First time poster for many months. Quietly built up position of +1.5M shares this last year (0.3% if maths is right), hence feel time to comment.
First it was Mr K selling that depressed SP, but now I suspect it's PI's who are just bored with lack of updates. Yep, I agree disappointing but aren't graphite prices increasing in the mean time?
I see X3 scenarios for this project;
1. Mine build - May need expertise bringing on board but low capex, high IRR, etc, etc, etc!!!!
2. Sell asset - can't be bothered with mine build, lets just sell asset at a profit and let someone else have the hassle? Doubtful with strength of underlying assets, suspect this is an opportunity of a life time for management to prove their worth.
3. Just sit on asset and do nothing - included for completeness but in my opinion non sensical, hence will disregard.
IMO - hence down to option 1 (most likely) or option 2 - both of which will probably see SP heading north at sometime, hence chilled about SP at moment. In conclusion, LTH who suspect's major progress will be 2023 (not 2022) but more importantly patience is required to reap rewards!
(PS - Thanks Bwana, Wasa - think your input on the BB has been excellent this last year)
Well he put some serious time into ramping it if he was .. !
Think he was a ramper. Cashed out with his 20% and good for him, this is a slow motion train crash.
Whats happened to Aimtodeath? A very helpful poster on this board, seems to have vanished :(
The 52,926 share deal down as a sell is actually a buy by me.
There will be no communication from the bod until after mar 12 when the warrants expire is my expectation
Attempts to shake us out will get more violent!
We have the license. We have the in demand product. The ceo owns ****loads of shares. His family own loads too. So his objective aligned with ours
Graphite shortage. Surely this will come good
Well the share price is really going in the wrong direction now.....so maybe they have!
AVwap is at 3.6. It is right at the bottom now. Anyone suggesting news isn't near has no serious grasp of this project or is just looking to cause FUD.
Warrants expire on mar 12. This is the bitter end of the process. 13 trading days left.
I agree the best time to buy is when newsflow has been starved and people are selling out of boredom or fear. I am as guilty as the next person of believing share prices will never drop to previous lows - i.e. after the mining licence I didn't think we would see 4.xp let alone 3.xp. The fact that we have, and that the project is substantially de-risked by the granting of the licence makes it clear opportunity. But there are two ways of looking at it - as a trader who wants absolute best entry it is hugely significant, as an investor looking for anything between 20p-30p in due course, it probably isn't. It is in the sense of of course a bigger multiple is desirable but accepting you can't get timing spot on is part of the game for a non-expert trader (like me) who buys on fundamentals for multi year view.
My average is low 4s. If I had funds I would add here (or GRL or both which is also due news soon and I expect it to turn). But happy with my holding here I have ~13.5m+ which is possibly 2% of the co fully diluted if there is a small equity issue in the financing round, I think. GLA
This tweet is another way of looking at things.
I respect his opinion. One of the better twitters imo
He posts on Lse as well.

Hi Wasa
Yes im learning that mining is certainly not for the faint hearted, thanks for posting , i intend on seeing this out for atleast another 12 months
Thanks again
Leathal it was good value at 5p of course even better value at 4p and would be yet better value at 3p. One thing I have had to get used to with Juniors is timelines you have to get used to timelines moving to the right but if you picked the right companies eventually you win. Here what is happening is a lot of warrants are being cashed puttimg cash into company coffers and the company runs lean so even if things move to the right you don't get the dreaded raise that stumps existing shareholders.
Will it get to 3p? It really depends how long before news and how many people see value well before then. We are 1/5th of blackrocks valuation so another penny or so drop woyld move us to closer 1/7th. Long before that I will personally throw the towel in (I have resisted so far) and start switching funds in. I dont have unlimited funds but I could add a few million shares and others can do likewise. Given the valuation disparity I don't think we will go that low for that reason.
Notwithstanding we all want news of course. I am reasonably confident here MB is working on a 'best deal' scenaruo,is he happy for timeframes to shoft to the right, maybe, but if it results in greater total return I can live with it.
Patience is never easy. But rewards will come IMO. Gla
Remember when you said 5p was a cheap entry point :(
Think this will continue to slide to 3p with no news forecast for a few wks , if i had a few quid id be tempted to avg down a bit unfortunately none at the mo, long way back to the 5p range , then a pos sell off .. Annoying but hey ho will have to be patient i guess
Just wondering.
I is kabunga i is do big many sells soon as warrants do go go is great big fun for me????
@ Haffyplan.
I stand corrected. And of course there will be no holdings RNS, unless of course the HNWI's go over 3%. Existing shareholders, so that's a possibilty.
Neither MB or Kabunga have any of the 3.25p warrants that expire on the 30th April.
@ JH.
30 million 2.2p warrants expire on 12.03.22
Another 20 million @ 3.25p expire end of April, early May.
Can't wait to see Kabungas holding in mid March. Along with the HNWI's (who are shareholders) end of April.
I wonder if MB or Kabunga are part of the 3.25p warrants.
The 27500 small buy is me using the cash in my current account. Couldn’t resist
Warrants finished on mar 12
I will use the overdraft facility I have if it goes any lower
Matt might not get us the greatest deal when he eventually speaks to us but the graphite asset will eventually shine thru whatever deal he strikes
Worth twice today’s sp imho
Absolutely, just as someone lost their mind. Anyone want to own up to that tragic run of sells?
Today's twit suggest some financial deal and off take agreement is imminent, perfect opportunity to buy or top it up now!
So opportunistic from the MMs to drop the bid like that. Gosh it's such a hideously rigged system.

Good discussion folks. I would throw in there AIM lets face it, not the best at valuing juniors. Perhaps it's the nature of a lot of 'investors' and I use the term loosely and advisedly :) we don't get quite same valuations as the Oz/north american mining exchanges. We can beat ourselves up about it or accept we are buying better value (it's a bit like buying FTSE vs DJIA) and at point of revenue generation or company sale hope the gap closes. That's my hope and it's why I invest in AIM cos that are likely to become producers because $$$ earned doesn't lie. GLA
No worries, it's all part of the discussion! Regardless, clear value from a 3.9p pre-mining license share price.
It's down to Matt Bull and the team now to start showing their hand a little. Aim is a sentiment market and sentiment requires newsflow. The company has to play the game.
