Aidan,
I was just wondering why the suspension from the Jp Jenkins site. Thank you for the reassurance.
OBNC.
A query was sent to the company sec, who replied saying it's "nothing to worry about at this stage". As no dealing is taking place on this share for over a month, I wouldn't worry too much at the moment - there are high net worth investors involved with WAY more skin in the game than any of us have.
Aidan, as I do not have access to the Telegram group, could you clarify for me.
Thank you

OBNC - this has been shared in the telegram group
Hi Aidan,
I have just seen the details of the Court case by Fintec, I have not seen anything from Tintra regarding this. When did they assure us that this was not a problem? I am getting very concerned now.

Thanks Aiden31 I was having flash backs of when the share was previously suspended 😊. That makes sense, thank you
It's rather academic at the moment as no trades will happen until early April, but I would assume it's currently suspended due to the court case (which Tintra assure us is nothing to worry about)
Hey, would anyone happen to know what’s going on with the JpJenkins site? It says something like suspended?! What’s going on!
Hi All,
Thanks for all your messages.
I did contact II today, and they have set my price of £1.50 (these are the shares I held in ISA, but now they moved them to my normal trading account)
I did talk to them about my holdings in SIPP and they said, they can set the limit order on them too in the same way!!
I was really impressed.
So I am thinking now, would it be worth holding these shares in my normal account and SIPP for longer time than just selling them off now? Would I have any or same options later on, that there would be buyers for these shares or would we get sha fted later on? what are you thoughts.
Ta G
Hi All,
Sorry but I've been completely out of the loop in my share portfolio that is held in my SIPP with H.L.
My partner is going through treatment for Cancer and I have been concetrating on them.
I can see on my account that Tintra shares have no Value ?
What has happened to them ?
I was holding 31,000 shares in the company.
Can some one please let me know where I stand on this.
Has any one here got there tnt shares in the Halifax share dealing account if so have you moved them to hope fully else where ? Or is it best to leave them in there ?
Flatliner - I hold my shares in a SIPP with AJ Bell and have placed a limit order at 150p. I had to call them up to do it and the charge will be £29.95 if the order goes through.
Also, as Aidan says, you will need to call II to place your lint order. If they do execute, I don’t expect the first tranche to do so before 8/9 april
Re list not delist!
I have shares held in a trading account with II and have placed a limit sell order at 1.50.
I have a horrible sense your SIPP holdings are at the mercy of Tintra ls future success. They can’t be transferred out of the SIPP, so they will just sit there and you’ll need to hope they delist in the future.
I'm with II - I phoned them and placed an order to sell at £1.50 (so it's a limit order) - they charge more for telephone dealing, but I think it's the only way at the moment. I know nothing about SIPPs though. You can certainly hold the shares for as long as you want - I'm in need of the cash now sadly.
HI
To those hold their shares in Interactive Investors:
1) I had some in my ISA, which they have now moved to normal trading account.
How do I sell them? Can I just set a Limit sell order myself or do I need to ring interactive investors for this?
2) I hold some in my SIPP account, can I sell them from my SIPP account in same way too?
3) From the document, (https://tintra.com/2024/02/tintra-the-next-steps/), what happens if I don't sell nothing now?
Can I sell, suppose in 6months time? I mean how would I know what price I could get, if everything is funded for TNT etc?
Could we get like 5£ for shares?
Sorry, too many questions, but I hold lots of them, so just trying to get all the options possible.
Thanks G
Interesting. And agreed, Tintra may not have bothered with JpJenkins if it's was far easier for us to sell directly through to Tintra via our broker. I'd be interested to know how this plays out for you chrsfrm
HL have told me this morning that they are in negotiation with Tintra to see if there could be an opportunity for we PI's to sell our shares back to them at the 150p price direct, not soley via JP Jenkins, thereby saving us additional fees. HL say they will "write out" to PI's in a week or two with further info or instruction. Personally I do not see why Tintra would circumvent the arrangement they have set up with JP Jenkins.
Re the update, so if I have this correct, we can place a sell order anytime in the 60 day window, then at the end of 60 days the shares will be sold at the £1.50 price subject to the buyer having sufficient funds available to buy all of the sell orders, if not, the shares will be scaled back , so either your sell order will be successful or part thereof .

Hi, Seems you can instruct Freetrade to trade with JPJenkins. I'm waiting for my ISA held shares to transfer to my IA account. Decided I will wait until the funding situation becomes clearer in Feb, then decide what I will do - hold or sell part/all in the second round. Be interesting to see how much RS still holds - does anyone know. ? If there is a Telegram group or other forum for PIs, please let me know. Regards.
Thank you for that.
I'm told they are legally obliged to transfer out of ISA within 30 days of de-listing. According to my count (from 8th Jan), that should happen today or tomorrow. So, it should be automatic, but Barclays seem somewhat slow sometimes!
