Gary - could you recheck that link as it comes up as "server error" for me? Thanks, MG.
If someone (Gary Megson) could send me the link to the primary bid reference stuff it would be very interesting to see how his holding as a percentage of the company has moved up and down in the light of the various placings.
I was looking in a bit more detail at the DAC holdings this morning as I was a bit rushed last night. When I went into each individual purchase it, very usefully, showed his current holding at the time.
In short, DAC had 33 million shares before the first purchase I have access to on 17th December 2019. By the time he had finished on the 18th February 2018 he then held 50 million shares. Since there are no further updates regarding his holding on Canadian Insider then it seems fair to assume that he still holds the full 50 million which is 7.06% of the company.
Details below for those interested:

Can go further back to Jun 2018 when he brought at 4p from placing on primary bid.
Interesting findings. And as we now are in the territory of dark theories, Check out the Fri, 27th Dec RNS, -10 days after the first purchase.
To be honest, it does not really matter whether we know who he is or not. What is important is that he was buying significant quantities of shares in December/Jan/Feb and he is still holding onto them. His recent average is also double the current share price.
Assuming that he had good reason (information) that prompted him to make these purchases then he at least sees a bright future for Zenith -which (conveniently enough) also matches my assessment.
Sorry, keep trying to post the table with breaks but it is not working - go here to see the raw info: https://www.canadianinsider.com/company-insider-filings?ticker=ZEE

Hoppo, it's not unique and it can't be "quite" unique, but thanks for the info..
Dean Clark has been around for the last couple of years at least he has taken part in previous placing.
Ok, just had a look on Canadian Insider for Dean Anthony Clark filings - on https://www.canadianinsider.com/company-insider-filings?ticker=ZEE.
Their free records only go back six months but since December 2019 DAC has made 11 declared purchases of Zenith shares.9 of these purchases have been on AIM for a total of 11,700,000 shares for which he paid £183,400. One purchase has been on the TSX for 300,000 for CAD$10,500 and the final purchase was “under a prospectus exemption” where he acquired 5 million shares for CAD$150,000. In total he acquired 17 million shares and paid £278,661 so an average price of 1.64pence.

Hi mate, his Linkedin only has 3 followers and has him listed in Barbados but seems logical he's the one holding due to what he does. Also quite a unique way of spelling his name.
Hoppo - you may also like to check out SEA7 reply to my post on the 28th Feb re Dean Antony Clark.
Hoppo - Dean Clark was mentioned last week by the poster SEA7. If you look through the old threads you will find it but to save you time, here it is again (note that this is SEA7's find not mine):
"clark, Dean Antony

Can you share the linkedin details you found on Clark? I presume it is a Canadian hedge fund since the filings were over there?
Also, it would be interesting to see if we can find out when his buys have been made as 28 million is nearly 4% of the company. I for one would like to know if he is still accumulating.

Trading very light today as often, but apparently 90%+ buys. I am optimistic, but, hey!?
Been invested here for a few months now, its slow going! I have just been doing some digging around in financial statements and a guy called Dean Antony Clark holds 28 million shares. Think I have found him on LinkedIn and he's a Private Hedge fund Manager.
Not sure if that's a positive thing or not or if we already knew this.
