Seems whichever way the pandemic turns the company has it covered
The company have stated in the annual report that at the start of the pandemic there was a worldwide ide focus on herd immunity with the aide of antibody testing . This shifted to pcr testing but now that with vaccines and past infection they anticipate it will shift back to antibody testing. This now looks proven to be true. If you’ve not read it check it out on companies house 14.12
COVID-19 "antibody test" survey. Whatever it is, it means the goverment and its scientist are talking about and, at the very least thinking about Antibody testing and this is great news!
I can't see it being. "Would you like to have an Antibody yes?"..Yes / No / Don't know.
It surly for something more involved thannthat and something that involves Joe public by the looks of things. I'm not sure, but upload your quantitative (0 to 10) Antibody score so the goverment can track levels in different areas, age groups, ethic groups etc... it makes a lot sense to me at least.
And Pumpky, the goverment may owe us money but they do not owe Biosure anything. With the sudden stop to their test being available for customers purchase just around the time this goverment survey website comes online huuuuum.... my bet, their (Biosure) test is being lined up for something and we will manufacture them...could be in the 10's of millions, or more if true.
30 coming
Despite the media headlines, I don't think that the booster take-up has been as high as UK Gov wanted - especially with mixed messaging from Pfizer themselves about how the jab was not configured for Omicron. I have always suspected that the antibody 'nudge' would be deployed to convince people. The question for me is - is it to support current booster drive or is it to support a spring roll out of Jab 4? In any event, I think it was a stroke of genius on ABDX' part to introduce a test that shows a range of outcomes from well protected to lacking protection.
Jlromax;and the first company they will call "will be Abingdon-Health?Look we know we owe you £8 million:but supply us again ;Think you Try to hard to convince yourself
Well maybe I am putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5, however if the gov are going to run an survey to do with antibody testing it might seem sensible that one of the easiest ways to do it is with an antibody lateral flow kit, or is the survey being conducted to see if antibody testing is something they should be considering.
Who else does the government have links too that has a specific test to do with revealing ones antibody level. Yes I think this has something to do with us.
Mmmmm antibodie tests misery arse, the clue is in the question.
Stas20.
Do you think we have something to do with this?
GLA

You are exactly right. Extensive research has shown that the more Covid-19 antibodies someone has the more immunity they have from Covid and that they are less likely to be infected (or re-infected) with Covid. Antibody testing really is the way out of the pandemic. i.e. Step forward Abingdon Health with the solution. This is why our share price will rocket soon once the masses become aware of what ABDX has to offer the UK and the world. Good luck, Brighty
I can never understand why people who are supposed to be invested in a share constantly talk it down. That’s you misery arse
Nope;should have sold @32 pence and bought back in!!
I take it you recently sold your shares then Pumpky....looks like bad timing!
But isn't the court case the reason the government wont pay up?(ABDX previously said they were in "constructive dialogue with DHSC for payment)Wonder how that is going?
It’s in May misery arse, abdx are an interested party it’s not against us. As soon as it’s done if not before we will get our 8 million pounds back. Keep trying though
ShowmeD yes, Vatic and Biosure are collaborating together with the Knownow test and we are in a exclusive partnership with them so we help sell their tests and vice verser.
Pumpky, it's May, ABDX are just an interested party, we can't get in trouble just because the government (allegedly) did something wrong.
Note the Biosuretest.com site is still active but Biosure.co.uk has vanished from the Web....very strange? Something is brewing I'm sure.
When is the GLP Court case which Abingdon-Health are named in?"Hope Lord Bethell hasnt done any thing dodgy!!! Market will love that
Apologies if this is common knowledge but has the Vatic test and the abc19 test always been on the bio user website?
