CFEP have now removed that stock so a bit of buying sees this move quickly
Going forward, there is a lot of stock to churn through, CFEP have 25 million at 0.175 to get through atm
They are very impressive and have big plans..
"ensure we can realise this growth potential as soon as possible by introducing new opportunities to the Board and widening the existing asset base."

This is also a positive -
Mark and Leslie have agreed to take 66 2/3% and 50% respectively of their salary for the first 12 months of employment in Ordinary Shares.
Would however like to know what their salary is ....
All depends on what asset they bring in, costs etc etc
This is massive. Have you seen the CV of the guys coming in and they money they put into it. Kicked the old useless board out. Time will these but this could become the next early stage RockRose. Bought some more just now.
They have put in a good amount of money and will want a return from these levels so will see how it pans out.
Ive just purchased 1.5million as a punt to see what the bod can do
A very positive step, let's get a flow of good news.
In your opinion.
FB I wish you the best of luck, the wicked witch is dead. You wont be hearing from me much anymore on here as this could be a new Adl, one of which I know little about so is unfair to comment but would like them to start fresh, get rid of all outstanding assets as will only take up too much time and money. Would also like to have seen the other directors go as they were also rotten (Graham & Ross) and have contributed absolutely nothing apart from taking funds.
Helpful
You must be more cautious as if you did have more real information then you have violated the MAR regs. Advise more caution and less bravado.
First bit of optimism to share. These boys are serious players, backed by their own money and they will have a plan already. Normally groups who take over a shell have an asset or strategy already in place. I am confident this is a new beginning for us all FB
In all fairness this is an excellent move as these blokes bought the shell for 500k and they can pay some bills. It is a “Groundhog Day” scenario but it was time for the last mob to be put down and let the new group try something. They put more money into the company than the ADL BOD has done in total. Out with the old and in with the new. Very good vibe indeed. FB
I don’t trust the asset here I think we could see a big sell off I’m well priced in so going no where
Unless I see 4p hmmm fat chance
Of course.. even a broken clock is correct twice a day. :)
As for Simon etc, I have been spot on for years and you have ignored it
The asset here are mind blowing for mkt cap
As I said.. Better informed.
In all fariness, this is the best RNS you have ever had.
The crooks have completed what they set out to do and have gone, where the company goes from here could be very positive if the new guys in charge want it to be and dont just use it as a cash cow etc, be carful of consolidation is my advice.
Good luck to you all, ATB
Lololol
The company has a big trading day if one trade st 54 k. Of shares not value. Helpful might be the only one on the planet who is positive about this dog with fleas. No one else is hence the single trade day. FB
Helpful. You really are living in LaLa land. A micro cap company like ADL has not business being in the offshore exploration game. Yes they got a bit if a result but still not commercial and requires at least 2 more wells which ADL share of the drill would be at least double their present MC. They never will be drilled. I wonder if the FCA would consider ADL as “trading while insolvent”. I suspect they would. FB
Also helpful regarding this -
Also included are licence fees for the next 12 months for P1918, PEDL330 and PEDL345
What was the date of the rns and when do the 12 months finish?
Helpful... ok but ADL cant afford to drill if it ever got to that without diluting the sp completely... yes or no.?
Also what happened to the news within 2 weeks?
CAV may owe monies yes but repaid at a rate of say 4 bopd.... will take about 10 years to get that money back lol and its not even any profit
Still here. I bought some a little while back at 0.16p. I expect to do very well on them. I also expect to do well on the 1.15p placing in due course but it might take a while.
Everything comes to he who waits. Patiently or not as the case may be.
Whichever way you cut it Colter and the Wessex Basin has value and if nothing else CAV owes us monies which will be repaid out of production.
If it were me, on the Wessex Basin I would look to get all the other partners out at value x and then look for a farm in partner at 2x. All of the other partners now have bigger fish to fry and would probably welcome an out.
"Also included are licence fees for the next 12 months for P1918, PEDL330 and PEDL345 and the recent work on the Purbeck Anticline (PEDL345), including new petrophysics and fracture analysis for the Southard Quarry-1 well. The Company will provide a further update on this work in due course."
The work on Colter and Colter South was not wasted:
"In addition, the side-track encountered oil and gas shows in the Jurassic Cornbrash-Lower Oxfordian interval, the producing reservoirs in the Kimmeridge oilfield, and this provides an interesting potential target on trend to the west within the onshore licences held by the Joint Venture."
