This is super little company, which a[[pears to be well run and growing nicely through well targeted purchases and diversification. I was a long term holder till the pandemic came (when the world was staying at home - didn't seem a great future for businesses dealing with transport.) Would love to buy back, BUT at a decent price - the current PE is around 80, which is ridiculously high.

this is bad, whatever way you look at it.... management playing on adjusted metrics which are frankly meaningless.
Reported metrics are down from EBITDA (-9%) and Net income -36%. Margin compression across the board: GP -8%p, NI -3%p, cash conversion -3%p...
I mean if the stock was cheap i'd pass on but here it's 23x fwd p/e, 16x EV/fwd EBITDA...

Another great set of results!
Just watched the PI World presentation...safe to say the management team is not promotional, which I like.
Seems like they have a strategic plan. Interesting they estimated £10M In lost revenue due to Covid...adjusting for revenue from acquisitions makes the revenue increase all the more impressive.
Decent set of results - revenue £50M (£48M 2020) , cash at hand £25M, no debt, EBITDA £13.5M (£10m 2020).
Seems like recurring revenue is growing and the company is in an interesting space in mobility. I am looking for details on the US contract but can't find any yet. I'd like to know who the contract is with.

Can understand why they have deferred their usual modest dividend despite having quite a lot of cash on the balance sheet.
It appears they have taken circa £500k of furlough support, I suspect mainly for their event traffic management division. It wouldn't be a good look to be taking furlough money, paying a dividend, and pitching for 'public' contracts.
It will be an interesting dilemma they face if they prove to be decently profitable in H2 what they will do about taking furlough money. I can fully see how this has deferred/stopped many redundancies pending release of lockdown, so its done its job.
As more people move about looks like their business will pick up. They seem to have managed well through the last year.
Interested in how they increase North America penetration.
Listened to the last management presentation and impressed. Not too promotional and have a strategy to grow. Ticked up nicely from there.
