Illiquid - (of assets) not easily converted into cash.
I know! I would of said ****!
Why do you say it is illiquid?
Why would BOD buy shares in an illiquid loss making company when they can just dilute more, issue more confetti shares all the way down to 0.001p per share and get stupid gullible shareholders to keep averaging down to pay the BOD overrated wages. Ukog is dead and has been for the last 18 months.
Mirasol, I agree. At the moment I am more concerned as to why we have not had Judgements. Probably left wing, trying more delay. In fairness the BOD is staying quite until a result is known. Even has some would have, we are only producing thimbleful amounts, it is not being bought around the world to get here, and we wont have to pay that sid Putin for it.
"How can they justify this?"
Why not?
They've always ignored their obligations to the business and its' investors.
correct - i'd at least like to hear him explain himself or admit he has got it wrong on every prediction
"forever will they be known to be misleading liars"
Or "experienced Executives in the Oil & Gas Sector" to quote the puff at their next companies
So many people are guilty of so many things on AIM - people trading ahead of the market (Igas), people selling shares when they shouldn't (ANGS), leaking like sieves (UJO) - and nothing happens. Why? because it suits the Government (of any stripe) to keep their friends in the City happy
Another month drifts by and the directors ignore their obligation to buy into the stock. How can they justify this?
The scheme ends mid-2022, why would they set it up if they already knew that they each had mitigating personal circumstances to defer them buying? They cannot seriously go an entire 12 months and all renege on their obligations can they? If they do, then that is a testimony to them misleading investors and the market; this merits a proper audit/review by the FCA as it's clearly a case of lying to investors. At some point they MUST buy into the scheme, or forever will they be known to be misleading liars, and that's a fact.
6 months = zero buys. 6 more to go.
All in my own opinion of course.
"That's right folks, never been lower. "
The BoD aren't stupid - they can look at the graph and they don't need Zak (whose forecasts have been uniformly wrong here) to tell them this share is on a one way journey.
I suppose from one perspective the share price is (by my reckoning) the all time low. That's right folks, never been lower. So if the BOD were going to buy, now would be probably the best time ever to do so if they have expectations of turning this around.
Zak - I don't know if you read this board but 0.9pence ??
" if somehow the production at HH has increased, "
unfortuately reservoirs do not suddenly change and produce more oil - soemthing has to happen - more wells. water injection, bigger pumps
Since none of these has happened the rate cannot improve significantly for the better - only the unavoidable decline .
And how do we know that no improvement has occurred? Because the BoD hasn't been shrieking a production increase from the rooftops. Silence in small oilers only means one thing folks.
What ever will be will be, if somehow the production at HH has increased, that would be fantastic, and a long time overdue, oil and gas will be in high demand for the foreseeable future, but don’t let anyone one get caught in the ramping rambling’s of the so called fool on the hill he is a swing trader that will post whatever he thinks will help his trading agenda at the time…have an open mind as to what he posts, but do not trust anything he says, he is crooked…
The board has as much faith in their own management skills and ability to turn this company around as I do.
I wouldn't buy more, why would they?
They don't need shares that have good executive salaries which do not change because the company is currently unprofitable . They are probably quite happy not to take a chance on shares
Can't be many companies who have directors without the courage to buy their own shares
