I think the Volt mine is close to Kyiv. Close enough to be a big problem but I don't know the details of that operation.

SJ he needed $0.5m. Technical weakness here which will correct. Wish I could add more but no funds, expect to see uplift and newsflow when warrant expiry date passes and newsflow commences. Suspect mb knows Kabunga is in trouble and is timing to force him out on the cheap. Just a hunch.
Hi @Juxt.
I agree. I don't know the full history of this individual. Other than he seems to have been a real large player and with warrents a plenty he still appears to be washing them through. Almost not caring about his exit price, or so it seems? Assume therfore he's got many millions at 2p or so and needs the monies elsewhere.
Anyhow, as in my post earlier. I continue to accept some of his shares. Have added 300k more this morning to further AVG down today and take my holding to 0.51% of the company. It seems that without him selling (so far) the big 500k chunks as per he did yesterday. That around 3.51p odd is a bit of a bottom to buy at, for now at least.
That's an attractive buy price in my book from my limited experience on this one. But then I tend to look at this as a 12 month review point from here. Then assess where we are. By then I hope to have seen the end of our chum and so shares harder to come by etc....
Regards
that is helpful in that it appears to reinforce the view that AK's exit is driven by external matters and not linked to anything he knows of the inner workings of ACP and what they are doing.
Maybe I have then judged this share over optimistically?
But I have taken the approach of gradually buying in. First anything under 5p, now under 4s in the last 3 months or so.
Seems that whilst there is radio silence in a prolonged way historically, and also that the big 2,3,even 5 hundred K lump seller is sadly far from out, as some had hoped for a while ago(?).
That nonetheless, a combination of the above gives plenty of opportunity to continue to build up a stake and/or add if the overall fundimentals seem promising still here.
I am underwater with all the falls granted. Holding now 2.45 Mill @4.38 AVG, but continued to still add averaging progressively down on more selling weakness. As I do tbh still see this moving on news. Maybe that is then overly optimistic?
But strikes me that with the relatively small free float ( if and when the big seller is finally done). That a few pence on the price ( and longer term considerably more) seems to me potentially very achievable on a decent RNS or two from here especially.
Just my thoughts here, be interested in others views of course. As said maybe I have it wrong, and do understand the LTHs frustration of course. But as always on AIM seems a bit of positive sentiment is needed via some decent Comms?
Regards.
Couldn’t happen to a nicer chap after what he has done to us here!
Looks like another cash call for Kabunga coming up:

Hellooooo i is kabunga i is still here is great fun for me to make big sell soon
Helloooo, yes we are still here. Cannot resist a small top-up of 205716 at .3588.
Let' see what evolves, very confident of a good return, happy to wait until the Russians have to exit.
LOL
Is there anybody out there ? Is this company still active ? Hellooooooooo ?
Graphite value going up every day. There isn’t enough globally to satisfy today’s demand let alone the global forecast demand
The ceo and close family have massive skin in the game here. The operation is low cost.
So as a business this is definitely one to back imho
We are just at the mercy of a warrants exercise which has to complete by mar 12th. Very painful for us shareholders but temporary and just market mechanics at work
Our sp is about 60% of what it was before the mining license was approved. Even then this co was undervalued
The rainy season stops in may. Therefore as long as finance and off take agreements are in place by then any time apparently lost is an illusion. Let’s hope Matt has negotiated well for himself, his family and us holders
Gla and of course Dyor and feel free to correct anything I say that is incorrect
Just to say thanks for feedback, much appreciated, especially wrt warrant issue advice.
Yep. suspect mine build is definitely the way forward (option 1). Must admit not spoken to MB yet, but have listened to his interviews, maybe not the most communicative of guys, but does strike me as savvy and focused operator in nature.
Again repeat patience required. eg, with graphite prices likely to increase, any long term off take agreement needs to be in shareholders best interest, etc....

@ Night_Watch.
Please elaborate.
In your opinion how much lower can this fall and why?
What "games" are you speaking about?
Do you think ACP is a good investment going forward?
reported.....for being really boring.
Senseless to buy at this price unless you have good cashflow to average.
Definitely not the bottom. Games only just started.
well it was anyway.
dropped back a little but still happy with purchases this week.
Lets see what happens with the warrants in march.
thank you.
3.6775 to sell now.
GLA
Dino very good price to top up, I wish I could buy more now but already fully loaded here.
the 95,483 was mine. thats me done for now unless some other shares jump quickly.
GL
towel is in. Another 1.12m for me. Switched some from my only in profit share this morning.
i bought in on tuesday. nowhere near 1.5mil but a decent amount for me.
maybe timed it a couple days early but happy with price and will hopefully add in coming weeks.
GL
Today is defo a buying day. Graphite value goes up. Mine license still there. Bod still aligned. Warrants expire mar 12
Then the mother of all retraces
Agree with that Wasa-I added more yesterday at 3.68p-probably premature given the news today. Expecting news to start flowing after first warrant expiry on March 11th.
DanInvestor - good first post! Two things I would comment on:
- bored PIs almost certainly but don't discount (pre) or post warrant selling either. The warrant expiry is a slightly technical slightly artificial scenario and will have an impact on trading. As such I see it as a buying opportunity because technical selling (nothing to do with fundamentals and for a constrained period of time) will artificially depress the SP. Savvier traders than I know this and won't buy during this time or they will try to time buying towards the end of the period.
- Of your three options. The reason I discount all but 1 is - we talked to MB last year on a couple of calls in which he iterated: a. the mine is simple to build and b. the finance is straightforward. Now given those two facts together, plus the fact that he _knows_ he will get a much better price eventually for a producing mine, and also he probably has sufficient support to block a hostile bid, I only see 1. as the likely outcome. Sure leftfield things can happen but I see this getting built - the lower capex high IRR makes it very investable for a lender or other type of financier.
Good luck and nice holding. Wish I could add more but just being greedy really, this gets built, we all do well.
