Share, yes these boards are for people to share there views I agree, but its a genuine question.. whats there to research?
Double you know that the board is a mean to exchange views and investors or people like you who might not be invested, but express their view, must decide doing their own research and evaluating risk and potential rewards and this is especially the case for small cap aim shares which can move one way or another significantly. Some posting like me clearly think that a company with such small market cap is worth investing and taking a big risk hoping for another deal with CAV or another counterpart or some other event, others rule that out. The same applies to most companies with one or two mio mcap. In the end DYOR and take your own investment decisions on any stock both when buying and selling.
lol
Helpful, out of interest, what is there to research??
I have no doubt that patience will be fully rewarded.
DYOR
It happens all the time on aim companies, the difference with adl is that it’s been so obvious
Yes not great but after investing for 30 years in Aim shares I can quote a good number worst that this. Anyhow enough posts from me, I’ll wait patiently.
Perhaps but not with the history of ADL with Simon the Ghost and the Board of Duds. This is now just a shell with a bucket full of unpaid bills is my guess. No one will touch this with a barge pole.
And father I agree new board and vision is required to really mark a turnaround, but, as you also know, there are various companies on AIM which are pumped to crazy market cap values and don’t really have any production or more than ADL.
I believe there never was a plan since they moved away from the power strategy. They have been jumping around like a rabbit in heat ever since. Warner is spending his time chasing rainbows in Australia. The CFO, Dan (whatever his last name was) couldn’t keep the debits in the left and the credits on the right of the balance sheet and then there is our illustrious leader Simon, who has been a ghost and disappeared when things went bad. You couldn’t script this fiasco. Yes Double, sorry that good guys on this board lost money but then this is the AIM casino. FB
Why do you think CAV wouldn’t spend a penny on the workovers ..... not worth it!
Greg always said this was “proof of concept” ha the bod say not interested in Selo which was the gas he was going on and on about.
Anyway u all know Greg is just a ramoer of whom moves from 1 thing to another to which ever suits his agenda.
Takeover I see now, lol. Must have been the plan all along
No Victory lap bud, I don’t like seeing good guys lose money especially when the bod are milking them and here they have done it so obviously.
This won’t go into administration, as I said earlier the bod will recoup the money from the well over say 5 years and use these funds for them selves as backpayments for their deferred wages.
Look for Simon stepping down with a golden handshake and Robert taking over, then a crappy asset will be brought into and raise money against and the game starts again.
And even on this rns, the bod were “targeting” 80bopd over 70...... they got 9
I doubt all the posters here are invested, but the ones who are, like me, know, or should know I hope, the assets currently held by the company and understand that the market cap is a reflection of these elements. The Indonesian deal was worth pursuing and I'm actually pleased that they are not going ahead with Selo at present. I do however agree with others that a stronger board is required. They will evaluate matters and seek other transactions with or without CAV and I continue to wait patiently.
Well DoubleUp. You can take a victory lap and I will be right along side. We have been saying that this day would come. No assets, no money and no future. Sorry to say but we were right. My post on going into administration was removed, but I guess the truth hurts to some on this board. FB
They also need to learn to read an RNS as well.
The RNS reads okay to me. The results on the wells could be a bit better but we are doing okay. The report confirms that Colter is not a write off and work is continuing to enhance value.
DYOR
Someone needs to re-read a tr1 LOL
15 million sell. Showing as a buy Strong sell. Avoid this dog
Don’t you see John selling out
What's coming?
Ask John he knows the ins & outs of it...
hahahahahha let me guess, Indian asset???
Hi Guys,
Hold your nerve it's coming.!
Good luck all shareholders
I've just lost 25percent of nothing. A proper Eton mess. Harrowing even. I thought I was clever when I took them on , but I didn't take a peek in their boiler room. Jam tomorrow?
Free money for the bod taken legally funded by the shareholders
no minimum price for any placings, net assets below zero at last report, ADL owe management $473k in entitlements as at 31 Oct 2019 lol - what could possibly go wrong?
Now the bod with the indo repayment will take it all over the next 5/6 years as back payments, not a great amount but say 100k per year , Bod have played this so well I tip my hat to them.
It's been a good scam Doubleup. Wish I could have got in on it with Whitby and his crew hears ago. Lol
Become so well known they are creaming it here they no longer even bother trying to hide it or dress it up!
