, he's been saying it for I cant remember how long. ADL is not in investment, its just a hope and a slight one at that that invested PI of whom severely underwater get something back.
Which is the way it has always been, I know you understand this and at the moment ADL have 0 projects of which can return any profits to the company. Just the hope that something will come along.
Miker quick question, if you had not investment in ADL as of now... would you invest anything into their current portfolio? Genuine question
They haven't but we can only go forward and not go back or change the past. Which is why as small as it is the Indonesia work overs are the first concrete physical undertakings that I know of in ADL's history, I could be wrong but no one can deny that they do not exist or not producing. Something that we have never had before so me personally despite being aware of the past I will look to what lies ahead in the hope I can recoup some losses.
feel free to correct what I am saying and show 1 thing the BOD have done in many years to lift the sp and add value to the share? ill wait
Im not posting negatively, im posting facts, its not my fault that the facts are negative towards the SP, that's the BOD's fault
Whatever happens we are due news on the production rates, without wild guesses on the figures I think 150 bopd will be met and possibly 180 - 190 bopd. Those figures should justify CAV further involvement to other wells, 19 in total I believe that are capable of having similar work over uplifts and also the Selo Gas Field with the talk of many formations being accessible from one well.
Once we have paid off the £500k then if / any other deals should see % returns direct to ADL, hopefully.
Only a worried about missing out crackpot would keep posting negatively on a shares BB.
The crank on this BB. Is Doubleup- your bottom
For Greg and Simon -
Definition: Shareholder value is the value enjoyed by a shareholder by possessing shares of a company. It is the value delivered by the company to the shareholder.
Description: Increasing the shareholder value is of prime importance for the management of a company. So the management must have the interests of shareholders in mind while making decisions. The higher the shareholder value, the better it is for the company and management.
For this to happen, management must exercise efficient decision making so as to earn/increase profits, thereby increasing shareholder value. On the other hand, faulty decision making using unfair tactics might damage shareholder value.
Simon has never made 1p in turnover for ADL but has raised nearly 8 million ........ hmmmmm
Every "project" he has entered with ADL has failed and returned zero apart from mass dilution to its shareholders whilst the BOD have gained financially.
rinse repeat dilute and then consolidate is their business plan and it has worked time and time again, but hay what do I know..... :) im just a troll, ignore the history, ignore the delays and listen Greg.... exciting times are upon us.... this time next year.......
exciting times ahead......

Simon Gorringe, CEO of Andalas Energy and Power PLC said:
“We are pleased to increase our exposure to the Badger prospect at this attractive entry point where the current work programme is nearing its conclusion and will culminate in the publication of a resource estimate. Our team has over 25 years’ experience in the UK North Sea, working across 15 fields encompassing every stage of the development cycle, which makes the Eagle opportunity particularly complementary to the team’s skill set.”

Simon Gorringe, CEO of Andalas Energy and Power PLC said “We are very pleased to have reached agreement with the vendor for the acquisition of interests in the Bunga Mas PSC. It is an all share deal structured to align the interests of the vendor and our shareholders and ensure that consideration does not pass and additional costs are not incurred until the deal completes.
notice he says ensure he will ensure additional costs are not incurred..... hmm why did it cost 200k???
Sumatra 1 -
Simon Gorringe, CEO of Andalas Energy & Power, commented, “The Sumatra-1 IPP represents further solid progress. It not only develops and strengthens our project portfolio of IPPs but also diversifies operational and counter party risk, being our first non-Pertamina project. It also underlines the potential for IPP projects in Sumatra, where there are available gas resources, experienced development partners, accessible grid infrastructure and power demand.
“Our joint venture with SEG will bring significant benefits to both parties. SEG’s understanding of the power market combined with our understanding of the gas market enhances our ability to identify and secure further power projects and we expect it will reduce third party development costs. We expect the joint venture to be a nimble decision maker able to deliver outcomes against short timetables.”

Simon Gorringe, CEO of Andalas Energy and Power PLC said:
“With this transaction and recent fund raises we have completed the first phase of the transformation of Andalas into a well-funded and well-diversified oil and gas company. We now have a portfolio of short, medium and long term value catalysts, in both the UK and Indonesia and we thank shareholders for their support.
“We are acquiring an interest in a fully funded well, planned for the Q4 2018, which is targeting a significant oil prospect that is attractive due to its significant resource potential and also its proximity to the Wytch farm oilfield and its facilities.
“We have worked hard to create a business capable of delivering value to shareholders since the change in the board of the Company We look forward to providing the market with further updates as we make progress across our existing portfolio and the other potential opportunities”
Same old same old.
But hay exciting times ahead .
We aim to deliver superior shareholder returns by : maximising the value of our assets by efficiently upgrading our resources to reserves and bringing them into production exercising disciplined capital management including strategic sales and sell - downs of assets
Exciting Times Ahead Here
The reason why Greg is the company do not issue bad news unless forced to like the below......... when will you learn ???

