These are some of the good dividend streams to consider. This does not constitute financial advice.
chief..im interested in your choice of dividend stream shares.. care to spill?
Tesla with battery, storage, cars, solar, space, could be worth supermuch in years to come, so cant be ignored, i guess a tech fund is the safest way to buy it.
I agree about dividend streams, gold.. poly, melals brwm , and amc (amur minerals) as a punt multibagger.
Now where does Mr Musk come into all this?
Tesla also have a huge (and rapidly growing) clean energy business which appears to be focusing on reducing dependence on the grid for domestic power by creating solar power and battery solutions.
The Tesla Semi will do wonders for road haulage hence a considerable order book of end users wanting to evaluate it, there is a problem here batteries for the same quantity of batteries used in a Semi Tesla can build at least 7 cars.
Whilst Tesla is not (as far as I know) working on ships and planes there is a lot of work being done on these by other companies indeed there are already some electric ships running
The chicken and and egg well I thought it had been decided that the chicken evolved from from egg laying dinosaurs and so chicken and egg evolved together.
The world of electric vehicles is a catch 22 situation. Its like the old conundrum of what came first, the chicken or the egg? In this instance we use rationality to recognise what must come first and deduce the following conjecture: the chicken must have come first and through a gradual evolutionary process in response to a predatory environment, evolved to incubate it's young outside of its body and the shell developed to protect the egg from predators and the harsh environment. In the the case of electrification, one must argue and rationally reason that full electrification cannot first come into being through cars alone but through the process of eliminating fossil fuel dependency in the key supply chain mechanisms such as large ships that deliver the parts, replacing coal mines that power the grid for cargo trains to run and deliver parts, replace haulage vehicles that run on fossil fuels, eliminate toxic and heavy metal pollution from coltan mining, create more efficient less polluting aeroplanes, make lithium mining more clean and the length of the process goes on..... We can't just jump to the egg before taking care of the chicken. The problem is not necessarily the electric car, it's the way an electric car comes into being from the very start. The output of pollution in manufacturing, sourcing and supplying the various components is much the same as legacy automakers and thus defeats the purpose of pollution cut back. Then there is the charging that relies on electricity from a grid that is not 100 percent clean energy. It's not as clean as you think. The electric car is the egg and the production process is the chicken. The chicken must always come first or the cars produced will just be worthless as far as carbon footprint reduction is concerned. What is the point in having a non polluting car that was produced through heavy pollution?
You really have got EVs all wrong, they are undoubtedly the future and in comparison to fossil fuels create minuscule waste and no tailpipe emissions. EV batteries can be reused for static storage when degraded too much for vehicles and then recycled into new batteries (I say can be because not all are currently I think government should mandate recycling). Again you accuse Elon of lying when where? OK sometimes he is a bit late delivering and the going private mess (when he was under a lot of pressure) in comparison to big Oil CEOs he is choirboy.
I wouldn't consider myself a genius but I'll let my portfolio history speak for itself. I quit the world of work because I got very lucky with Ocugen and the vast majority of my investment are based on rationality and dividend streams. I don't mirror Michael Burrys entire stock portfolio or shorting route, I just understand his points and the points of people who have experienced it many times before. I made myself enough to retire and live good, I just enjoy it with caution. I hope you do the same because Elon does not pay dividends or tell the truth most times. The EV market is great but it is causing an environmental hazard when it comes to eliminating depleted battery waste.

Well said but there are some more aspects you need to know. First of all it's all about batteries there is a huge shortage of battery supply and this is not going to change for a long time; legacy OEMs are rushing to build supply as quick as they can but it's not quick enough. The legacy OEMs could have the best EV design and performance in the world (they haven't of course) but if they can only build 50000 EV's a year they are not going anywhere. Tesla is still innovating new processes new battery technology new software advances all driving their costs down and profits up. VW is the only legacy auto maker that stands and chance in the new EV world and they are only going to be building one and an half million cars by 2025.
Chump
The quote i liked most was "sorting individual stocks is for mugs and three or four genius's" Are you really a genius?
Wow EV transition over in 3 lines. Make no mistake if you think big auto are competing you are sadly mistaken. Big auto make EV but lose massive amounts of money on each car. Take Ford as example this is a company that is $140 billion in the red. It has been squeezed so they only make money in one sector that is trucks. The pre order for cyber truck is worth more than the whole company. Anyway the don't make cars the f150 is a rebadged rivian. Also it's not the number of cars you make it's the profit per unit that's important. Tesla has this well covered. As Tesla moves down the price point of their cars traditional auto will fold.

As Jeremy Grantham said here, the stock market will always end up resetting and selling based on the future flow of dividends. Speculative stocks do not last forever without a major price correction. Tesla only sold their 1 millionth car recently and this is nothing compared to legacy automakers who have already began to capitalise on electric vehicles on top of their existing sales. Tesla is just trying to make peanuts seem like the best thing in the world. Unless there is real improvement in battery technology then there will be no SUVs or major changes to the car type line ups. All these smoke screens and games will get old.
