As someone who worked for Actual Experience it's sad to see the company go into administration, the issue was the complacency in the leadership team ever since the company's inception. It was always "This year will be the year", "working with partners...", "sell into large company". The sad fact is if they had a B2C direct sell process with less setup and maintenance then the company would have done well.
At the end of the day, the catching big fish approach failed. It was too laborious and time-consuming.
Fraud…. In a word
Sadly, Actual Experience went into Administration this morning.
New CEO has done very little here, took money and rather improve nailed the company forever! Lot of misleading comments from company…this never looked like it was on!
Heya all, just browsing after I saw this was continuing to go down.
What's going on here atm? The share is continuing to decline steadily and no new for ages but ever month there's more director buys (well new shares) at lower and lower values.
Are they locked in to purchase every month on some prior agreement?
Does this have any chance of recovery or is it a dead duck?
The small upward move at last worthwhile RNS was a wonderful pump and dump
The logicalis team may want to start these contracts before company evaporates
Or was it just buying time
Good to see a little bit of positive activity today.
52 Week High 3.00
52 Week High Date 16-Sep-2022
Had a punt on these below 0.8. Recently rallied to nearly 1.5p and was double that a year ago.
A small cap so punting money only for the moment in these very thin mkts
Lets hope so, i am doing my bit to move the price lets see where we are this time next year . Good luck all holders
And they raised the offer price just after your buy so hopefully no overhang of shares from Lombard Odier at the moment. Good luck!
1 million showing as a sell, its not it is my buy this afternoon
Just bought 1 million shares at a tad under 0.75p not showing yet but will do later
Makes me smile in a very ironic way
No just strange how i have been able to add under the mid price and it is marked down on any selling yet flat on the same amount of buying and i seem to think odier have been selling many micro caps at the moments, i may be well off the mark, as a holder i was just wondering either way i should be alot higher in 12 months time
Haven't seen any increase in volume during the last week to justify that but they may have sold into the rally a couple of weeks ago. No TR1 to say they have reduced but who knows.
Do we think Lombard Odier are selling behind the scenes only i have been able to buy below the mid price all week and any selling price drops but any buying and the price remains flat odier currently hold about 25%
Let’s hope so
Looks like we may have finally hit the bottom. Hopefully this is the start of the bounce back but think it will be news driven.
I think once we get the summer out of the way we will gain some traction
I think it's just the usual impatient crew moving on to the next hot share. Time will reward the patient here in the fullness of time. I have built a sizeable position (for me) here over the last 3 weeks. Here for the duration. Recent news is very encouraging.
The drop in the share price is baffling must just be the summer slump, roll on the autumn
Little bit of luck and this could be a monster turn around just ned one decent contract to get the ball rolling and get cost under control to make the current cash balance last us through to break even, not to much to ask surely
Agree - just need to gain more traction with the DWMP product - a few more customers which will start to feed into the bottom line. £2m mcap is far too low given the opportunity.
If all their plans come together, this could well be one of the best performing stocks over the next 18 months. Tiny market cap compared to whats on offer
Every time they drop i buy some more