Andalas Energy and Power Plc
('Andalas' or the 'Company')
Bunga Mas update
Andalas Energy and Power Plc recognises recent press speculation regarding the Bunga Mas PSC ("PSC") acquisition (announced 29 August 2018) and would like to clarfy the current position.
Andalas has been advised that the government of Indonesia ("GOI") has provided the PSC contractors, with an agreement to convert the PSC into a gross split production sharing contract. The contractors, including the vendor, Tilegarre Corporation, have elected not to sign it because certain issues regarding the terms of the renewal have not yet been resolved to their satisfaction.
Andalas has been advised that the GOI has requested that the contractors deposit funds into an escrow account as security against a future work programme. This requirement would result in Andalas having to raise significant amounts of additional capital which has a material negative impact on the economics of the project.
The sale and purchase agreement is conditional on the PSC being extended on terms satisfactory to Andalas and includes a representation from the vendor that no performance bonds or other financial guarantees or obligations are required or in place under the PSC. At this stage, this condition precedent has not been fulfilled and the representation is incorrect.
Andalas will continue to monitor the situation over the coming days as further information becomes available following the decision by the vendor not to sign the gross split PSC.
Andalas expects to be in a position to provide an update on or before 7.00am 18 February 2019.
To date Andalas has incurred direct costs of an estimated £200,000 of legal, professional and other direct costs in connection with Bunga Mas. No consideration has yet been paid to the vendor and will not be paid unless and until Andalas secures an interest in the licence.
Andalas Energy & Power PLC CEO, Simon Gorringe, said: "We are disappointed by the recent developments at Bunga Mas. As its stands the financial commitment required for Andalas to fund its participation in the Bunga Mas PSC would require significantly more capital than the original SPA envisaged. We are currently of the opinion that, without significant changes to the GOI's expectations around funding the commitments it makes it very difficult for Andalas to proceed with the acquisition.
Quick question Greg.... Why do you think the company have not issued production rates for November excluding the last well??? hmmm
Your calling me a Crank, oh I cant wait to laugh at you :)
The final figures will depend largely on the increased volume of bofpd from current 2,000 to as near as their aim of 6,500, a huge uplift of more than 300% and If the oil / water cut can be maintained close to 5% / 95% then 150 bopd should be smashed and 200+ bopd within reach.
Just need the fall out from the proof of concept in achieving or exceeding the 150 to get us further involved in CAV, hopefully early in the New Year, but 4 work over results before Xmas first ! lol.
atb mate
Hi Mike,
Andalas Energy , CEO , Simon Gorringe said : " We look forward to seeing results from the maintenance initative to improve uptime so that we exceed our target production rate of 150 bopd ( gross ) . "
Exciting Times Ahead Here.
Hi Greg would be nice to get some news before Xmas and even better if its positive, I noticed on the website this morning a reiteration by Simon that he is looking forward to maintenance uptime and revised figures or words to that effect so i did half wonder if that was put out due to news being soon.

Hi Guys,
News is imminent regarding our Indonesia exploits.
Good Luck All Shareholders.
P.s. can't believe the resident Crank (Doubelup his bottom lol) is still posting here.
Miker this is no way intended at you or other genuine investors, just the chief ramper of whom time and time again mocked my loss (although you take the losers with the winners in this game), and when it crumbles of which it will I will mock him some more.
doubleup, no need to turn the screw mate certainly at investors who may be locked in at a huge paper loss. I have been open and stated on many occasions that some of us hope to get our money back or at least a decent amount of it reducing the size of the loss. I have been upfront about that and also how risky this share has been. You have stated mate that you lost here big time in the past ( £50k I believe) and I can share that feeling as I am in that position, although not realised the loss due to not cashing in at an 80% book loss.
I would never mock your loss or anyone else's here on the board and never if I am not an investor anymore, it's bad enough anyway but to see a fellow poster poking fun is pretty low mate.
And before you state people are being sucked in on alleged 'ramping' they are not, no one is buying, no one, we are stuck with it and wait to see if the final total production from the 4 wells will breach 150 bopd.
This proof of concept may then get us a further participating deal with CAV, it may not. But it is a possibility that the share price could recover from where we are now if that were to happen.
I genuinely wish you well and every success at making profits from your investments as I do with any investor.
atb.
Any sign of the revenues you stated below?? lol

It has been a long time for news but I suspect and hope, other than things not going to plan, that the intention of increasing the bofpd from 2,200 up to 6,500, a multiple of 3 x, is a huge undertaking and will be a challenge to get a quick final stabilised flow rate due to fluctuations that occurs with an oil / water cut circa 5% / 95% by volume.
3 months is not unknown to stabilise a wells final flow rate but I wouldn't say no to some festive cheer in time for Xmas although above all else we need to breach the original 150 bopd target.
Flow rate news before Xmas and a CAV deal for the New Year ( Please Santa )
We should be hearing some updates soon....
And this FB is the hope that dills you through dilution. -
The big thing for the company is now what happens next? They said that they would spend November optimising production on the wells, so that is November dealt with: but what about December, January etc.
So the possibilities are: they are in discussions with CAV about the way forward, other assets, further workovers on wells at Betun, drill Selo, farm out Selo, set up a formal JV and so on. Or do they look to do another deal with another Indo partner? Or Corallian is now funded, are they going to progress the farm out on the Wessex Basin assets?
Still all to play for here.
