Come of it Foz, ZNWD have a nice piece of land without any noisy machinery digging great holes and spoiling the view while they enjoy their elevenses biscuits. Maybe they could put a few swings on and make it a kiddies playground while they plan their next dilution at 6p to fund another couple of years of directors fees and pensions?
R.ball I think that’s the reality for most of us, selling now means you think this is dead in water.
I have decided it’s too much hassle to time a market, the market has been smashed due to global macro, impending recession but above all….end of free money/qe. I’m going to sit out and wait on my loss here.
There is still money out there and it’s hugely selective, znwd that should have been up the list is actually way down it because as John said….board doing so little, cfo useless to take advantage of funding markets when they were there etc. they are collecting and happy to do so it’s been same ever since bcn owned this with deutsche lithium.
I can only see us rallying when global markets do, as funding for all these firms is so far out of reach unless they are actually closer to producing or got a mega resource that can get to producing quickly and efficiently.
All znwd has for it right now is where it’s situated!
I have no better idea than anyone else why this share has done so badly of late, but I cannot see that any ZNWD specific reasons stack up. EMH has halved in the past three months; so has ZNWD. The performance is a mystery to me, although my guess is it is mainly the reult of macroeconomc gloom and rising interest rates, but I'm hanging on a) because the reasons why I bought still seem valid and b) I am so far under water it hardly seems worth selling.
ps, I don't know when you invested here but I suspect that if your predicted low ball offer comes I doubt you and I will end up in profit!
Hi Mr.C
Just noticed that Savannah had a bit of a plummet of just short of 50% in the SP around 6th July due to a delay with their EIA approval. Comment from the company recognised that this would cause slippage in their development plan. All I can say is that at least SAV have got a development plan. The ZNWD just draw their fat salaries and drink tea
I dont believe the inactivity here is just due to fecklessness this may be getting groomed for a cheap buyout...
Hope so leas. ZNWD is short of money, but if they just continue to sit there doing absolutely nothing towards production then the SP will continue to drift, making the necessary future cash raise(s) more and more dilutative. As it is the situation is becoming so poor that I can imagine any bid is going to be far from generous.
The way I’m reading this is the BoDs are reluctant in opening up their assets for development. Cash is minimal and any movement towards production comes at a cost.
Again only opinion but I think the board are looking for a buyer as they don’t seem to have the ambition or motivation to unlock shareholder value.
The price of lithium makes the current MC a joke. There does not seem any support even at this ridiculous price.
Hi andy, Mr.C
Think we have been shafted here. All I can realistically hope for is break even. Our coffee drinking Board are doing nothing whatsoever that I can ascertain. What they are trying to do is utterly beyond me, 2/3rds of the square root of sweet bugger all. Wonder if that will get censored? My average (with my BCN related shares included at zero cost) is 12.6p
I bought this at 11p and held up to its August 2021 high of 27p (thinking the SP would keep going considering Li demands and the future) and I have held all the way back down again to 8p. I was hoping for a slightly better return than that!!!!!!!!!!
It seems I have managed to pick 4 of the Li stocks that are immune to the so called Lithium boom !
2.5m £ investment will get a 10% stake at todays price.
Hey, Hey, Hey, it won’t be long
Just time, it will rocket,,,,
Looks under value,
Last fund raise was at 15 p, that’s where it should be now
Tricky times now, Germany running out of gas, do they go with Russia and China
I think we Know the answer,
Looks impressive but no American or Canadian companies stepped up to take over BCN , unless secker just got rid of them because of the 'incentive' the Chinese might have given him !
