Lets just let Bill do what he is BRODIE GOOD at - his job
One deal done and out of the door allows new projects come come into the stable
Long term lens here not a day trading view for me
GLA
Wow, thanks for the info John, everyone's really interested to see what you do with your £50.
If this gets a good market reaction I think I'll take 70% of my profit over to wishbone and wait for the jv there
This deal unlocks the first door for us into the big leagues! We will get there. I have no doubt.
Well done Bill & the management team!! :)
Newcrest have the ability to decide to pay fair market value for 5 percent of the remaining 30 percent of Havieron leaving GGP with 25 percent also, so UFO's deal seems like good deal.

Ok think that ones been flogged, lets move on
I'm not sure how far $150k takes them but it's great they are cracking on this year
Fantastic!
They can now concentrate on the big assets. Financing secured.
Excellent news, well done team UFO..
That, to me, looks like a great and shrewd deal and will allow the Company to get after the Silver at Elizabeth Hill and H&B (fe) in Aus', and continue progressing the 100% owned Los Campos and San Celso in Mexico. Well done
Reece sell up, investing is not for you. Have you watched dragons den? Have you listen to the previous interview, alien want to learn frm capstone on how they do things. This is what weve been waiting for
Means this project is fully funded, no further outlay by UFO to invest into other projects has slightly derisked this share for me now. Onwards
Great news, they get their investment back and if they do nothing, they still get 20%.
Absolutely solid company to be invested in, as they now have cash flow to grow grow grow.
More cash in the bank exercised warrants and time to focus on drilling out the iron resource and getting the 49% outstanding and EH
Oil and we are getting a payment to progress other projects.
Reese tgis is great news. Honestly i question what you are trying to achieve. Do you have an investment. All aboard!
Did you for some reason think UFO would be the larger holder in this.
Small firms need investment to survive. This is that. UFO have income to survive. This is a great deal. Dont get bogged down by %.
GGP only own 30% of havieron after stages are complete, so it's standard. Good news and greatly derisks investment as they can use the money to work on other projects as stated
San
Yes I know, but was it anticipated that alien will only hold around 20% interest.
I'm worried how the market will reacr
Yeah it’s never that easy to get the deal done, it does show what bill and the team are made of and the way the company is progressing going forward.
Fantastic that Capstone are "sole funding the Project".
We can then focus our funds on unlocking the value of our 4 other high-grade projects.
Mojo was right when he said:
The deal is not only about the monetary effect but it also shows that management can make deals and get results , a glimmer into the future. A taste of what’s to come as projects grow and become bigger.
Well done to Bill & the management team for getting the deal done!
And a warrants issue,

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for 83,262,709 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective at 08.00 on or around 28 October 2020.

Highlights:
- Capstone can earn an initial 65% interest in Donovan 2 through a combination of cash payments and committed expenditure, consisting of:
o US$290,000 in cash payments to Alien over three years; and
o US$3,600,000 in valid exploration expenditure over three years (including US$150,000 being incurred by 31 December 2020)
- Capstone can increase their interest from 65% to 75% by making a further cash payment of US$200,000 and funding the costs associated with a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA)
- Following delivery of the PEA, in the event Alien elects not to contribute pro-rata to its 25% interest, Capstone Mining has the ability to sole-fund the costs of a Prefeasibility Study (PFS) to earn an additional 5% in Donovan 2 (bringing their holding to 80% and Alien 20%)
- Thereafter, each party will fund their pro-rata interest in the Project or dilute according to industry standard mechanisms. In the event Alien dilutes to below 5%, it's interest will convert to a 2% Royalty
- The Transaction with Capstone delivers the potential for immediate advancement of the Donovan 2 Copper-Gold project while allowing Alien to focus exploration activities across its project portfolio
"The Company is extremely pleased to have executed the Agreement with Capstone Mining. This transaction sees the potential for considerable expenditure to be invested into Donovan 2 over the next few years as the project progresses through to feasibility studies. I thank the team at Capstone Mining for their efforts over the last few months and I look forward to working with them.
"Importantly, the transaction is in line with the Company's model of unlocking value in its project portfolio; with Capstone overseeing exploration at Donovan 2, the Company's management team can focus its exploration efforts at Hamersley and Elizabeth Hill in Western Australia and commence maiden drilling at Los Campos and San Celso."
